1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present; going over the body carefully, examining it thoroughly, and telling me the conditions you find; also giving the cause of the existing conditions, with suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, there is the result in this body of the glandular system refusing to function properly, or to create from that assimilated the plasm in the nerve responses for the impulse to the sensory and impulse system - though the greater disturbance manifested is in the coordination between impulse and activity.
4. Not that there is the MIND becoming blank, but the coordinating of the mind with the physical reaction becomes slow, dull; or there is incoordination.
5. We find that these conditions may be aided. As to there being a return to perfectly normal reactions - this will depend upon the manner of reaction that is able to be produced in the physical and mental body of [2249].
6. These, as we find, are the disturbances in the body:
7. In the blood supply we find that nerve reflexes cause the distribution of the blood assimilated in very unusual manners. This causes quite a different aspect or outlook the body has upon physical and mental reactions, by the very nature or manner of nerve reflexes from the circulation.
8. Hence we have periods when there are exultations, and other periods when there are depressions.
9. We find that during these applications, which we will suggest, there will be required rest, and care of a sympathetic nature - though of a very positive nature a to react with the nursing or the caring for the body.
10. First we would suggest that there be begun the use of the low electrical vibrations of the Wet Cell Appliance.
2249-1 Page 2
This should be extra strength for the body - that is, a double charge - and should carry to the body vibratorially one day the Spirits of Camphor (commercial strength) and the next day Chloride of Gold (in the proportions of the one grain to each once of distilled water).
11. Make the attachment each day for thirty minutes, one day using the Camphor, the next day using the Gold.
12. The Camphor attachment would be just opposite to that ordinarily indicated; that is, the small plate would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus (or four fingers from the umbilical center towards the right side of the body, and one finger up from the line as would be thus drawn there, you see) - while the larger nickel plate, through which the Camphor Solution passes vibratorially, would be attached to the 4th cervicals. This is two, three to four centers from the base of the brain, you see. This is to affect the special circulation between these areas of the body.
13. Next day, when making the Gold attachment, the small copper plate would be attached to the 4th lumbar; while the larger nickel plate, through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially, would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus. This will change the glandular forces and their activity, and the nerve impulse.
14. The anodes that pass into these Solutions should be removed from the Solution each day after being used.
15. Recharge the Appliance every thirty days, and change both Solutions every thirty days also - that is, when each Solution has been used for fifteen treatments, you see. It will not be necessary to change these oftener, if care is taken in the manner indicated. However, should there be the crystallization, or should the Gold Solution become so lacking in color as to indicate it has precipitated, then change same.
16. Twice each week we would have a thorough, gentle osteopathic manipulation; with special reference to the lumbar plexus, the 9th dorsal plexus, and the vegetative nerve plexus - or at the 1st and 2nd dorsal; of course coordinating the cervicals with same.
17. Also, as these are given, we would gradually break those lesions by gentle massage, not heavy, in the areas of the right side, extending along the areas where the attachment of the Appliance is made to the caecum and groin areas.
18. The diets should consist of very plain but well balanced foods; with plenty of fruit juices - that is orange juice with a little lemon in it, grape fruit and pineapple. In the season, plenty of other fruits, especially pears (well

ripened), and tomatoes, and peaches; but not raw apples, - though cooked apples are very well.
19. Do these, and have the watch and care, for at least three cycles of the changes with the Wet Cell Appliance applications - that is, for at least three full months.
20. Do these, if we would make for the better opportunities and chances for this body to show improvements.
21. Ready for questions.
22. We are through for the present. Copy to Mr. [Brother] - Air Mail, Special " " Ass'n file (See directions [which were enclosed] to be sent to Health Home Remedies Corp., P.O. Box 273, Norfolk, Va., when ordering the Wet Cell Appliance, so they will know what is required. Each Appliance is made according to specifications. See sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for Osteopath. We would refer you to Dr. Frank Dobbins, 551 Fifth Ave., New York City, who has had experience with following Reading suggestions.
