1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2274].
3. As we find, conditions which disturb the body bespeak of a general debilitation, with specific affectations through nerve impulses that hinder in the locomotion; and find manifesting effects in the joints and limbs, especially through the locomotories as related to the sciatic area - or through the lumbar and sacral, with the diffusion of same through the other portions of the body.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2274].
5. The blood supply indicates this general debilitation, with the lacking of the vital forces or vitamins necessary to create - under the existent conditions of the assimilating system - the plasm that aids in nerve and muscular and tendon building.
6. Thus with the weakened conditions affecting the general structural portions in the muscular forces of the body, a great deal of anxiety is brought, as well as conditions which prevent normal activity of the body.
7. We find that this, then, is primarily a glandular condition - which combines to affect the nerve forces and nerve plasms of the body.
8. These as we find may be aided materially, but will take persistency and consistency on the part of the body, - through the administrations that have been and are being made, as well as the addition of those things which would assist the glandular forces to function with the plasms of the nerve forces of the body.
9. Then, we would continue with those administrations that have been made of the vitamin forces to the body.
10. We would continue with the relaxing treatments, as will
2274-1 Page 2
aid the body in becoming more in order - as it might be said - for the assimilating and directing of energies that are created by the assimilating forces of the body; adding thus to the strength of the muscles and tendons and the activity of the nerve forces themselves.
11. Also we would add to these the use of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the vibration of Chloride of Gold into the system. These properties carried into the body vibratorially in this manner will be much preferable to being taken hypodermically.
12. However, the vitamins may be stimulated not only through the hypodermic manner but through the taking of same in the food values that carry the vital energies necessary for the improvement to the general weakened and debilitated conditions of those active forces in the body here.
13. Thus, we would keep those applications osteopathically, as well as the injections of Vitamins B and B-1; as well as taking the low electrical forces with the Chloride of Gold.
14. The solution for creating the low electrical forces would be twice the strength of the ordinary charge indicated; that is: Copper Sulphate................3 pounds, Sulphuric Acid C.P.............2 ounces, Zinc....................60 to 80 drams, Charcoal.....................1/2 pound only. This small quantity of Charcoal, in this particular vibration here, will aid in clarifying or purifying the activities of the other chemicals in their action upon the metals, as well as through the solutions themselves.
15. The attachments of the Appliance would be made in this manner:
16. The small copper plate would be attached to the 4th lumbar, while the larger nickel plate - through which the Gold solution passes vibratorially (in the proportion of one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water) - would be attached to the lacteal duct and umbilical plexus, - that is, three fingers in a straight line from the umbilical or navel center toward the right.
17. This Appliance we would use in this manner each day for thirty minutes.
18. It would be well for this to be followed by a gentle rub with Peanut Oil, especially over the sacral and the lower limbs, under the knees, around the knees, and the feet.
19. Then, as to the diet:
20. We would keep more of lettuce, celery and the like as a

part of the diet.
21. Liver, cod fish, fish of all kinds - though no fried fish for the body; have it roasted or boiled, baked or the like. No fried foods at all.
22. Have plenty of vegetables of all characters that are well cooked.
23. Do these and, as we find, we will gradually see the strength and vitality returning to this body.
24. Ready for questions.
25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD's note: See article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of the Wet Cell Appliance.)
