Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Florida.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: YES!

3. We have the body here, [2280]. The environs of this body, as an entity, we have had before.

4. As we find, there are disturbing conditions that are causing disorders in the physical force of this body, [2280]. These we find are as short circuits through the circulation. Thus there are weakened conditions in the activities of branches of nerve forces between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal systems.

5. The body thus finds itself tiring easily.

6. Also in the organs of the sensory force we find the effects; as in the auditory forces where prolapsus of the eustachian tubes is responsible for the inability of the clearer hearing. We find distress and disturbance, too, in the locomotories - as indicated in the forearm, in the ankle, in the feet, and through the bursa of the feet.

7. We find that foods tend to cause accumulations of gas just after eating, an uncomfortable fullness, below the pit of the stomach but in the area of the upper and lower portion of the duodenum itself.

8. All of these are the effects of this lack of proper coordination in nerve impulses between the branch ends of the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nerve forces that control the activity of the lymph and the emunctory forces through portions of the body that become disturbed from time to time.

9. These are the source, then, the causes, and the conditions that are reflected.

10. It would scarcely be sufficient to merely add vital energies as would increase the vitamins deficient. Though this might aid in some directions, it might cause

overdisturbance or anxieties in some others.

11. First, then:

12. We would begin with the osteopathic measures to make corrections in the eustachian tubes - through finger surgery. This, as we find, will require rather a series of treatments, and will require one or two or more of the corrections of the Eustachian tube under the palate.

13. The one who would be best for this, as we find, would be the one who has been the developer of the method - Richardson; though others whom the entity has trained, or to whom he might suggest methods, might be more convenient for the body.

14. While these treatments are being given, it would also be well to have a general treatment; only as a relaxing treatment, however, not as a general corrective treatment - that is, making specific adjustments. Only a relaxing treatment, especially through those areas of the lumbar and sacral, in the 9th dorsal, and from there to the 1st cervical - merely relaxing the body.

15. Also each week the body should have a masseuse to give a general stimulating treatment for the muscles of the limbs and the body, and the abdomen; using for this a combination of two ounces of Peanut Oil and half a teaspoonful of Lanolin (melted) - these proportions. Shake these well together when the massage is to be given. This should include corrections in the ankles, the knees, the feet, through the hips, and through the abdomen especially. Of course along the spine, but DON'T make adjustments when these are given. Let these be made by the one giving the osteopathic corrections, however, and not by the masseuse; in the cervical and upper dorsal areas, AS corrections are made in the eustachian tubes.

16. Take the Purity Cross Vitamins, but only one pellet three times a week - at bedtime.

17. Have the general minor exercises, as walking in the open, riding and the like.

18. Keep a normal diet; not too much sweets, not too much of meats, but plenty of vegetables and broths - and have some meat, as of fowl or fish, in same.

19. Do these, and we will bring bettered conditions for this body.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) What causes the frontal sinus and what should be done to correct it? (A) This is a part of the general condition which the treatment outlined will correct. It is part of the lymph in the soft tissue, and is contributing to the condition in the

2280-2 Page 3

face and in the eustachian tube area, you see. It is more this condition in the eustachian area that causes the feeling in the sinus, than it is sinus trouble itself; though, to be sure, the slowing of the circulation makes for mucous accumulations in the sinus, see?

22. (Q) Should anything else be done to prevent gas after eating? (A) If we do these things as indicated, this should be corrected. If this continues, there may be taken after the meal - when this causes any disturbance - any good conditioner for the correction of same; as a quarter teaspoonful of ALCAROID dissolved first in a little water, then the glass filled with water and taken, then drinking another half glass or a full glass of water afterward. This will prevent those tendencies for the accumulation of gas. This should not be necessary after a few of the osteopathic corrections have been made, and when the massage has been given. The massage is NOT to take the place of the adjustments osteopathically, nor the adjustments to take the place of the massage. These should be entirely separate. The massage would be given only about once a week, while the adjustments osteopathically - though only relaxing - would be given about twice a week, until after the first eustachian tube corrections by finger surgery - then they may be made a week to ten days apart, until the next series of finger surgery is to be taken.

23. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va., or for one whom he will recommend) Copy to Ass'n file (Ask for his booklet on WHAT FINGER SURGERY IS AND WHAT IT WILL DO. Purity Cross Vitamins, in case you cannot find them at your local druggist, may be ordered from The Psyllium Co., Towson, Md., $2.95 for 120 capsules. Please let us know where you go for your treatments, and under whose direction. A Swedish masseuse would probably be better for the weekly rubs.)
