1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:
2. EC: On the edge of the hill!
3. Yes, we have the body here; this have had before. Again there might be given that the entity should be rather more consistent with those applications that have been suggested, and not go off at tangents in those things that do upset the mental or physical being of the entity.
4. The spirit, the intent to do is well, but in the application one may become curious, one may become disturbed or dissatisfied, or listen to those outside.
5. Know that all help, for each entity, comes only from the attuning of the divine within self to the desire and purpose of the soul-entity - whether such be accomplished by mind, by thought, by environ, by absorption, by contraction. All are to attune the body-forces through mind and matter to become active according to the best, or the divine within.
6. Here we find there are some variations from those conditions we have had before.
7. There would be better conditions if the body would keep in accord with those activities that have been set forth for the body. Here we find that through hydrotherapy and massage there would come the better conditions for this body. These will make for correcting those conditions in alimentary canal that, through the pressures in body-forces tend to disturb the central circulation or heart's activity.
8. There is no organic heart disorder. There are functional disorders through the nervous system. And the greater portion arises from conditions in the abdomen. Hence colonics are advised as well as the relaxing of those areas that control the circulation between lungs, heart, liver and kidneys - the areas from the 3rd dorsal, yes, the 3rd cervical to the 6th dorsal especially. Then cleansing and

keeping cleansed the colon, we should have better conditions for the body.
9. As indicated, the body is supersensitive through the sensory system - by suggestion, by the Fume Baths, by gentle massage. These will add much more to the regulating of the body-forces than internal medicine for this body.
10. Do that.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) How can the breasts be reduced, harmlessly, to a more normal size, especially the left one? (A) By bathing the areas of the glands in a medium strength alum water and massaging with camphorated oil - the area of the mammary gland; that is, from which they drain or are sustained in their circulation. Rub away from the breast - under the arm and down the side of the body - around the outer areas. And we will see a change.
13. (Q) What causes the sharp pain where the appendix was removed? (A) Pressures produced by the plethoric condition in the ascending colon. As indicated, it can be helped by keeping the colon cleansed occasionally. This at times would require a colonic, once in two weeks, at other times once in six weeks. But whenever there is the heaviness in the area, or in any portion of the colon, cleanse same.
14. (Q) Why do the shin bones hurt? (A) This is only occasionally and is from poor circulation. This will be aided by the general massage as well as Fume Baths.
15. (Q) Is there any malignant growth in my body? (A) Not in the present. There are conditions where plethora exists in pockets of the lymph circulation through portions of the body, but not of the malignant nature as yet - neither is it indicated that there would be, if there is persistence in following the suggestions outlined and not attempting serious diets or activities that cause such great strains on the body - as in fasting or in following certain diets for a long period of time. Keep well balanced in the diets. Do that.
16. (Q) Anything seriously wrong with the eyes? (A) No.
17. (Q) Why the frequent pain in the heart - is it impaired? (A) Just as given respecting same. Doing those things outlined will be much better for this body.
18. We are through with this reading.
