Time of Reading 4:25 to 4:35 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Ky.

1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2299]; this we have had before.

3. In the general way, conditions show improvement. There is nominal growth. There are those weaknesses, those tendencies for cold and congestion, or for the super amount of acidity produced in the system. If those suggestions will be kept closely as we have indicated, in regard to keeping alkalinity and the activities in eliminations near to normal, we will find that the body will grow.

4. During the period of the coming winter add supplementary vitamins A and D, in the One A Day tablet form. B-1 complex also should be added.

5. When there are those tendencies for cold, keep these fumes boiling in the room: Put ten drops of Oil of Eucalyptus and five drops of Compound Tincture of Benzoin in half a pint of boiling water, as in a croup cup or the like. Let the body inhale the steam from this. Don't keep the room too warm, but do keep the body in the sun whenever practical.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Could the frequent coughing go into tuberculosis? (A) It could, to be sure, but if the resistances are kept it will not - unless, of course, there is exposure to the tubercule [tubercle] germ; but there is nothing to indicate that it would.

8. (Q) Are the arms and legs undeveloped in proportion to the rest of the body; if so, how can they be developed accordingly? (A) No.

9. (Q) What causes extreme nervousness and how can this condition be overcome? (A) As indicated, the lack of energy - or the using of the energies so much. There are periods when the body is quite normal. At others the overactivity, or the lack of exercise

and being in the sun, or lack of vitamins A and D, causes nervousness to the system. Thus the suggestion here for these energies to be added in supplementary form.

10. (Q) What causes frequent headaches and occasional aching of arms and legs? (A) The lack of resistances. These are in a manner growing pains, without the sustenance for supplying all the energies. Hence the needs for those vitamins indicated to be supplied in the body.

11. (Q) Are there any special foods he should take? (A) All of the whole grain cereals, as whole wheat, Maltex or the like. Plenty of orange juices, but don't give them at the same time or even the same day that the cereals are given. Plenty of prunes, figs, cooked apples - not raw apples. Fish and fowl. Vegetables such as onions, leeks, carrots, radishes, beets - all of these - but not pickled in any form.

12. (Q) Anything else to do for frequent coughing? (A) Use the inhalant. Put this in a croup cup. Keep the body active constructively. Don't suggest to it that it is cold or that it is weak, but suggest that it has the strength, the power, the ability to do whatever it wants to.
