Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J.

1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2169].

3. AS we find, there are disturbing conditions which prevent the normal physical reactions. These have to do with the coordinating of impulses along the cerebrospinal system, and as related to that coordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal system.

4. This is affected by, and affecting, the assimilating forces, also the blood supply.

5. Then, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [2169] we are speaking of, present in this room:

6. In the blood supply we find a lack of those elements or vitamins necessary to supply all of the energies needed for the system.

7. Hence the form of anemia that exists. To be sure, under existent conditions, this may be called a part of the causes of the disturbances existing in the reflexes from the brain activities, as well as from the sensory organism, and the locomotions of the body.

8. Of course, these are in the nerve forces and the structural portions.

9. Then, as to the sources or the causes:

10. As we find, there exists in the present the result of a lack of the vital forces or energies, from the beginning, or during the periods of conception, to fully develop the activities in procreation.

11. Thus, in the period of presentation we had what might be called almost a dry birth.

12. This of itself, through the periods of gestation and

2169-1 Page 2

activity, left a lack of the proper flow to the system through the umbilical cord; and hindered those areas especially where pressures were made during the period of presentation.

13. Then, with the lack of the proper elements being added to the system, this has grown.

14. There are NOT lesions or adhesions on the brain reflexes. There ARE inclinations for DRY areas, from the lack of all centers along the cerebrospinal system coordinating between the deep circulation (or the central circulation) and the sympathetic circulation (or the superficial).

15. Hence we find tender areas in the 4th lumbar, the 9th dorsal, the 3rd dorsal, throughout the cervical, and especially at the 2nd and 3rd.

16. These, then, are the SOURCES of the disturbance.

17. In making applications for helpful forces - we find that it will require patience and persistence, and changes about every six months in the form of applications as would be made. Then, in a period of a year and a half to two years, we should have near perfect coordination; the relieving of these tensions, and the abilities for the activities throughout the sensory system, and a better - or a near normal - development with this body; with the functionings of the system carried on in a much nearer normal way.

18. Begin with these, then, for the period of the first six months:

19. Five days each week, massage along the cerebrospinal system all the body will absorb of Pure Peanut Oil. Take the TIME to do this; not just to be hurried through, but massage in a circular motion, from the base of the brain to the end of the spine, and especially in the areas indicated where special pressures are produced. Take the TIME to give the massage. Take at least thirty minutes in giving same, and use all the Peanut Oil that the body will absorb.

20. Once during each five-day period, massage the oil also across the area just below the rib, all the way across the body - on the abdomen, you see - across the body at the diaphragm area.

21. ONCE each week, during the two-day period that the Peanut Oil Massage is NOT given, we would also massage the same area - but especially the lower portion of the liver and the caecum and umbilical area, or across the colon - across the body at the diaphragm area - with an equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Melt the Mutton Tallow, and add an

equal quantity of each of the other ingredients; for instance, a tablespoonful of the Mutton Tallow, a tablespoonful of the Spirits of Turpentine, and a tablespoonful of the Spirits of Camphor - or combine these in that proportion.

22. Also EACH day we would use the Radio-Active Appliance, for one hour each day.

23. Then, as to the diet:

24. Give ADIRON tablets, with the meals, in this manner:

25. Give one tablet each day for five days. Each week increase this one tablet, until five tablets are being taken each day.

26. Then leave off for a two-week period.

27. Begin then with the one tablet each day for a week; two each day the next week, and so on.

28. Then leave off again; and then begin over again as indicated.

29. Give plenty of carrot JUICE. Let at least an ounce of this be given each day - taken regularly just as milk.

30. Also have plenty of whole wheat as a cereal, also cut oats - these cooked a LONG time, for at least two and a half or three hours. These alternated should be given at least five days each week.

31. Orange juice should be given on the days the cereal is not given. Do not give the cereals and orange juice on the same day.

32. Have plenty of liver, two to three times a week; this broiled - not fried in greases, but broiled. Chicken liver, goose liver, turkey liver or the like may be used, - these are especially good; and, of course, calves' liver and hog liver also. These should be given each week in the manners indicated.

33. Do these for the first six months.

34. Be persistent. Be patient. Be PRAYERFUL as these applications are made; and we will find better conditions for this body, [2169].

35. Ready for questions.

36. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Father " " Ass'n file " " Mr. Hugh Lynn Cayce, to be given to Mrs. Susan Z. White, Witchwood Rest Home, Virginia Beach, Va. (At your convenience, please let us have a history of your case to the time of obtaining the Reading. This is valuable for our files, so we may have something with which to
