Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2145].

3. Now as we find, there is rather the complication of conditions which disturb the better equilibrium of this body.

4. A great deal arises from neglect of those little necessities in regard to keeping proper eliminations, and those activities sufficient to work off the used energies so that resuscitating forces might be brought - by changes in the mental attitude and mental outlook also.

5. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [2145] we are speaking of:

6. The blood supply indicates the forms of toxemia that have disturbed and do disturb the better circulation - as indicated by the conditions in the lower limbs and also in the arms at times.

7. This, then, is a form of neuritis, combined with the stress upon the lymph; and is rather of the inflammatory nature, caused by impingements in the lower lumbar areas - through the lumbars AND the lower dorsals.

8. Thus the conditions is caused in the colon area - from the toxic forces - especially the form of toxemia that brings the stress upon the nerve system of the sympathetic as well as the central or cerebrospinal nerve system.

9. This unbalance is partly due, of course, to the poor eliminations, and partly to the unbalance in the diets, and especially the conditions related somewhat to irritations to the eliminations in kidneys and bladder and the like.

10. These, of course, affect the circulatory system as related to heart's activity. Thus the shortness of breath, the weakness, the inability for strains of any kind to not affect the body in unusual manners.

11. As we find, in making administrations for the improvements of this body - first:

12. We would begin with those adjustments as would be made through the lumbar, sacral and dorsal areas; COORDINATING with same the upper dorsal and cervical - by massage as well as the adjustments throughout those areas indicated.

13. These we would have EVERY DAY until at least fifteen have been given. Then we would have rest period from them for a week or ten days. Then have them again for another eight to ten to twelve such adjustments.

14. We would have such as Thompson to make the adjustments.

15. In the meantime we would take the ENO SALTS; just a teaspoonful in a little water, or a glass of water, before the morning meal, each morning - for the aiding to reduce the acidity, as well as to stimulate the eliminations through the alimentary canal.

16. On the evening of the first taking of the Eno Salts, - that is, when the first dose of Eno Salts is taken of morning, that same evening we would take a high enema or colonic irrigation; using a Fountain Syringe with a COLON TUBE. Do this before retiring that evening.

17. Also take another high enema or colonic irrigation within the next period of ten days; that is, have the two such irrigations within a period of ten days, see? and keep these up about every ten days.

18. Then, as to the diet: Keep away from meats. Take just as much of fruit juices and vegetable juices as the body will assimilate. Let at least one meal each day be principally of raw vegetables. These may be taken with or without oil or salad dressing. If meats are taken at all, only fish, fowl or lamb.

19. Keep off of the feet as much as is practical. Not that there is to be a giving up of all exercise, but be in the open whenever practical.

20. Do these, being consistent.

21. When there is the first rest period from the adjustments, we would begin with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance as an equalizer for the circulation, and to stimulate the circulatory forces that will have been improved by the adjustments and the eliminating of the poisons from the system.

22. When there is ACUTE pain, either of the limbs or through the shoulder and arm or elbow, we find that it will be beneficial to apply Epsom Salts Packs.

23. Be consistent, be persistent. Do ALL of these as suggested, or do NONE of them! if we would bring the better conditions for the body.

24. Ready for questions.

25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Dr. Thompson [D. Carl Thompson, D.C.], chiropractor; he has had some wonderful results with several patients we have sent to him. See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Epsom Salts Packs. See circular [which was enclosed] regarding Radio-Active Appliance, which will be needed for you later on; we would suggest that you get in touch with Mrs. [310] and see if she cannot lend you her Appliance. She had one and will be glad to lend it to you if she is not using it. Eno Salts is a fruit salts, and should be obtained from your local druggist.) t.)
