Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, conditions are very good in many respects in the general physical forces of this body. Rather would there be the warning as concerning tendencies and inclinations which we find existing, the correction of which in the present would make for better physical conditions throughout.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [2113] we are speaking of:

5. The blood supply indicates that there are those hindrances in the oxidization of same, or lack of sufficient oxygen taken in the system. Thus there is produced a skip, once in a while - not often - in the flow of the blood from the heart to the liver, and thus through the system.

6. This tends to make for an engorgement of this area, or this flow between the heart and the liver, and makes for the lack of the full expansion of the lungs.

7. These may take many varied turns, but as we find there may be those administrations in the present such as to relieve these conditions, and thus make for a better coordination in the sympathetic nerve system, as related to the organs of the sensory forces, as well as making for a better digestive and assimilating system, and a more normal activity with the glandular forces as related to all eliminations and stimulations to the bodily functionings.

8. As we find - about once a week we would have a deep therapy treatment osteopathically administered, with special reference to the areas in the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical area. There would be required about twelve to fourteen such treatments.

9. We would take twice each week a teaspoonful of Acigest in

raw milk; this would be taken to coordinate with the stimulation of impulses by the osteopathic manipulations. Continue taking it in this manner for about two months.

10. The head and neck exercise will be more helpful for the organs of the sensory system - eyes, ears, taste and the like. Take this consistently; about three movements of the head forward, three back, three to either side, three circular motions. This would be taken upon awakening, before arising of morning.

11. These as we find will bring bettered conditions for the body.

12. Be consistent, be persistent, and we will find better conditions throughout the body.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) If unable to obtain raw milk, can anything be substituted - in taking the Acigest? (A) Only take it in raw milk. It may be obtained.

15. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of suggestions for osteopath. We would refer you to Dr. Frank Dobbins, 551 Fifth Ave., New York City. Acigest is manufactured by Colloidal Health Products Corp., Greenvale, L.I., N.Y., Atten. A. A. Nichoson. It sells for $1 a bottle.) )
