Time of Reading 3:25 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2148]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions in the present. These arise from the effects of heat, combined with the condition of the teeth and the general effect that the foods have produced upon the body by the lack of assimilations.

4. Hence the precautions that should be taken to keep the body in the open as much as practical; not, of course, when there is high temperature, as at times comes. This, of course, changes - and might become acute.

5. First, we would cleanse the system with cool enemas, - not cold, but cool - about the temperature of the hand, not body temperature but a little cooler than body temperature. Use Glyco-Thymoline in the water - a teaspoonful to a quart of water.

6. Then we would give Milk of Magnesia.

7. Following this, after it has acted, give half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth with six drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin stirred together in half a glass of water.

8. The next day after this is given, give Castoria in broken doses.

9. As to diet - we would not alter the foods so much in the present, save as to add a teaspoonful of Lime Water to each bottle when it is ready to be given the body. Do not make up the milk formula using more than is being used, but to each bottle when it is ready to be given add a teaspoonful extra of the Lime Water.

10. Then do not give too much fruits, unless they are dried, - though dewberries or blackberries - the juice with the seeds strained out, with a little sugar - would be very well; also mashed or cooked carrots, or raw carrots grated very fine. These may be given as a part of the diet.

11. Do these and as we find we will bring better conditions

for the body.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Is the body's equilibrium established now? (A) This depends upon just what approach is made to same. The body is a great deal better balanced, but there still needs to be precautions kept as to plenty of open air and exercise in the open - when there is not temperature, to be sure.
