1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2288]; this we have had before.

3. There are a great many changes in the physical forces of this body since last we had it here. Not all of these are for the betterment, by any means.

4. There is less resistance in the body and there are even more complications.

5. It would be well for the body to change its environs or surroundings. Such as in the southern portion of new Mexico or Arizona would be well, for at least six to twelve months.

6. And with this change in environment, and the careful attention as to the diet, do use the hot water treatments that may be had with the Elliott Machine for the prostate trouble.

7. Do use absorbents for the toxic forces through the duodenum. We do not find ulcerations here but rather spasmodic reactions from the general nervous conditions of the body, when there is the overtaxation physically or when there are anxieties mentally. There is rather a spasmodic condition in the area where the duodenum empties into the jejunum. These make those distresses there. We find that charcoal and honey, or that form of charcoal tablet prepared by Kellogg, would be preferable. Others will be too severe. This will necessitate some laxatives, but the general conditions for relaxation and then staying out doors a great deal when there are different climatic conditions we will have better responses for this body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Any suggestions as to diet? (A) We have suggested, but he hasn't adhered very well. Better diet himself, as he is a very good doctor.

10. (Q) Is surgery indicated for the prostate gland? (A) Not by any means! If you will use the hot water treatment from the Elliott Machine, it will be better. But surgery here - he will be through for this period.

11. (Q) Would Urtron medication be beneficial? (A) If he doesn't change climatic conditions this would be very well, but he needs at least six months climatic change - so he will be in the open more. He can get connected with the Army camp there, if he wishes.

12. (Q) Is there trouble with the stomach or biliary tract, following removal of gall bladder? [in 1938]? (A) As indicated here, this is in the area where the duodenum empties into the jejunum. This is not the same area, but it is a reflex or a sort of gurgitation or a nervous reaction here. Absorbents are necessary, as indicated. Do that.
