1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find the body very good throughout in many respects. There are some abnormal conditions that may be corrected in this body. They have to do with the co-ordination of nerve forces and vibration in the body and the effect that has been produced by this condition. There are some minor conditions through the eliminating forces that may also be corrected. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body - [2244] we are speaking of, present here in this room.

2. The blood supply in the system we find in the normal force for the condition as exists in the system. There are some reflex conditions to the nerve forces, especially of pneumogastric that at times affect the digestion until the condition becomes an expressive one through the blood supply of the body. The blood then becomes super-charged with the conditions that are not eliminated properly through the system. This we find, however, is a local condition and not one that has become as yet one of an organic nature but rather of the functional.

3. In the nerve forces in the body we find the troubles or conditions that may be corrected. In the sensory organism we find there is improper co-ordination between the cerebrospinal forces and that of the auditory nerve forces, for there has been in times back something to the condition of the auditory forces that has broken the connection in part between the auditory forces and those of the brain itself, giving the sensitive forces necessary to make the sense of hearing acute enough to be fully distinguishable in the body, and to separate one sound from the other, see? The condition exists in the factors of the organ itself necessary to make the proper connection so that the auditory nerves get the sense or the division of the sound waves in the vibration as they reach the organs themselves, see? This then becomes rather the condition of the nerve forces than of organic condition or of diseased parts of the organ.

4. The division of the vibrations become rather sympathetic than of a nature as given through cerebrospinal forces. In the reflexes from this we have the condition that reaches

through the nerve forces to that of the pneumogastric which with overstrain gives the sympathetical condition in the digestive organs, as we have given, see?

5. Through the functioning of the organs themselves we find the body very good. The lung forces have received some expression that make the clarification imperfect at times. This is a temporary rather than an organic or sympathetic condition. It only shows through the portions of the cells themselves.

6. Through the heart action we find at present the flow above the normal, though the pressure at times becomes subnormal sympathetically. Through the action of the digestive forces we find the condition as we have given. In the liver there are at times those conditions that remain through the functioning of the excretory system as shows the lack of perfect co-ordination in the nerve forces, and sympathetically these arise.

7. The hepatic circulation also shows the effect, and we have overtaxation at times to the kidneys themselves. This is rather reflexly a condition than that of an organic nature.

8. To give the proper connection, and to produce the equilibrium in the body necessary to give the full efficiency to the body, we would, through that of manipulation internally, that is; through the mouth and up through the Eustachian tubes and to those portions of the ear that it would reach through the mouth itself, correct these through osteopathic treatment - through that of vibration necessary to make correct connection of the sensory and cerebrospinal and sympathetic forces, would we reach these, see? The vibrations would be received from that as given through a low form of electrical vibration that would give the strength necessary to the nerve and tissue to hold the parts of the organs in their correct position when sound is made through to the ear itself, see? These would be found in this:

9. To two gallons of rain water, we would add: Heavy Salt..............................1 pound, Plain Charcoal..........................1 pound, Copper Sulphate.........................2 pounds, Zinc....................................6 drams, Sulphuric Acid, C.P.....................1 ounce.

10. The poles would be both of copper and attached to a plate that would be attached to the second cervical vertebra for 20 minutes each evening. The vibrations would give the correct incentive to the nerve forces, from this, see? The

adjustments through the osteopathic forces would be to correct the condition as exists there. Do that.

11. (Q) How much time would be required to correct the hearing of this body if these treatments were given as you instruct. (A) From 60 to 90 days, then they would be gradually increased to their normal condition.
