At home in Time of Reading in Ilsley, 10:30 to 10:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Kentucky.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there is rather the complication of disturbances. These in a manner have been rather of an insidious nature.
4. Hence the results of applications of speculative conditions have not proven to be as helpful as anticipated.
5. We find that these conditions will require a long and an oft changed application, for the greater helpful forces.
6. But if there will be the PERSISTENCY in same, and the changes made every eight to ten weeks, we may bring back to the body the abilities for activities in such a way as to be a helpful influence, so that there may be the ability to carry on for self in this material experience.
7. The basis of the disturbance, as we find, arose from a malarial disturbance as combined with a germicidal affectation to the organs through the genital system.
8. Hence we have those conditions that are manifested in the lack of the ability for assimilation, and the conditions in the extremities which cause the disorder, as well as disturbance to the organs of the sensory system.
9. As we find first, then, in the beginning - it is necessary that there be given through the assimilating system those properties that would build UP the body, - through the applying of those influences which would destroy the activities that cause the crystallization in portions of the body, a torpid or spotted condition in the liver, the conditions in the joints that cause disturbance, and as to the lymph circulation.
10. Then - under the direction of a physician only - give
2183-1 Page 2
injections of the Bee Venom, as an aid and as a stimulation for the lymph circulation. As to how often - this will be under the direction of the physician. In the beginning it will be broken doses, and then a little bit heavier to give that reaction to the general system, see? This produces a character of inflammation, you see (It is Sharp & Dohme venom), and a resistance that needs to be had by the assimilating of those properties in the diet which we will indicate.
11. In the diet - give small quantities of beef juice often; at least a tablespoonful each day, but not more than that, and this taken in several doses - that is, take a teaspoonful at the time only, and take about ten minutes to sip this amount, letting it mix thoroughly with the saliva of the mouth. Even half a teaspoonful at the time would be better, and this taken often during the day. Use only the lean beef, no fats whatever in same, and use only the juice.
12. Also each day we would taken an ounce of Carrot Juice, - the juice extracted from fresh, raw carrots, by the use of a juicer. Do not take this whole quantity at once, to be sure, but sip it - take fifteen to twenty minutes to take this amount; or it may be sipped in smaller quantities but often through the day. Or, this quantity might be taken in small doses, sipped, throughout the morning of each day.
13. Each day also - throughout the afternoon, for instance, - we would sip an ounce of Beet Juice. This would be the juice from cooked beets and the beet tops cooked with same, in their own juices - not cooked in water, but as in Patapar Paper. Preferably use the young, tender beets, so that the tops are tender. If it is preferable to take the full amount at once, take at least fifteen to twenty minutes to sip same, so that the activities of the system may be aided through the effects of the Venom on the system.
14. As to other foods - we would have fruit juices, of course.
15. Also we would have vegetable juices with corn bread put in same, and the like.
16. Use buttermilk rather than tea or coffee. Corn bread in this would also be well.
17. Fruits may be taken in their season, but these should not include bananas; though pears may be taken if so desired. Only cooked apples in the present - no raw apples.
18. Of course, these things listed are not to make up the whole of the diet, but these are to be the main portion of same; for the beef juices and the carrot juice and beet juice are for special effects upon the system, while the buttermilk and
2183-1 Page 3
cooked vegetables with the corn bread mashed in same are to from the basis of the weighty portion in the diet, see?
19. Meats, to be sure, and other things of that nature, would be tabu.
20. Drink plenty of water, of course.
21. Keep the body bathed off often, and after the bath of morning or evening massage with Peanut Oil - especially over the hips and along the spine, and over the abdomen.
22. A little later we will change to other applications that will affect or effect the better eliminations.
23. But have occasionally the high enemas to keep the colon cleansed, as changed are wrought by these changes in the diet.
24. These we would do for the next eight weeks. THEN we will give further instructions.
25. Ready for questions.
26. Do this, then, for the next eight weeks.
27. We are through for the present. Copy to Self % Mr. M. R. Brown " " Ass'n file (See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Pure Beef Juice. At your convenience, let us have a history of your case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so we may have something with which to compare our information. After the suggested treatments have been followed in full for eight weeks, let us know so we may make an appointment for a Check Physical Reading to give further instructions.
