1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2227]' this we have had before.
3. As we find, while conditions are improved from those as we last had same here, there is much yet to be desired, if the body would be able to function in any near normal manner.
4. There are those deflections, as we have indicated, in the circulation to the lower limbs, and that condition in the body that tends towards an increase of the lymph flow to affected areas - or tendencies towards a dropsical effect, as in the extremities.
5. As we find, we would first administer those properties that are homeopathically administered for such disturbances; these taken in the manner to aid in eradicating same from system. We refer, of course, to the cimex lectularius - that is the homeopathic remedy for such conditions.
6. Owing to these complications, however, we would have the adjustments administered osteopathically in the lumbar and lower dorsal areas; about twice or three times a week, not too strong, but so as to make adjustments in these areas.
7. To the feet and lower limbs, in areas where the swelling is indicated, we would apply Mullein Stupes; using the large leaves of the green Mullein that may be secured at this season. Apply three to four thicknesses of these leaves bruised by pouring boiling water over same, and then applying directly to the body - with heavy cloths over same - the first cloth being damp in the hot water, see?
8. Also, about once each day, take about an ounce and a half or two ounces of Mullein Tea. Obtain the flower and seed of the Mullein, and to about a tablespoonful pour a pint of boiling water and allow to steep as tea. Use the raw or fresh Mullein blossom, of course, and seed. These are preferable to the leaves, in making the tea, you see.

9. These combined will bring bettered conditions for this body.
10. In the diet - to be sure the body understands the necessity of those things that are easily assimilated but that do give strength and vitality, but not tending towards increasing the lymph flow. Yet with the osteopathic adjustments given in the manner indicated, this should be kept down.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Is the present osteopath alright, or would you advise changing? (A) If he will make the adjustments in the lumbar and lower dorsal area as indicated, alright - for these can be done by this osteopath [Harold E. Clybourne, D.O.?].
