1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, [2148] (Dudley). [Dudley was mentioned as if it should be his name, rather than one called].
3. As we find, through the general congestion, there are the tendencies for a congested liver. This tends to cause irritation, lack of proper assimilation; thus a general debilitation as to the blood supply and as to general activities of the body.
4. It would be the better, as we find, to have at least three osteopathic adjustments - one every other day until the three are taken - with special reference to the areas that set up drainages for the alimentary canal.
5. After these have been taken, begin with small doses of Castoria and take until thorough eliminations are set up.
6. Then be careful of the diet.
7. At least each day have one, or at times two, yellow of an egg; hard-boiled, this mashed and then prepared with butter and seasoning to suit the taste.
8. Oatmeal that is re-inforced should be a part of the diet three to four times each week.
9. Have plenty of orange juice, plenty of chopped liver or chicken liver, or broiled calves' liver - not large cows' liver, or such.
10. These should be the principal diet, until there is a strengthening of the appetite, a better color, and the better general activities.
11. We would not change the milk in the present. DO change the other items in the diet to conform to those things indicated.
12. Each evening when ready to retire, massage the body thoroughly with Peanut Oil; especially the soles of the feet, the back, across the small of the back, and across the area between the shoulders.

13. Do these, and we should bring normal forces for this body.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) What makes him so pale? (A) Read what has just been indicated.
16. (Q) Why is he so clumsy? (A) Read what has been given, as to how the general activities produce this dullness and the lack of vitality in the body. Do the things indicated.
