1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over the years from the present - " - '35 - not so well - '27 - the changes - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2284].

4. In giving the interpretations of the records here, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this be a helpful experience for the entity.

5. While there may be the pointing out of the virtues and the vices that are latent and manifested, this is done with the desire and purpose that the entity realize, be aware of, those purposes for which the entity entered this material experience.

6. For, the desire here is that there be given helpful information.

7. The desire on the part of the Creator is that no soul should perish. So, the Lord has to all entities given the opportunities that they may become aware of their relationships with the Creative Forces, through the manners in which they deal with their problems - with their fellow men.

8. In giving the astrological aspects - here we find an entity coming close to the cusps. Hence we have what is at times apparently a dual nature; at times very amenable to suggestion and not overly given to causing disturbances; at

2284-1 Page 2

other periods almost the oposite nature, inclined to be what some would call quarrelsome over what would appear to be trifles at times, yet to the entity these become as the major problems and questions.

9. These as we find are both good and bad influences. For anyone without a temper is worth little; but one who does not control same is worth less.

10. In the astrological aspects - as both the benevolent and adverse influences - we find the adverse in Venus and the benevolent in Jupiter.

11. Hence the entity oft is as a good person well met, easily making friends, close associations and companions, and then at times apparently leaves off and becomes negligent to the friendships.

12. If ye would have friends, show thyself friendly. If ye would build, do that which is creative in thought, in purpose, in intent, and in the ways and manners in which there is faith, hope and confidence placed in others. These ye desire for others to have in thee; then show same to others; for that ye sow ye shall reap.

13. In those adverse influences from Venus we find especially the relationships in the home. These have been the experiences that have brought the tempest and yet at times have had their meaning, their influence and their activity.

14. These become, however, as questions to many; and if ye are questioned by others, do ye not oft question self and self's motives?

15. Find thy ideals in spiritual things - then those in the mental and material will be the result.

16. Build not upon those things that partake wholly of the satisfying or gratifying of the body-emotions, or of the mind for the moment, but rather those that are as eternal influences in the experience; and these will bring harmony where there have been turmoils heretofore.

17. From the Uranian sojourn we find the extremes, but more in the Neptune - as it makes for then the mysterious things that have been and are a part of the experience, in relationships with things having to do with individuals who come over or who dwell close to water; things having to do with the products of water also may be a part of the entity's experience.

18. Those fields of activity as in underwriting insurance, as in bonds or stocks, or those things pertaining to tradings of any nature, are the natural outlet for the abilities of the entity.

19. Especially marine insurance, or the underwriting of

2284-1 Page 3

such, would be an IDEAL outlet for the entity's abilities, - not only from the astrological but from the earthly sojourns.

20. As to the sojourns in the earth - we find that these have been many. Hence the entity is a very emotional individual; one who finds likes and dislikes growing and becoming at times very disturbing forces.

21. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there were the establishings of the tradings in what is now known as Chicago, then as Fort Dearborn.

22. The entity was among those traders with those of the northwest as well as of the east, though the entity made many trips and journeyed back and forth; and the entity finds in the present experience that he is meeting many of those influences from that sojourn, especially in the marital relationships - which were not so good in the entity's activities during that experience. For, he loved them and forgot them!

23. Then the name was Harper Hapgood. The entity gained in material things, lost in the spiritual and mental things; for, as was the expression of many, and as has been indicated, the entity was not a ne'er-do-well, but one with definite ideas pertaining to moral and physical relationships.

24. This has brought and does bring into the present experience the unusual happenings, and yet these are as lessons - if they will be learned; but if they are turned only into that which may satisfy or gratify the individual self, they become stumbling-stones rather than helpful influences.

25. Before that the entity was in the land now known as the French land, during that period when there were the activities in which many joined in the Holy War.

26. The entity was a leader, to insure the keeping of this or that as to the activities in the home. There were plans set out, as would be called in the present, which were dire to the people upon whom such activities or conditions were put. And we find that the entity, in what is now the Turkish and Grecian land, and portions of the Palestine land, became involved with those people - and especially as to the religious influences.

27. Hence in the present the entity finds there are various characters or groups, various intents and purposes, in which the entity may easily find a place; and yet these become at times as an experience that becomes very questionable to self as to the material as well as the religious or moral

2284-1 Page 4

relationships with same.

28. Then the entity was in the name Renee Chenault. The entity gained, the entity lost, the entity gained. So long as those applications were in the direction of a oneness of purpose, the entity gained. When they were turned to selfish purposes, or for indulgences, the entity lost; for they became destructive influences in the experience of the entity.

29. In the present, use that thou hast in hand. Turn more to the within. For, the abilities and the directing of the activities towards relationships that bring about the closer association with friends may make for the saving grace and hope in the present experience of the entity.

30. Before that the entity was in the Chaldean land, when there were the preparations for the returning to the activities of many of the peoples who had been brought under bondage.

31. The entity was a son-in-law to Cyrus, the king of Persia; a man acquainted with the activities of war, and with the influences in which there might be the assurance of this to come to pass in the activities of individuals; yet freedom of thought, freedom of speech, as were the watchwords of the entity through that experience, become expressions of the entity in the present - as to the living of its own life, and as to the directions through which it will go or take, irrespective of who it may hurt or where the conditions may fall or rise.

32. It may be said that the entity gained and lost through that sojourn; gained especially when there was the consideration of the individuality of groups or individuals; gaining when there were the considerations of those who would not be forced to worship in any direction in which an individual might choose, but who sought to know their individual relationship to their Creator.

33. The name then was Bucefulus.

34. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods when there were the activities from those peoples who entered from the Atlantean land.

35. The entity was among the young of those peoples when they entered into the Egyptian land, for he was of those of that land who had gotten many of those purposes of the sons of Belial. Thus the entity caused upheavals and disturbances through the early portion of its activity; yet in the latter portion there were those things that brought about a helpfulness to the many - in aiding individuals to find themselves and to INSURE themselves, as it were, against the activities by certain groups. For, the entity

2284-1 Page 5

warned of those who were in positions in which there might be the political affairs or activities of some groups to affect them.

36. The name then was Ax-Ped.

37. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, and that to which it may attain, and how:

38. First, there must be the sincere desire upon the part of self to find its relationships to the whole, or to really analyze what a life experience or life is all about.

39. Then, know thy ideal; not merely as to what the ideal condition for self is, but what is the ideal condition that ye may create or bring about for others?

40. Study then to show self approved unto that ideal; condemning few; not condemning self, even - but keeping self unspotted from those condemnations of self - by the manner in which ye deal with thy fellow men.

41. As to material outlets - those things indicated pertaining to marine insurance, financial institutions, activities of the nature pertaining to stocks or bonds, are the channels through which the entity may find the greater outlets for its abilities.

42. Ready for questions.

43. (Q) Is it indicated that he will join with England in the war against Germany? (A) As we find, those temperaments and tendencies are in those directions, but we do not find the actual physical happening of same.

44. (Q) Will America go to war? or will the Germans come over here? (A) These as we find are to depend a great deal upon the happenings that are as yet indeterminate. As to the minds and activities of some, eventually - but not within the next year. After that, be careful.

45. (Q) Is there any illness indicated that could be straightened out? Does he have serious eye trouble? (A) Rather, as we find, there is more seriousness in the antrum and the soft tissue of the face. This as we find involves the optic forces. This might be materially aided by the use of a good antiseptic that would tend to reduce the pressures created there at times.

46. (Q) Is it indicated that he will marry again in the near future? If so, would it be the best thing for him? (A) As we find, it is indicated that he will be married again before forty-one ('41), and it will be the better.

47. (Q) Just what is his future? (A) As indicated, it is in those channels or lines of endeavor outlined that there may be the better outlet for

2284-1 Page 6

the abilities of the entity. As to what the future will be - this, of course, depends upon choices made. For, remember, the Creative Force has made man with a will of his own. As to what a man will do with same, only he himself CAN know! Only the tendencies and the inclinations may be given; and these, as indicated here, at times have seemed bad choices, and at times there have been helpful influences. These must depend upon the entity himself.

48. (Q) Is it indicated that the property in Chicago, in which he is interested, is going to be sold? If so, when, and for how much? (A) We do not find it being sold in the immediate future. As to when, it will depend upon the many changes that may come about that may necessitate a change in this directions, - but not in the immediate.

49. (Q) Are his children going to turn out well? What is their future? (A) This may only be given by paralleling their activities, or their urges - and not from his own. For, some of these have been indulged, as it were, and some neglected.

50. (Q) Will he be able to send his sons to college? (A) He will be able, if the activities are chosen in those directions as we have indicated.
