1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2106].
3. Now, as we find, there are physical conditions which cause a great deal of disturbance, and bring somewhat of a complication of disturbances. Yet, the general mental attitude of the body towards the general conditions, which have existed in its relationships with others, has much to do with the disturbances also.
4. Hence we may say, there are psychological as well as pathological disturbances with the body; and it would be well that these be made to coordinate better, in the attitudes, AS applications may be made for the physical relief of the pathological disturbances.
5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2106] we are speaking of:
6. The blood supply indicates a great deal of disturbance from pressures in the nerve system, on the nerve forces. Especially is this indicated in the circulation through the head, the neck, and through the upper portions of the body. A great deal of headache arises from worry over disturbing conditions, as well as the condition in the front and middle antrum that has caused and does cause disturbance, with the general pressure which exists in the environs of the body.
7. Yet, we find that these may be relieved, if there is the change of the attitude and the applications made for those conditions in the manner as we will suggest.
8. Such applications would consist, especially, of the use of HEAT, in the form or manner as may be administered through the ELLIOT MACHINE for applying internal heat to the areas where such conditions exist as they do here, with the olfactory nerves and the soft tissue in the area. The frequency of such applications would depend upon the

severity of the attacks, depending upon the condition as to cold, and the general conditions which arise; for there are PERIODS of severe headaches, and PERIODS of suffering from the conditions. This may be used every other day, or at times oftener if necessity demands same.
9. Also we would use a spray. This should be of a very weak solution (something like twenty percent; that is, about one to twenty or thirty, see?) of Ammoniated Icthyol. This, of course, would be reduced so that it may be used as a spray, - for healing. This would not be used more than once or twice a week.
10. We would also use an antiseptic solution in the form of an inhalant. This should be prepared in a dark bottle, and so arranged that there are two vents through the cork - one through which the inhaling may be done, the other through which the air may aid in the fumes being able to act upon the mucous membranes. The two vents should be corked tightly save when in use, and kept in a dark place. Prepare the compound in this manner:
11. To 4 ounces of Pure Grain Alcohol (at least 90% to 100% proof), in an 8 ounce container, add - IN THE ORDER NAMED: Oil of Eucalyptus.................20 minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin......15 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp..............5 minims, Tolu in Solution..................30 minims.
12. We would use this night and morning. When it is to be used, shake the solution, then remove corks and inhale first in one nostril, then in the other, also into the throat. This as we find will aid in preventing the conditions which arise in the rest of the system through the drippings that at times cause the upsetting with the digestive forces.
13. Keep the mental attitude towards CONSTRUCTIVE thinking; that is, the hopes, the faith, the desires to be used as a channel of blessings to others. Keep these first and foremost in the mind, in the purpose, in the desire; and we will find that these conditions will be eliminated - and the activities, the environs about the body will show a great deal more of peace and harmony.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Will the future permit me to stay in Washington and practice? (A) If there is the use of those things here suggested, as well as the general mental attitude, the entity may reside in Washington.
16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
