Time of Reading Apt. A-4, 8:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2261]. Now, we find the body very good in many respects. There are those inclinations, and those conditions that the body is susceptible to THROUGH inclinations, through conditions that may be corrected in the present, and not allowed to become chronic or constitutional in their nature - these would make for better physical conditions through the body. These conditions, as we find, have to do with tendencies that govern the activity of the assimilating and eliminating system.
2. These, then, are the conditions physical as we find with this body, [2261] we are speaking of:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find at most times very well balanced through the system. When there are periods of the over-activity of those conditions from incentives received in nerve system to portions of the body, and an over-acidity occurs in system, the same is reflected in the blood supply and a heaviness in same exists at such periods. Rather than becoming over-active in portions, it acts in a regurgitating manner that produces a higher pressure. This not an alarming condition, rather that of a condition peculiar to the body itself, from incentives as we will see in the nervous system.
4. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, here we find, as has been given, those incentives, or seat of incentives from which the inclination or tendencies - that are not of an alarming nature YET, but might become so without correction - exists. These we find in the lower lumbar and lower dorsal region, affecting directly those conditions in the caecum area, as well as that in the lacteal area in coordination with the conditions that occur from this acidity that occurs in the duodenum. In the centers specific, we find the 11th and 12th dorsal, in the lumbar - the 2nd and 4th dorsal.
5. In the activities of the system as related to these conditions, we find IN THE FUNCTIONING ORGANS:
2261-1 Page 2
6. Brain forces are good. From those impressions sympathetically, there are the tendencies at times - through this pressure from the 4th dorsal; that is, reflexing from the lumbar - see? that produces to the sensory system that in the NASAL forces, a tendency to SNIFF. This not excess, save when it (the condition) has been preceded by over-active forces in the lacteal region.
7. In the throat, bronchi and larynx, these are good same as when those conditions as have been described occur.
8. There are some of those conditions in the throat, bronchi, that at times need LOCAL attention, but with the correction of these, these should be clarified.
9. Heart's action normal, save when in those forces as we have given.
10. In the digestive system we see the effects of those tendencies as have been, as may become existent in the system, from the pressures as exist in dorsal and lumbar regions.
11. In the digestive forces we find a tendency of too LITTLE of the gastric forces as come with the activities of the gastric juices; that is, a TENDENCY for an over-acidity. Hence in the colon, as well as in the jejunum, a tendency of acidity, or colitis as comes from same in the caecum end of the colon itself; tending to make for those that - with too much acidity - may produce a tendency in the duodenum to become lacerated, or ulcerated, or such. None exists in the present. A PLETHORA exists in the duodenum; that is, the tendency for the stomach itself to fall BELOW its normal position - see? 4th lumbar again, we have the region from - see? Also we find a plethora in the ASCENDING colon; not in the caecum area specific, but rather between the ascending and the curve in the transverse colon. In the condition, we find these are TENDENCIES - see; not alarming conditions, but corrections made in the present will prevent conditions later on.
12. Liver, spleen - ACTIVE, as is seen, but not in NORMALCY, under existent conditions; for the BODY should produce that within itself to make full resuscitation under normal condition for all activities mental and physical OF a human body, and it may be made to do so if properly balanced!
13. In tendencies, we have an increasing or a lack of creating in THIS system THROUGH pressures in lumbar, lower dorsal, 4th dorsal, those of a lack of pepsin or lactic acids to cope with the amount of hydrochloric created through digestion. Hence diet will, with the correction of those impulses in the cerebrospinal system, make for the greater part of that to make normalcy for THIS body - see?
2261-1 Page 3
14. Then, make for those corrections in lumbar, lower dorsal, upper dorsal area; to be sure keeping balanced to the brain forces, through the gastrics, and through the activities in the upper PORTION of the cerebrospinal centers; massaging also those of the diaphragm area, making the proper adjustments in the whole of the torso area in the manipulations - and these, as we find, we would give about twice a week for two to three weeks; then rest from treatments two to three weeks, then take a course again.
15. In the matter of diet, as these: Those properties as would be taken MOST by the body, not as medicines but as a BALANCING for the system - see - lactated pepsin - would be taken two to five minims after each meal, for three to five days - see; then rest a week or ten days before we begin again.
16. We would also in the EVENINGS, before retiring, take those of Citrocarbonate (Upjohn's) - half a teaspoonful, or a LEVEL teaspoonful in two-thirds of a glass of water - this thirty to forty minutes before retiring, see?
17. As to the food values, these the body knows very good - but this as an outline to beware of:
18. The pulp of potatoes, whether those of Irish potatoes or yams. The skins, or those close to the skin may be taken - but no fried meats, no fried vegetables - nothing FRIED should be taken by the body - see? Beware of apples in any form, unless WELL cooked. Beware of bananas. Beware of those fruits that are easily fermented. Be sure that all taken are fresh, firm, and not that that is OVERLY ripe; that is, fermentation not already begun. Those foods as would be taken would be the oils of nuts, or nuts and oils; those of tomatoes are especially good for the body, not overly ripe ones but full ripe - and those that ripen on the vine, rather than in the sun or in the air; or those that have been prepared properly, without Benzoate of Soda; this is one fruit that becomes better by being canned. In those of peaches, pears, plums, berries, things of this nature - these are all well for the body, especially pears - pears that are prepared right, either in can or the fresh fruits. Meats - only those that are of the beef or mutton. Fowl may be taken occasionally, but not too much of these. These as well roasted, may be taken. Of drinks - beware of any of those that are of the soda; no bottle drinks, or very little from the fountain. These will be harmful to the body. Those of bread - keep those that are of the whole wheat, or those of the rye, or those of the nature that are easily assimilated, and we will find in two to three months a normal body, with the proper weight, proper adjustments, and

feeling better, and a removal of those pains that come at times through the stomach as well as those under the shoulder blades. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) Does the body need an operation, caused - (A) (Interrupting) No!
20. (Q) Should the body in the very near future conceive another child? (A) Better get the body physically fit before such.
21. (Q) Will it be able to do this successfully when the physical is corrected? (A) Sure.
22. (Q) Will the Forces explain the dizzy spells which come to the body, and a cure for same? (A) Do these things that we have given! Hasn't it been outlined where the dizzy spells come from? those of the 4th dorsal to the head, operating through the nose, diaphragm, to the activities of the body! Correct these, and these effects will be removed!
23. (Q) Will the Forces advise what should be done about the painful callous on the sole of the foot? (A) Correct those conditions in the lower dorsal region and these will disappear!
24. (Q) Can the Forces suggest a remedy or cure for the painful and excess flowing during the menstrual period? (A) Correct those conditions in the lower dorsal!
25. (Q) Is Dr. Conger [W. Millwood Conger, D.O., who has been treating my husband, [279]] recommended for the manipulations? (A) Very good - excellent!
26. That is all the questions.
27. We are through for the present. Copy to Mrs. [2261] " " Mr. [279] " " File
