1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - they have allowed acidity, by some soured foods, to upset the digestive forces; causing the acidity and a rash internally, that gives expression in throat and the mucous membranes of the throat, mouth, nose and passages.
3. We would leave off feedings so much, first; that is, weaken the food. Give as often as usual, but weaken it.
4. Give Castoria in broken doses every half hour until a full action is seen from the bowels; about ten drops every half hour, you see.
5. With about the sixth dose of Castoria, begin also to give along with same one to three drops of Glyco-Thymoline in a little water. Keep this up, even after leaving off the Castoria and after the eliminations have been thus increased, until there can be detected the odor of the Glyco-Thymoline in the stool.
6. At about the tenth dose of Castoria, begin also to give two to three drops of Syrup of Squill in between the doses of Castoria, see?
7. Massage about the throat and along the spinal system, twice a day, with Cocoa Butter in which there has been put a few drops of Oil of Peanuts.
8. To keep down nausea in the beginning, there may be given a little Cinnamon Water and Lime Water - two to three drops of each mixed, two or three times a day.
9. When there is the gradual adding or returning to the food balance, add a little more of Lime Water - five to six drops - not more than six - in each bottle at the time of feeding.
