1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '37 - anxiety, but promising - '35 - '31 - upsets - '29 - '20 - yes - 1918 - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes - what a scared somebody!

4. We have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2247].

5. It would be well that the entity keep, for the present, the name [2247] [As worked out numerologically by Mrs. [1770]].

6. In interpreting the records here, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this be a helpful experience for the entity; aiding it in analyzing its purposes, its desires, and giving the virtues as well as the vices which appear in the activity of the entity through the material sojourns.

7. Many we find have been the material activities, and thus those who attempt to analyze the life experience or urges from a purely astrological aspect oft become confused. While all of the urges that arise from material sojourns bring a great manifested urge in the emotions of the body, these have allowed to become confused at times through the latent activity; as astrological, numerologically, as well as emotions that arise from associations of the entity's activity not only in the material plane but through astrological aspects.

8. Hence the entity is at times not only an enigma to self

2247-1 Page 2

but also to those about the entity. A great deal of activity appears to be necessary, that there may be even the carrying on; yet there is the desire for quiet, for activities in which the abilities may maintain quiet by remaining calm; the desire to relax, and yet the entity finds itself in the present in a whirl of activities as it were for the meeting of the immediate needs of the entity.

9. These, then, may be seen from the various urges and activities that have been a part of the entity's experience through material sojourns.

10. For, know that it is not by chance that one enters any material sojourn. Know that an entity, each entity, is constantly meeting itself.

11. And as the entity here finds itself in these activities, these environs, we find it is merely the meeting of the own self. However, we do not find it is merely the meeting of the own self. However, we do not find that the entity is in the best environs for its own development, but should again seek the activities rather in the East - rather than the western portion of the land of the entity's present nativity.

12. Then, in choosing the urges which are latent and manifested, these are given with the hope, the purpose, the desire, to make them a helpful influence or force. So, keep that as may be indicated as something to be analyzed, to be studied; with the abilities, the faults; the failures, the successes. Yet know, not just the material things but the mental and spiritual aspects may make for a peace and a quiet that all of materiality may NOT disturb.

13. The astrological aspects are not so active as might be indicated by the position of the planets, sun, moon, or even the zodiacal signs. For, these would indicate indolence, - and this has been and is far from the material activity in the present; but the DESIRE for same brings a great turmoil at times into the experience, and makes for hardships.

14. Rather, then, learn to so steel self as to meet the needs of the everyday acts; yet preparing self in mind, in spirit, for the greater successes materially that may come to the entity with the directing of itself in those channels as we find that may be indicated.

15. Hence as we find from the material sojourns the greater urges arise, and these - to be given in any manner in which they may be beneficial - will necessitate a bit of analyzing as they are presented - and as they relate to conditions which exist in the material and mental and spiritual affairs of the entity in the present.

16. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the

2247-1 Page 3

present sojourn, among those born in the land; yet - because of the environs, because of those things that brought about the activities in the experience, there was the desire to go East. Hence when the activities brought the apparent shadows of opportunities, the entity sought such; and these experiences of the entity - as Geraldine Madder - brought to self and others disturbing influences, because of the cry for those things that apparently were merely shadows, or the shells of desire rather than of individual or spiritual purpose.

17. Hence in the present environs we find hardships physically, anxieties mentally, and spiritual abrogations. Yet from same the entity may learn much that may be applicable in this particular sojourn - that is, patience.

18. For in patience one becomes aware of one's soul relationships to Creative Forces; and thus there may be gathered - with and by and through even the turmoils of day to day - many lessons that may be depicted by the entity as a writer, as a depicter of character, through the stories of everyday life that are real. Through such there may come not only material successes but helpful influences in the lives of others.

19. And as patience is learned, and selflessness, more and more there may come peace and harmony by the very thought, the very act, the very influences the entity may bring to bear in the experiences of others.

20. Before that the entity was in the French land, during those periods when there was an exodus of many peoples to the land of the entity's present nativity.

21. There the entity joined with those who chose those means and manners of material expression to bring ideas or purposes of entertainment into the lives and experiences of others.

22. Hence we find the entity was a danseuse - among the early activities of such in the land of the entity's present nativity; then in the name of Marchasai Nevelle.

23. In the experience the entity gained materially, lost spiritually, was confused mentally.

24. As to the present application of self respecting same, we find there are great abilities as an entertainer, as well as in using the emotions of the body for physical, mental and spiritual gains, by the very activities of same.

25. These are well, and may be a part of the entity's experience, especially in its description of activities; but the forte, as well as the greater abilities, will lie in the WRITING of same, as WELL as in the using of the abilities as a danseuse; or as one to give to the various stages of

2247-1 Page 4

activity the better poise, the better health, the better concepts as to the use of the tendons and muscles of the very frame structure of the body.

26. These may be used as means and manners for the entity meeting and cohabiting with those of various groups.

27. Yet, as we find, those environs closer to the Metropolitan areas, or summer in the metropolitan areas of the north and east, and winter in the south and east, - these should and may be rather the best activities of the entity. For it was along the Atlantic Seaboard, rather than the Pacific, that the material gains were the experience of the entity in that sojourn just previous to the present. Thus those things that were in part lacking in the activity are to be the more accentuated in the present experiences, - for they become the natural outlets. For, that each soul seeks in material is that it is not experiencing at the moment.

28. Before that the entity was in the land now known as the Grecian and Roman, during those activities when there was the induction of the dancers and entertainers into Rome from Greece.

29. There the entity bore more than one name, though the real name was Cercese; beautiful in body and figure, as the entity has attained much in the present.

30. The entity interpreted the body movements during those experiences, but did so in such a manner that they were made practical, through the entity's writings and activity among those of its chosen field of service in the material plane.

31. In the experience the entity gained, physically, mentally, spiritually; for the entity found, as each entity eventually does, that it must give expression in all phases of its activity - spiritually, mentally, physically - for not merely gratifying a physical need, not merely exalting a mental idea, nor the exploiting of spiritual phases or isms, but that the Lord our God might be made manifest among those we meet day by day.

32. THUS may the entity find itself in the present, by the usage of the mental and material faculties for greater mental, spiritual AND material gains.

33. Before that the entity was in the Arabian and Persian land, in the 'city in the hills and the plains.'

34. The entity was among those Grecians who were sent into that land for the desecration of same, yet the entity turned to the activity of the leader in that 'city in the hills and plains' and became an interpreter of the leader's activities, as well as of the greater teachings that made for the material and mental and spiritual forces of the

2247-1 Page 5

peoples through that sojourn.

35. There the entity wrote, and acquired abilities which it may apply in its present experience - but rather in those fields of service and material activity as we have indicated, that offer the greater opportunities and experiences that may come to the entity in this sojourn.

36. The name then was La-Li-En.

37. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, in the activities of the Temple Beautiful when there were those influences wrought for the body-development - the entity being the activity leader especially in the dance, the rhythmic dance for the leaving off of faults, the making for the more erect figure, the abilities to make same for the developing of the body in various phases.

38. Thus these may become a part of the entity's activity in the present, for the greater advancement.

39. The name then was Ar-Elba.

40. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, - that to which it may attain, and how:

41. First, know thy ideal - spiritually - and the author of same. Not merely as a rote or routine, as is the tendency of the entity in most things it does, thinks or acts; but rather as an eternal light, eternal emblem.

42. And then study to show thyself approved unto that ideal, - not only in all good conscience to self but in thy daily relationships and activities with thy fellow men.

43. And keep self from condemnation of circumstance, of conditions; but study to do that which will bring harmony in mind, as ye seek for others to bring harmony in their bodies and their minds.

44. In those fields of writing, as indicated - of commonplace things, commonplace circumstances - may the entity succeed, as well as in all of the body-rhythm, as well as the spiritual aspects of same being manifested in the body. In all of these may the entity find the greater outlet for its abilities, and the greater material and mental successes in the present.

45. Use that which has been attained - as in class or group work - in the centers indicated; near New York, Connecticut or Jersey through the spring and summer months; and in the east coast of Florida - as in Palm Beach or Miami, or the like - through the winter.

46. These as we find are the outlets for this entity that may bring the greater satisfaction.

47. But keep the spiritual life first. The mental and material should be the outgrowth, the result of spiritual attainments.

48. Ready for questions.

49. (Q) Is there a definite person or persons to whom I may go who would be interested in helping me in furthering the success of the Rhythm work? (A) As we find, this would be best by CLASSES - as indicated - getting various groups together; but this may not be attained in the west, or on the west coast, as we find.

50. (Q) Is there any possibility of my marrying the one man who interests me? He is here in Hollywood living nearby. (A) We do not find this as the BEST possibility. Such should be an outcome of successes for self first in other fields or directions.

51. (Q) How should I proceed in the writing field, and what phase of it should I follow? (A) As just indicated - the common place, but with the rhythm, as well as the spiritual life stressed in the lives, or as bringing the climaxes in the experience of those whom the entity uses as its figures or subjects; using the experiences of the daily life as the background, see?

52. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Much might be given, but keep these in the way that has been indicated, and ye will find not only hope but success. Do not abuse it when ye gain it!
