1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2176]. Now, we find there are many conditions incident to the age and to the activities, and the manner in which the body has cared for self to the present in this experience.

2. These, as we find, in many respects are abnormal conditions, and may be materially aided in correcting many of the disorders, so as to give a better and nearer normal functioning and ease the body in many respects from the disorders that disturb same.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2176] we are speaking of:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find there is quite a variation at times in the pressure, and this because of the difference in the CONDITIONS that are brought about in the system by disturbances of various characters. The greater part of same, as we find, is from those poisons that are left in system, and from the improper coordination in eliminating system. While there have been many reactions in system from the attempts of the body to prevent those conditions of toxic forces by the taking of cathartics and the like, these do not prevent toxic forces from forming in the colon, especially when there are (and the source) the pressures as produced, either subnormal or abnormal, in the blood supply. Not a heart action. Then, we find the blood inclined rather to be heavy, slow in pulsation, pulsations at times very rapid and at others very slow.

5. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, these show for distresses more in the sympathetic than in the cerebrospinal, though disorders in the cerebrospinal appear more from a sympathetic disorder or condition.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, we find as is incident to the age of the body and the reactions that have occurred, and do occur in the system - the mental forces are very good, though there are times when the body is unable to

2176-1 Page 2

recall those incidents or conditions in the general affairs as the body often desires; though QUITE often the body is sure he remembers everything perfectly.

7. In the conditions in face, head, neck, throat, bronchi - these, we find, come most from those of a poor circulation, poor capillary circulation, poor lymphatic circulation. Hence the tendency for the body to at times show a roughness in the exterior portions, or spots appear in this portion of the body.

8. In the lungs - these are very good, when we consider the conditions and stresses under which the lungs have labored to keep the balance, yet there will be found that were the body cut off from a great deal of outside activity or the open air there would be a depression and a reaction causing higher blood pressure.

9. Heart's action, as we find, not normal - but not organic disorder.

10. In the digestive system we find a great deal of the cause, or disorders in the body. These have been of a long standing. First we had the effect of dyspepsia. Later we had the effect of catarrhal condition existent in the lower portion of the body; that is, of the digestive system, the stomach and duodenum. This naturally produced a torpidity in the liver, and there has been some effect of sedimentary conditions or accumulations about the gall ducts in the excretions for the system. These have tended to make those tendencies towards an over supply of elements in the blood supply that should have been eliminated through the alimentary canal. These again have made for those tendencies for stiffness in the locomotaries, in the sinew, in the hands, fingers, and feet too at times. These are reflexes from poisons or accumulations in the region of the liver and hepatic circulation. With these changes there has existed at times, though not severe in the present, those disorders arising from the kidneys; also frequent but scanty eliminations from the bladder. This at times also giving some disorder or distress as as DISTENTION arose. There has also existed some gland trouble as related to those of the kidneys and bladder, and the urinary canals themselves. This from those effects in the system as a GENERAL - not as a specific, as yet. These may become so, but as we find - with the care, the attention, these distentions, these pressures, these poisons, may be MATERIALLY relieved from the system. We would have, then, those things applied for the same.

11. In the digestive system we find there is a tendency toward, or has been the tendency for the accumulations of

2176-1 Page 3

toxic forces from over-acidity. This PECULIARLY is shown in the ascending and a portion of the transverse colon, and extends into the caecum, causing pains and disorders from gas and from the soreness as produced by taking of too much of those elements that produce an over activity of the lymph in the digestive system, thereby taking away from the elasticity of the peristaltic movement of the intestinal tract itself.

12. Now, in meeting the needs of these conditions, there would appear that there would be considerable - or a great deal to be done, by that which may be given for the assistance or aiding; but these taken in a systematic and in a consistent manner will be easy and may be applied - MOST of same, or all applied at home by the body itself, or those close to same who look after or attend to the needs and wants of the physical forces of the body.

13. Most, or practically all the water that would be taken by the body should either carry those properties of elm, saffron or camomile. All of these may be prepared and may be kept for the use of the body, and changed from day to day or from period to period when the body drinks water - and should drink plenty of it! The body has only at periods been a sufficient water drinker, see? The elm should only be made when ready to be taken, and should always be cold or very cool - a pinch of the ground elm in a glass of water, stirred in same, ten to fifteen minutes before drinking - this would be the proper proportion. The saffron may be made as tea, not too strong - but as this proportion: A heaping teaspoonful of the saffron to six to eight ounces of water, allowed to steep until there is about four to six ounces of water - see? Then when ready to take (and this may be kept in a cool place, or on ice) put a teaspoonful of the tea (of course, strained) in a glass of water. The camomile may be made in the same proportion and in the same manner. This will act as that with the gastric juices of the stomach to supply those necessary forces that will be needed in the digestive system to prevent this taxation to the system through the use of those properties that have made for the activity of the system in attempting to produce eliminations.

14. We would also take those properties, consistently, of Milk of Magnesia and Milk of Bismuth - and take those alternately; teaspoonful is sufficient to take at a dose, but may be taken two or three times each day. One day take the Milk of Magnesia, the next day take the Milk of Bismuth - see? alternate same about.

15. In the matter of the cleansing of the colon, this should

2176-1 Page 4

be done with colonics - or high enemas. COLONICS would be the better. This should be taken every week until FOUR are taken. Then they may be taken once every month, or such matter.

16. As for the diet - this should consist of those foods such as these for a day - though it may be altered or changed to meet the needs of the conditions:

17. Morning - citrus fruit juices, as oranges, lemons, grapefruit. These should all be used, but should not be MIXED in their combination. The lime and lemon may be mixed with grape juice, or may be mixed with cider - or those elements that are of a nature that combine with same. When the fruit juices are taken, do not eat any of the cereals - though cereals may be altered with same, and should consist principally of those that are of the whole wheat, though corn flakes, oatmeal, and any of the dried cereals may be taken - and with milk; that is, not WHOLE milk - but partially of the milk that's dried and partially of the raw milk. Eggs may be taken. These would be better were they coddled, not fried - not with grease, see, any time. Stimuli may be taken of coffee or tea in the mornings.

18. Noon - vegetable juices, as soups, or juices of meats in broths or the like. Also liver, fish, or such may be taken at the noon meal or lunch hour.

19. In the evenings - those vegetables that are cooked, and let them be WELL BALANCED; that is, not too much of those that are starchy nor too much of those that are just weight - though these may be well balanced in those that grow above and those that grow below the ground. All of these may be taken, especially those of the leafy vegetables. Not too much of meats at any time.

20. Well that those VIBRATIONS be given of electrically DRIVEN vibration along the spine each evening. This will make for better rest and will make for more activity.

21. Well, too, that FOLLOWING the vibrations the whole system be massaged with olive oil - then rubbed down with rub alcohol. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Is that the plain Radio-Active appliance? (A) That's the vibrations ELECTRICALLY driven!

23. (Q) What causes his stomach to pain when walking? (A) Tendency of that soreness as arises from too much cathartics, that have taken away the peristaltic movement, see - and a tendency towards dryness and lack of blood supply making for the tendency of prolapsus in the system.

24. (Q) What causes shortness of breath? (A) Pressure of same, or gas on the diaphragm and lungs. Do as we have been giving here, and we will find we will

2176-1 Page 5

relieve these distresses and disorders that come.
