1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find here, this body [2301] is very good in most respects in the physical forces of same; but there are tendencies that unless corrected may eventually lead to some very disturbing conditions to this body - either as related to the creating of too much sugar through the pancrean forces or such pressures by these subluxations that exist between the circulation of the liver and kidneys as to cause a distress in the kidney area - of the nature that may bring about a serious prostate disorder. Or, these may reflect, as in the present, through those subluxations, reflect in the present through the subluxations, to the liver and gall duct area; with a temperature that gives s little nausea, those tendencies for lack of good eliminations; forming a character of strep - a slow fever; which naturally gives rise to the indisposition.
4. The body is tired, not feeling rested, when having slept; the eyes become irritated, forming almost granulated eyelids at times, distress to the lachrymal ducts; a very bad taste in the mouth; a little headache - not sick, but very uncomfortable throughout the whole body; the feet and ankles tired.
5. The subluxation exists from a strain received some time ago in the 6th and 7th dorsal area. There is much distress to the body if it gets overheated or if it gets cold. But correct these conditions, stimulating the gastric flow - as of the liver itself, and we will find these conditions should disappear.
6. Then, have at least six to eight osteopathic adjustments with special reference to the particular area indicated;

coordinating, to be sure, the upper dorsals and cervicals with the corrections made. But stimulate also when treating, the flow of the gall duct; not attempting to empty it in the present conditions, but rather to stimulate it by pulling the feet up, kneading the abdomen from the right side towards the left side, with particular reference to the area in the caecum.
7. For the eliminations, for this body, and to stimulate the gastric flow, take that called Carter's Little Liver Pills. These are not calomel but are Cascara and Ambrosia. These combinations would be well to take occasionally. They are not habit forming and they will be effective for the body. Take them as the treatments are being given. It may make a body tired at first but these will relax the body. After taking two or three of these pills, flush the system with either Milk of Magnesia or a mineral salts such as Sal Hepatica. If the Magnesia is taken take at least three tablespoonfuls. If the Sal Hepatica is taken take two heaping teaspoonsful.
8. Do these and we will make better conditions for this body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) To prevent falling hair? (A) Don't worry too much about this. Brains and hair don't grow very well together at times anyway. But we would massage the scalp about once a week with crude oil, and then shampoo with vaseline oil hair tonic or shampoo. This will be effective for this body. The drinking of the soup made from Irish potato peels will also be helpful. Stew the peels from three or four potatoes in a little water and drink about twice a week. Also the massaging of the scalp with old coffee grounds would be effective. Of course this would keep the hair colored but it would be effective to make same grow.
11. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Richardson) Copy to Ass'n file " of questions and answers (Par. 10-Q, 10-A) to Miss Goodall for indexing
