Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, and those disturbing conditions of [2172].

3. As we find, there are rather those disturbances of which the body should be warned. For, unless corrections are made these may bring about a great deal of disturbance, as to cause conditions that may become constitutional.

4. There are specific as well as general disturbances.

5. The blood supply indicates those conditions in the upper and lower hepatic circulation as of congestion; upsetting the assimilating system so as to cause disturbances in the pressure and overstrains upon the kidneys, as well as a condition in the liver that prevents the proper assimilating - owing to those activities in the ducts and glands in the liver itself.

6. These as we find are the disturbances that need corrections.

7. There are the more specific conditions as a result of these, that are inclined to become more and more exaggerated; producing in the nervous forces of the body an upsetting condition.

8. We find that these arise partly from indiscretions and partly from conditions which have been produced by the combination of indiscretions with the cold and congestion, and the weakened condition has settled upon or affected the organs as indicated.

9. As we find, in making corrections -

10. We would leave off many of those things that tend to excite or cause the poor assimilation, and the greater stress upon the circulation through the kidneys and the liver.

11. Then - at least once each week we would have the

general hydrotherapy treatments; including the massage but NOT electrical treatments of any nature; though those activities that will cause the vibratory forces to be effective in the system will be most beneficial, such as:- the violent exercise as with handball, the riding of the horse or bicycle or the like, and THEN a thorough rubdown after same. There should be the hydrotherapy first, then the exercise, THEN the rubdowns.

12. Also, in the beginning, we would include a full colonic irrigation, to remove the poisons and the congestions from the colon, and the pressures upon the kidneys and the heart's activity also. Only sufficient of these should be taken - the colonics - whether one, two or three, some weeks apart - to remove the mucous that is a part of the accumulations from pressures in the system, as related to the hepatics.

13. In the diet - keep away from fried foods of every nature. No red meats of any kind, or rare meats. Preferably use fish, fowl or lamb.

14. Have plenty of fruits and vegetables at all times.

15. Do these, and we will bring bettered conditions for this body, [2172] we are speaking of.

16. Ready for questions.

17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] to Physiotherapist for giving the hydrotherapy. We would refer you to: The Reilly Service, Atten. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Bldg., New York City.) y.)
