1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: We have the body here.

3. Now, we find conditions of the physical forces of this body have reached such conditions that the physical forces may be aided and abetted towards improvements, and the condition may be stopped, but it would require much care, much patience, much persistence to bring about the near physical functioning in a near normal manner; yet this may be accomplished by following these conditions rather closely - for there must be created those conditions that would bring about counter reactions in the physical forces of the body, and then those vibrations set up where the body physical may have that upon which to build to re-establish the proper coordination throughout the system. Here we find the seat or the beginning of the trouble - in the glands of the pelvis, where the system - refusing to act through pressure - brought about that gradual hardening of tissue, muscle, and a gradual contraction of the muscular forces through the inability of the system through the glands of the body to separate, as it were, those units of energy that acted in the way of replenishing these portions of the system. As we find, this first attacks then the extremities, feet, hands, limbs. These first show the lack of proper circulation, by the hindrance produced in those regions from which the emanation of replenishing forces for the blood supply are coordinated with the rebuilding of tissue and muscular forces within the system. These then reaching the condition wherein impactions are caused in the muscular forces of the body - the nerve system showed inflammation. These gradually incased or hardened by muscular tissue and fibrous tissue, these have brought about the inability of the reaction in the system.

4. Then, to meet the needs of the conditions, we would first

prepare at least two to three (2 to 3) pounds of Balsam of Sulphur - at least a handful or four (4) ounces used once each day, unless irritation begins from same - then lengthen the periods to every other or third day, meeting the needs of the system. Massage the body especially across the brachial plexus and the sacral plexus, thoroughly the whole length of the spine - but especially in these two centers.

5. When this has been massaged in and then cleansed by lukewarm water, with just a pinch of boracic acid used in same - that is, a pinch to gallon and a half of water - we would then massage the whole length of spine again, and this time including the limbs and the neck, and especially close around the ear and the glands of the throat, with EQUAL parts of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh. Heat the oil and then add the myrrh. Only prepare sufficient for the use each time for one application, or an ounce to two ounces of each solution.

6. After this has been used - both these applications - for the period necessary to use the two and a half to three pounds (2 1/2# to 3#) of Balsam of Sulphur, we would then discontinue this for a period.

7. During this period of dis-continuation we would give those vibrations as would emanate from this being made and applied in this way and manner:

8. In a crock or glass container put: Two (2) gallons of rain water, One (1) lb. Copper Sulphate, Six (6) ozs. Plain Charcoal, One and one-half (1 1/2) ozs. Sulphuric Acid, C.P. Six (6) drams of Common Zinc.

9. This solution, as we see, would discharge a low vibratory electrical force, gradually as the particles are thrown down, raising or lowering dependent upon the solution being disturbed. Cover this with a wooden top cover, making holes in same through which there would be put a carbon steel bar in one projecting at least an inch to inch and a quarter (1" to 1 1/4) above the top. In the other side place a nickel bar, or bar of nickel. These bars should be at least half inch to an inch each way. Holes are made in this end of the bar projecting above the board. Now this may be charged by connecting to a battery, same as one charges automobile batteries. Charge same for at least thirty minutes, or until the discharge is at least fifteen to twenty (15 to 20) ohms. To these bars attach insulated copper wires (let it be so that it is not burdensome). On the bar that is of steel attach a small anode of copper. On the bar that is of nickel attach rather a larger plate or anode, at least inch and a half to two (1 1/2 to 2) inches in diameter, thin.

These anodes are to be attached to the body, but before these are attached the connection with the nickel bar is to be broken and a connection made with a lead leader that will go into a solution of Chloride of Gold. The amount would be one (1) grain to one (1) ounce of distilled water. Let the cork be so arranged that the solution will not spill, but let the lead lead go in and out, breaking through the connection to the larger anode that is attached to the umbilicus of the body; but attach the smaller anode to the wrist or ankle before the one is attached to the central portion of the body - at least for a minute to minute and a half before the one is attached to the body.

10. Keep this up for at least three weeks. After this period further instructions would be given.

11. When this solution is not in use, or not attached to the body, disconnect the connections and cleanse the lead that goes through the gold each day before it is attached to the body. These vibrations are to be given at least an hour each day, after these are begun.

12. During this period, or during this period especially, do not let the body take any element that will even produce an extra amount of alcohol of any character in the system. Hence the diet would be principally of gruels, fresh vegetables (not cooked), and of wild game flesh - vegetables not cooked, and of wild game flesh - birds or of other wild game. Nothing domesticated should be taken as flesh for this body.

13. After this period we would give instructions as to the changes as have come about; for, as will be seen, there will be changes coming along as these various conditions are applied to the body. Do this, we will find we will bring much better rest, much better reaction through the system, and a stopping off and a building up of the body towards being able to meet these resistances in the system - Mrs. [2215]. Do this, for we may bring better conditions for this body, physically and mentally.

14. We are through for the present.
