1. EC: Yes we have the body here - Now the abnormal conditions as we find in this body, that have to do with the hearing, we find began from a condition that existed in the organs of the throat, and were effected by a condition in the Thyroid gland; so that the Eustachian Tubes were involved, and the reaction to the central portion of the ear causes the circulation that goes to these - of this organ, to become overcharged as it were - or a thickening of the inner ear drum, see - as the circulation was impaired by sympathetic circulation throughout these glands, and the effect reached the ear forces. It becomes simply a matter of vibration to the ear forces - or we would say the sounding board of the drum of the ear becomes affected by the broken connection - as the hearing from the board to the central station or the auditory centers to the brain, so we have here the connection entirely broken that is in the system that will create the same vibration as is needed to give auditory effect to the brain, to produce sound recognizable to this body. Again, as to conditions in this body throughout functioning of the organs - throughout the body is very good, yet we have the blood forces forming high blood tension shown in the system and prevents the full distribution of life giving cells. This is not very good. That will be improved also so that the better health and full vitality will have given throughout this body when the correct vibration is given to the nerve centers so that the whole nervous system is, in so far as the cerebrospinal nerves govern the whole system, is in accord with the first vibrations as were found in this body, so we would only take that in the system that will create the correct incentives either in direct action to the blood supplying forces and to the rejuvenating force that must be had to produce vibration in the system.
2. We would take as a tonic, this:
Gum Camphor...............20 grains, Sulphate of Morphia........3 grains, Muriate of Iron...........20 grains.
2220-1 Page 2
These would be mixed thoroughly and made into thirty pellets.
Dose: One every other day in the evening. These must be kept in a cool place or they will congeal.
3. For vibration, we would prepare a battery in this form and manner: Two bars of carbon steel, one and a quarter inches wide by two and three quarter inches long, one quarter inch thick. These would be bound together with a carbon between, small wires of copper would be attached to each bar of steel of sufficient length to be easily attached to the body. They would be attached to a small plate, which would be fastened to the body and to the second Cervical Vertebra, when used each evening for thirty minutes. This would be put into a jar containing this solution: water, rain water preferred, one gallon, sulphate of copper, one half pound; with the water at a temperature of 32 or as near as possible to keep it near this.
4. Do this, we will bring the correct vibration to this body. This must, if necessity, be a slow process for we must give the correct incentives to this body and to the nerve centers to produce the correct equilibrium. This will not wholly restore all of the vibration, but will bring all of the body nearer to its full capacity of hearing again. Do that.
5. (Q) Which ear drum is the best? (A) The right one.
6. (Q) Is the left one punctured or not. (A) We have given this. Do what we have said. We are through.
