Time of Reading 3:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [2124]. Now, we find there may be said to be many conditions that are NEEDING attention, yet little of a specific nature to be mindful of in the present, though - with the correction of some minor conditions in the present would make for bettered physical conditions and prevent greater distresses later on.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [2124] we are speaking of, present in this room. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good at most times. There are the indications, however, from poisons or accumulations of poisons in the system, that this at times becomes unbalanced, and is in a state of change; yet the CONDITIONS that PRODUCE such are changeable also, as is seen from those conditions where there has been - and is - the necessity of coagulation, or of rebuilding or replenishing in portions of the system. SELDOM does the system refuse to respond to quick recuperations, when there are disorders arising in the system, and the conditions are - then - rather of the functional nature, as is indicated in the character of the pressure, of the leucocyte, of the red blood cells, of the urea, of the plasm in the blood supply itself.

4. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find there are evidences again of poor eliminations at times; so that the stiffness that is experienced in portions of the torso - or even in extremities - is a result of poor eliminations in the system, or of disorders that bring about some stress or strain on nerve system that brings acute conditions for a period, as across the lower portion of the back, through the shoulders, under the shoulder blade, in the face or in the antrum or about the face itself. These are indications of accumulations of poisons. These from the system being in that state of a change, or of the body's not replenishing as

2124-1 Page 2

fully in recuperative forces as the energy is at times used up.

5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE SYSTEM THEMSELVES, brain forces are good.

6. Organs of the sensory system show some effect of the general debilitation that exists in the body, as in eyes, in ears, in taste, in sensitiveness - as it were - of the feelings themselves; so that these become ACUTE at times, as is from the tingling or trembling sensation that is felt at periods - especially soon after awakening, or when aroused during normal sleep, or when the body becomes tired. This an indication in the sensory system, or of the sympathetic nerve system, of strains that exist in the body.

7. In throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx:

8. In the head forces or portions there have existed disorders which have produced some distress in the soft tissue in the face and muscular forces; in the burning sensation produced in throat from inflammation; some headaches as RESULTANT from same; again an accumulation of poisons by deterioration in the teeth or gums, and of the conditions as RESULTANT from same. These are PERIODS of acute conditions, yet with corrections the system arises to meet the needs of the conditions. One of the factors in the recuperative forces is the mental, or the SENSITIVE outlook the body has upon life itself and its relationships to conditions, both from within and from without.

9. The lungs and larynx, these are good - only some distress produced in bronchi and larynx from STRAIN through the muscular forces, from irritation in throat and face.

10. Heart's action near normal, except at such periods when the depressions from poisons or from poor elimination become excessive. Then the changes; yet no organic disorders.

11. Digestive system - for the conditions, for the age, for the general forces of the body - this much better than there HAS existed in the body at other periods, yet this at times brings some distress; not from the inactivity of the digestive system itself as much as an unbalancing of the hypogastric forces or the gastric forces in the system itself, WITH a pressure on the hypogastric plexus (that's between the shoulders and to the neck and base of head, running to the pit of the stomach itself), when gasses form at times in the body. When such conditions occur, as we find, then the torpidity, the excessiveness in the functioning of the liver, the cold hepatic circulation, shows for repressions as for eliminations, and the excretory forces of same becoming dormant the secretions are improper, so the liver becomes involved more in the general forces of

2124-1 Page 3

the body than other portions of the system; this AFFECTING, then, the opposite pole (the kidneys), and the resultant effects are those forces that produce repressions, or pressure in the lumbar, when the feet or the lower limbs find a resultant reflex from same.

12. Then, in meeting the needs, or in bringing those forces in this body, as we would find, for the better physical functioning, we will find there may be taken that from what may be termed "nature's storehouse" which, added to those mental attitudes of the body, will enable the whole physical forces of the system to re-vibrate to a nearer normal reaction of the body. These, then, we would prepare in this manner:

13. First prepare this as the carrier: Take 16 ounces of distilled water and add 5 ounces of Wild Cherry Bark. Reduce this by simmering, or slow boiling, to 1/2 the quantity - 8 ounces. Strain while warm and then add: Syrup of Sarsaparilla.......1/2 ounce, Elixir Calisaya.............1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras............1/4 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia......1/4 ounce, Syrup of Rhubarb............1/4 ounce. Cut 1 dram Balsam of Tolu in 2 ounces of grain alcohol and add to the solution.

14. The dose of this would be (and shake together before the dose is taken) a teaspoonful in the morning before the meal and just before retiring at night.

15. Be mindful of the diet, and this is given as a sample - though it may be altered to meet the needs of the exercises of the body, as there may be used those specifics for LOCAL conditions that arise in the system:

16. Mornings - citrus fruits, with little else; especially not of cooked cereals, though dry cereals may be taken with some milk - but little sugars.

17. Noon - a whole vegetable diet, of those that grow preferably ABOVE the ground. Let these be well balanced, that there is plenty of iron, silicon, and of phosphorus for the system.

18. Evenings - well balance the meal with foods that carry iodine, iron, and those that aid more specifically the nerve reactions, or that make for PLASMS for the system.

19. At ALL times drink QUANTITIES of water.

20. Exercises for the body - these taken as SPECIFICS, with the general exercise - will be found helpful. Mornings - two or three minutes of a general work-out of the limbs,

2124-1 Page 4

upper and lower, both circular motion of the torso and the trunk portions of the body below the waist line, will be found to be MOST helpful. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Should any meats at all be taken? (A) These may be - a very little, but not very much. These the body does not take much.

22. (Q) Should any of the teeth come out? (A) Those where infection has been seen, as given, these would be well to be removed.

23. (Q) Any treatment for the gums? (A) Any of those as antiseptics for the gums after the removal will be most helpful, especially those in Ipsab. Do as has been given. We will find a feeling of security of strength, and an awakening - will the mental attitudes towards every CONDITION in life be as "That will be alright"; for all things work together for GOOD to those who love the Lord's appearing.
