1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2105], present in this room. Now, we find there are disturbing forces in the physical functioning of the body. These, as we find, are produced from specific causes existent in the system. While those effects as are produced are not causes, these at times have been - and are - considered causes. The conditions have to do with specific existent conditions in the structural, as well as in the functioning, organisms.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [2105] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find evidences of the toxic forces existent in the system, and that toxemia is a result of an existent condition, so that the elements OF the blood supply are not always equally balanced in the system. The effects of these toxics are to produce the abnormal pressure as exists in the blood supply, though NOT an organic heart disorder. It still, at the present, produces a dilation OF the organ, on account of the QUANTITY of internal circulation. An anemia also at periods exists from this condition, yet - as has been given - these are EFFECTS, not that which produces the conditions.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, OR SYSTEMS, we find a portion in the structural portion of the body of the cause, or first cause. There are impingements in the cerebrospinal system, and lesions are formed. Hence the variation in the manner in which those conditions affect the body, nervous temperament at times; at others there is the feeling of heavy feet, tired feeling all over the system, dull headaches, pains through eyes, and the effect of CLAMMINESS at times - especially is THIS seen at night.

5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE SYSTEM, brain forces are active, with normal blood flow, though with these heavinesses, these dull pains at times, the body feels as if the brain proper refuses to function normally; but no disorder there.

6. The organs of the sensory system at times suffer, as the

2105-1 Page 2

feeling of fullness in ear, as pains at times in the eye, and fullness - the tendency to clear throat; these are merely indications, NOT ORGANIC disorders.

7. Lungs and bronchi, from a deflected blood supply, toxic forces appear. These are not abnormal conditions, as felt in the heaviness there, but the effects of these toxic forces, and those conditions in the heart's action are the RESULT of those that are produced from the impingements to the nerve impulses, as well as specific conditions existent.

8. In digestive system we have rather that of a disturbed digestion; that is, at times, or for periods, digestion would be very good; at others, apparently nothing seems to agree WITH the body, and there would be periods of belching, or FULLNESS in the stomach just after eating, long periods before digestion seems to have taken place.

9. In the organs of digestion, the liver and spleen and pancreas, we find effects of toxic forces - and a torpidity in liver. This as an effect, but remaining long - has become rather as a constitutional condition, or a habit of the organ to be toxic, or non-active in its excretory functioning. This, then, is as the main - or as that which produces this pressure, that which produces a deep circulation; for the hepatics being disturbed makes for irritation in bladder, and heaviness across the kidney area, though ORGANICALLY the ORGANS are good!

10. In the ascending colon, above the caecum area, do we find a SPECIFIC condition of plethora, which makes for these toxic forces and the forming of disorders in the colon itself, as reflexing with the nerve pressures existent in the lumbar and the lower dorsal area, as is that producing the disturbance for the body. The plethora as exists is not as a prolapsus, as YET; for this occurs from the nature OF the condition, rather in the lower or descending portion of colon itself. Hence the disorder as occurs at times, the characterization of those forces as manifest through periods of time.

11. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions - first, we would find, that these may not be reduced - in the pressure of the blood supply or heart's action - too quickly; yet these must be builded or acted upon that the system in its resuscitation may BRING about normalcy for the body.

12. We would first, then, take high irrigations, with those that will produce a normal activity of the muco-membranes of the intestinal tract - or those of the antiseptic nature that will leave the muco-membranes not IRRITATED, but will make for healing and a normal flow of blood THROUGH the intestinal system, through the caecum area, through the

2105-1 Page 3

transverse and ascending colon area; and these we would find in the use of the non-acid Petrolagar in the last douches or irrigations as would be given, about a quantity of two tablespoonsful to the last half gallon of water injected.

13. We would take into the system those of the Milk of Bismuth in small quantities, a half to a teaspoonful twice a day, until there is a cleansing entirely of the whole of the alimentary canal.

14. We would correct, through those of manipulative or corrective measures, the subligations or impingements as exist in the lumbar and dorsal area; APPLYING those of the sinusoidal ray in those of the 4th lumbar area and the brachial plexus area, in the very low form of the current, that there may not be a disturbance to the cardiac plexus, but that we may make for a NORMAL reaction of impulses from the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system to the pulsation of the blood supply THROUGH the system from that area.

15. In the matter of the diet, we will find this would have much to do with the character of the supply of that assimilated through the digestive system. These as an outline, though they may be altered - but do not add those of greases of any nature, or too much of sugars to any of the food values, else we will produce a tendency for pressure in the blood supply as related to the heart's action:

16. Mornings - rather citrous fruit, fruit juices, or stewed fruit; especially those of figs or prunes, or applies - provided they are of the jenneting variety, not of the woody variety.

17. Noons - the vegetables that carry no salt in their preparation, or the JUICES of same.

18. Evenings - rather that of a full meal, but not that which is heavy nor of an indigestible nature.

19. The manipulations or adjustments should be made after there has been the correction of those conditions in the colon proper. Then there will be the better results from same.

20. The colonic irrigations should be at least once a week, until three or four are taken, so that the entire forms of mucus - or fecal matter with mucus - are eliminated from the system.

21. Then the adjustments and the muscular manipulations for the organs' functioning will be nearer normal. In a few weeks we should have a normal blood supply, a clearing of the urine, and the digestion much improved. Do not overtax the system because the feelings are better. Be consistent, but be persistent. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) How often should the sinusoidal be given? (A) About twice each week. These would be begun after the cleansing of the system, or after the first four weeks.

23. (Q) The manipulations should be started after the first four colonics? (A) After at least the first THREE are given, so that the system is not so VIOLENTLY distorted by manipulations, see?

24. (Q) Should these be osteopathic? (A) Whether they are osteopathic or just as ADJUSTMENTS, depends upon the ability of the one MAKING same!

25. (Q) Colonics once a week? (A) As given, until four are taken. Then once a month should be sufficient. But this will reduce the pressure from twenty to thirty points in two to three weeks. This varies, of course, in the present, dependent upon how much pressure is made in the system. Relieve those pressures in the lumbar and dorsal area.
