Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2153]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, while conditions appear to be very disturbing, these are the reflexes and reactions from the attempts towards making adjustments for the eliminating of the disturbance.
4. It may be termed the attempt of the condition to "fight back," or as possession of the activities in the system. Not that the body is possessed, or anything like it, but rather the reactions fighting back.
5. Keep at least two thorough relaxations with the Castor Oil Packs, through the caecum and lacteal duct area.
6. In the manipulations, break up the lesions in this area; as well as making adjustments from the 9th dorsal downward; coordinating those upward - or above same - with those made in the lower area.
7. Keep these, and be persistent; we should remove the causes of the disturbances.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Two days of the Oil Packs? (A) Two series. At least two series of an hour apiece. If the manipulations are given every other day, then it requires that these be given in at least two series, or if they are given twice a week, let them be two days before - including the day the manipulations are made. The desire is to have the body under the effect of this relaxation from the heavy Castor Oil Packs over the area indicated, WHEN the treatments are given, see?
10. (Q) Are all instructions being followed properly? (A) Do these in this way, as well as those that have been indicated.
11. (Q) Should the bit of salt at bedtime be continued? (A) This is very well.

12. (Q) Is there too much alcohol in the Mayblossom Bitters? (A) No. It is just enough for the preserving of same.
13. (Q) Does that stimulate her too much, thus causing more frequent attacks? (A) It stimulates, but does not cause those reactions. It is the "fighting back," as indicated.
14. (Q) Please advise just what the effect is of the Mayblossom Bitters, and what it is supposed to accomplish. (A) The passion flower effect is upon the sympathetic nervous system. It is to relinquish the congestions that are produced in the attacks of incoordination at the base of the brain, through the flexus as indicated which is produced through the areas along the spine, and in the adhesions in the area indicated.
15. (Q) Should she have a sedative? If so, what? (A) As indicated, it is best to keep away from this as much as practical. As a sedative, rather a hypnotic - if it is necessary. Luminal is the better for this special disturbance.
16. (Q) Is there anything in her food that has caused more frequent attacks? (A) This as we find is not the source, but rather the conditions as just indicated. Hence the needs for the breaking up of those lesions that cause this contraction. Hence the needs for more of the relaxing by the Castor Oil Packs.
17. (Q) Is present diet alright? (A) It's very good.
18. (Q) Would it be well for her to have the companionship of Miss [2117] for the afternoons? (A) This should be most advantageous for both.
19. (Q) Is there anything that may be done to clear up the discolored eye, received from injury during an attack several months ago? (A) This as we find had best be left at the present; though a bleaching lotion may be applied to remove the discoloration.
20. (Q) What causes, and what should be done to correct, excess growth of hair on legs and arms? Is this from a glandular condition? (A) A glandular condition, as combined with a disturbance in the general circulation. Do not disturb, or use any special application other than the reaction in the glandular forces to the thyroids to make better activity there; and this done more in manipulation than by drugs.
