Time of Reading Sanitarium in 11:10 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Ossining, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes - the big house is here too! [Sing Sing prison?]
2. We have the body here, [2248], and those conditions which prevent the normal activity and coordination through the physical and mental body.
3. Now, as we find, causes are partially prenatal, and partially from hindrances which arise from physical suppressions - that are a part of the prenatal expression in the cycle of activity between the physical and the emotional body. This occurred in those periods of the third cycle of body-developments.
4. Thus there are incoordinations between the emotional and the physical reactions of the body. These produce very definite reactions in the responses to the sensory nerve system, as indicated in the manner of bodily responses to same.
5. We find that these conditions may be materially aided, if there will be the persistent and consistent application of those influences - and environs - as would bring this activity in the natal forces of the body to better response or coordination one portion with another.
6. This may not be done by those in the present environs, unless INDIVIDUAL activity were accorded.
7. This regeneration may not come about by merely injections of extracts or compounds to react, but must be as a gradual growth of the expression and coordination of the nervous systems and the physical reactions to creative and generative forces within the body-functionings themselves.
8. Then, we would put the body under the supervision of a sympathetic nurse, in pleasant environs, where more liberties may be had and yet less incoordinated activity accorded for the physical body.
9. The requirements for such a nurse would be, first: One of a sympathetic nature; not merely desiring a job of care, but one versed in psychological aspects of human reaction,

ESPECIALLY in a SPIRITUAL way and manner.
10. Then, there should be the ability to have, every other day, a good massage along the cerebrospinal system, with adjustments properly made in especially the coccyx, the lumbar, AND the cervical and upper dorsal areas.
11. Also every other day, but on those days that the osteopathic adjustments and massages are NOT given - we would apply the low electrical vibrations of the Wet Cell Appliance, but the double strength; using: Copper Sulphate.........3 pounds, Sulphuric Acid C.P......2 ounces, Zinc...................60 drams. Through this Appliance there would be carried the vibrations from Chloride of Gold, in the proportions of one grain to each ounce of distilled water.
12. Make the attachments for thirty minutes every other day; the small copper plate to the 9th dorsal center, the larger nickel plate (through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially) to the lacteal duct and umbilical plexus.
13. Change the Gold Solution every fifteen days. Change the Appliance charge every thirty days.
14. After each application of the Wet Cell Appliance, allow the body to rest - as it will be inclined to sink into slumber - and during such periods make POSITIVE suggestions for coordination and helpful activity to the body, in a prayerful, meditative manner; not as routine to be gotten through with, but as positive suggestions that are to be helpful to one of God's children.
15. The diets should consist of plenty of fresh vegetable juices each day. These may be taken of morning, noon or evening. The rest of the diet should be a regular well balanced diet, and not of rich foods.
16. Do these, consistently; and we will bring - and in a little while, six to nine months - a near to normal mental and physical body.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) Will you please word the suggestion that should be given while asleep, following the Wet Cell Appliance treatment? (A) This will depend upon that one making the applications, you see. This one - the nurse - must be spiritual-minded, and not merely seeking a material occupation. Do this - for we may bring to physical activity an entity,

a body, that will bring happiness to many.
19. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mother (one to be given to the nurse selected) Copy to Ass'n file (5/27/40 GD's note: See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for Osteopath; we would refer you to Dr. Frank Dobbins, 551 Fifth Ave., N.Y.C., or to Dr. Mary Miller, 205 West 57th St., N.Y.C. Both of these have had experience with following Reading suggestions for treatments. See directions [which were enclosed for preparing the Wet Cell Appliance. Mail these to the Health Home Remedies Corp., P.O. Box 273, Norfolk, Va., when ordering the Appliance, so they will know just how to make it up. Each Appliance is made according to specifications. For a sympathetic nurse, familiar with Mr. Cayce's Readings, we would refer you to: Mrs. Carrie S. House, Route 2, Box 20, Hopkinsville, Ky., or Mrs. Ruth LeNoir, 2709 Lafayette Blvd., Norfolk, Va. We merely offer these as helpful suggestions, in case you do not already know of such a person. Please let us know just what you decide in regard to each of these treatments.) ts.)
