1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name; and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity, giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '35 - awakenings - '24 - changes - '12 - yes - 1900 - yes, a change - '89 - '79 - yes - " etc., on back to date of birth.)
3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [2246] - a change in the nomen!
4. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this be a helpful influence in the experience of this entity.
5. As the entity itself is of an analytical mind or trend, it is well that some information - as we have indicated at times - be reviewed for the entity.
6. The records each entity makes are written or impressed upon time and space; and through patience one may attain to the awareness or consciousness of same in one's own experience.
7. Thus may the relationships of the entity and the universal consciousness, or God, become more and more a conscious reality. Not that it may be even describable in words. For, words are merely a means of communicating ideas to one individual from another, while universal consciousness with Creative Forces is rather the awareness that bespeaks of life itself. And life in every form is the
2246-1 Page 2
manifestation of that force called God.
8. Yet, as was given in those admonitions by Him - who in the flesh was a manifestation, or became the manifestation of that God-consciousness in the material world - "In patience ye may become aware of, or awakened to, thy soul. In patience, and living in that consciousness, I may bring to your remembrance all things from the foundations of the world."
9. These are indications, then, that this entity in itself may - if it chooses - come to that awareness of its relationships to that universal consciousness, that Christ-likeness which is manifested by the relationships or dealings one with another.
10. For as each soul - not the body but the soul - is the image of the Maker, so with the awareness of the soul-consciousness there may come the awakening to the realization of the soul's relationship with that universal consciousness, as is promised in Him.
11. Thus the records of each entity are a part of the universal consciousness, and "Inasmuch as ye did it unto the least of my little ones, ye did it unto me." These are the channels, these are the records then that ever stand as that angel before the throne, that there may be intercession. For, as the spirit of the Christ is one, and the individual entity in its manifestations of thought, purpose and desire makes its awareness one with that consciousness, so may that soul awareness come. For, ye find thyself body, mind, soul. These three bear witness in the earth. And the Christ-Consciousness, the Holy Spirit AND thy guardian angel bear witness in the spirit.
12. What, then, have been the manifestations of the entity through the earth experience that have brought about this present state of awareness in this ye call time and space!
13. In interpreting the records, then, there are urges latent and manifested that are the witnesses in the records as we find here.
14. The urges from astrological aspects are not that, as interpreted by many, you have certain characteristics because the sun, the moon and the planets, or any phase of same, were in such and such a position at the hour of birth. Did it change thy character because thy name was changed in thy early years? Rather, it set a vibration to which ye may or may not respond. For, thy will surpasses all other influences that are a part of thy consciousness.
15. For, the soul being a part or a shadow of the real spiritual self, it controls or rules the universe rather than being ruled by same. But, they that have entirely put
2246-1 Page 3
on a consciousness are ruled by same. Hence, as each individual entity accepts and lives by this or that awareness, or consciousness, it gives power and spirit to same.
16. Thus is each soul, each entity, a co-creator with that universal consciousness ye call God.
17. Then the usage an entity has made of the opportunities that have been and are a part of a record, THE record of each entity and of THIS entity, constitutes the life story, the life experience in and through this sphere of awareness.
18. For, know (as ye are conscious of) the earth and its system is merely a part of the great universal consciousness. Yet the use of that awareness ye have attained today enables the entity, the body, to be - or to be aware of - that phase of its consciousness. Only by usage does it become a part of self.
19. Thus we find, according to the application of the entity in this present experience, little of the accredited astrological aspects has an influence. Rather the mental and spiritual has the influence, from the application of the entity's awareness or consciousness through sojourns in the earth.
20. We find an entity, then, with high mental abilities; not only because it has been in that awareness accredited to the mental body (Mercury) but because of the application of such in its experience, in its relationships. Thus the manner of thought, the manner in which the entity analyzes, is as of one accrediting and living by spirit as well as by mental abilities. Hence the entity finds that natural awareness and appreciation of man's mental relationships to spiritual and mental aspects in a material world. And the entity has grown in this thought. For, as life IS the manifestation of the Creative Force, or God, thus may the life - or life in all forms in nature - bring its weight, its influence upon the mind, the abilities, the physical forces of man himself; as the type of soil, the type of activity, the type of thought given in the growth of that which becomes a part of the physical being of man.
21. For, that upon which the physical body lives, that which it assimilates, that it becomes in essence, in its nature. That upon which the mental man lives, or feeds, or that he digests, that he becomes - in the mental realm. The spiritual is ever aware. And there is only ONE spirit - that of good.
22. As to the choice, or the application man makes of the spirit - this is up to the individual.
23. That, then - as the entity has seen and understood, -
2246-1 Page 4
is the difference between individuality and personality of an individual or single entity.
24. In the astrological aspects, then, we find that Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Uranus have been a part of the entity's experience. Yet, as indicated, this influence is as the shadow or the growth through which the entity has passed in this material experience.
25. Mercury - the mental abilities.
26. Venus - the love, the beauty, the appreciation of associations and of friendships. For, those are universal laws. Friends beget friends. Like begets like. To be lovely, one must show self lovely - if one would have love in one's experience.
27. In Jupiter we find the group, the mass influence. Thus the experiences of the entity in the associations with others, in which the activities of the entity have directed and changed the thought of many. Also the mass or group association may change the manner in which consideration is given of a thought by the entity, rather than the individual. Not only, then, is the entity an excellent conversationalist to the masses or groups, but the entity would make a good lecturer. These are parts of the entity's growths in this material sojourn.
28. We find in Uranus the great changes, the extremes that have been and that are a part of the entity's consciousness; not only in the material but in the mental, as well as fears and doubts respecting spiritual - not of spiritual, but respecting spiritual.
29. These are the entity's awarenesses from activities during interims between the earthly sojourns.
30. As to the sojourns in the earth and their influence, - these have gradually become more and more a part of the entity's awareness, consciously and unconsciously. Yet these also are subject to the will of the entity. For, will is that birthright to each soul which makes the difference between man and the rest of creation.
31. Who and what alone may defy its Maker? Man! For, with the same awareness, the same consciousness, he may bless and he may curse. Each entity all too seldom becomes aware of this in the own consciousness.
32. Not all of the sojourns in the earth may be given in the present, but those that make the entity aware of the urges that are latent and that are gradually coming to be manifested by the application of the traits of individuals. Not that the individuals in the various appearances are different, for - though they bore different names, different characteristics - they are one - even as the Father, the
2246-1 Page 5
Son and the Holy Spirit are one; and as time, space and patience are one, when there are the full or complete manifestations of same in the awareness of an entity, of unity, of oneness. But to man has been given that ability to know himself to be himself, and yet one with the Creative Force. By what? Through what? The willingness, the desire to make thy will one with His! Of thyself, then, ye may do nothing, even as He gave. Only as the spirit may work in and through thee may ye accomplish - spiritually, mentally, physically - that which shows forth the Lord's death till He come again.
33. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission. Why? For, that separation from the spirit IS blood; and its spirit, its movement is of spirit - and that must be put away.
34. Before this, then, we find that the activities of the entity were in the land of the present nativity; yet of French birth was the entity then and came with Marquis de LaFayette (or Jean Paul LaFayette) as a defender of liberty in this land - Count Rochambeau.
35. Thus the entity has had, and finds, both good and bad influences as to the vanity of that entity, which is too well known to make comment, and yet the entity may see himself reflected in many ways.
36. The abilities as an instructor, a teacher, are the influences from a portion of the entity's experience through that sojourn. Also the love of freedom, the love of ease, the love of beauty - yea, the love of women - arise from those experiences in that sojourn.
37. Through the period the entity gained and lost, and gained; and much of the experience through that particular sojourn may be of a helpful Force in the analyzing and the studying of those influences. Yet, because of the experiences through parts of Georgia, Carolina, Virginia and New York, we find that those areas are the ones through which greater influence of associations and friendships will bring harmony in the entity's experience through this particular sojourn.
38. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land, or the Promised Land, yet the entity was a Roman; being among those of the procurators or judges - not among those stationed in the various cities as soldiers, but rather among those who gathered the statistical activities under the rulers as for the abilities of individuals or groups to contribute in this or that form to the betterment of the empire.
39. Thus the interest of the entity in those things of an agricultural and of a mineral nature, that supplies man from
2246-1 Page 6
nature's storehouse, also became a part of the entity's experience then; as well as those tenets of the mental and spiritual realm through which the entity spoke and acted.
40. The entity then was acquainted especially with those of the early church, as some of the disciples and teachers, Barnabas, Lucius, and especially Nigar (?) [Nylen?] the cousin of Herod; for she was a close friend of the entity through that experience.
41. When the entity was associated with those activities in Antioch and in Syria.
42. Thus all of the land, as well as the teachings, are and have been of special interest to the entity; and the entity wrote through that period of those things and of the activity of the earlier disciples. Some of the writings may yet be found there. Some of them are even preserved in the Vatican - then being in the name Philen - not Philos, but Philen.
43. The entity made the greater advancements through those periods of activity. For, while the activities were more and more for the land and its people, more and more of the mental and spiritual teachings were also given out by the entity, not only in Rome and in Alexandria but throughout all the lands that the entity visited - in those capacities of recording the determining factors in the rule of people.
44. Is it any wonder that in the next sojourn the entity sought to FREE people from the bondage of individual rulers?
45. There may be little fear, then, that the entity will ever be an advocate of, or one to assist in, those things that would make men other than FREE - in thought, in expression, in their search for God.
46. Before that the entity was in the Persian and Arabian land, yet the entity was of the Grecians who came into that land as a movement for no good purpose.
47. Yet, coming under the influences of the teacher Uhjltd, being aware of the activities of the peoples in the Persian land, the entity became not a traitor but rather one who attempted to change the purpose of the Grecians in their attempts to overrun or to undermine the activities in the 'city in the hills and the plains.'
48. This the entity failed to do, yet in its purpose, in its desire, the entity aided in furthering that of human kindness in its relationships to those activities in the 'city in the hills and the plains.'
49. During that period the entity suffered materially, yet great advancements were made mentally and spiritually.
50. Thus, as an instructor, as the desire towards the healing arts, these became a part of the deeper
2246-1 Page 7
consciousness or awareness of the entity.
51. The name then was Eccleael.
52. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods when there were the turmoils and strifes from those activities that brought about the rebellions in the land.
53. The entity then was among those people of the land to which the Priest was banished, but with the environs and those influences the entity became an aide to those when the priest returned, in the establishing of the Temples of Sacrifice and the Temple Beautiful.
54. There the entity aided in the building, and in the preserving of records that will some day be a part of SOME men's physical or material consciousness. For these, as some of the lost arts - as the tempering of brass, as the manners in which there were the chemical weavings of the papyrus, as well as the preserving of those things necessary for the making of linens - all were a part of the entity's awareness and activities through those experiences there.
55. Thus the entity gained, thus the entity rose to one in power, with not only the spiritual rulers but the material rulers also of the land.
56. The name then was changed from the Abyssinian name to Ar-Exten.
57. Before that the entity was in the Atlantean land, during those periods of the greater expansion, the periods when there were the attempts to UNIFY activities - by the children of the Law of One.
58. For, the entity then was a priest that ministered to the physical needs of the peoples. Thus those who were in that stage of development or awareness in which their minds and bodies only worked for others, or performed the manual activities, were of special interest to the entity; in attempting to use the spiritual forces to AWAKEN the consciousness of those individuals to the point that they could raise themselves from those positions to that of greater relationship with the universal consciousness.
59. There again we find the activities in which disputations arose between the sons of Belial and the entity - as Ax-Abs.
60. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
61. Study to show thyself approved unto God, thy ideal. KNOW thy ideal - physical, mental, spiritual; not as ideas, not as that to which any may attain, but that to which ALL may attain in the spiritual and mental realm.
62. LIVE, BE in that awareness. Not that it is not ever to
2246-1 Page 8
be made practical, daily. For, in a material world one's religion, one's spirituality must be LIVED rather than preached; yet in the mental awareness one may be WHOLLY in that temple. For, thy body is indeed the temple of the living God. THERE He has promised to meet thee. Become aware of that indwelling in the holy of holies in thine own temple-self. For, the mind is the builder in the spiritual world. It is the way - even as He is the way.
63. Keep the faith that ye attained in those activities in Antioch. Keep that purpose ye found in Poseidia. Keep that activity even as ye found at Yorktown, of perseverance.
64. In these ye may find the spirit of truth guiding thee day by day.
65. Ready for questions.
66. (Q) What were my past associations with my adopted son, [...]? (A) Before this, he was the officer under the entity. In the Palestine experience he was the teacher, the instructor in the way. During the Atlantean experiences he was the helper, or helpmeet, through those trials with the sons of Belial.
67. (Q) Is there any particular period from which my urges come that have drawn me to an association with the directors of the Carmerson Corp.? (A) Many of these may be found by comparison. Many of these have been associations in various forms and manners, yes. These are urges. As to their activities, they are opportunities - to be sure.
68. (Q) From what period do the urges come which involve my interest in Anthroposophy? (A) As indicated - the Palestine, as well as the Atlantean and Egyptian.
69. (Q) Any other advice and guidance for the spiritual development at this time? (A) KEEP the faith. Know that His promises are true. And in thy ideals, know the author as well as the letter of the ideal, and that He the author - is able to keep that ye commit unto Him against ANY experience - whether in the mental, the spiritual or the material. For, He stands ever at the door, and whosoever will open may sup with Him.
