Born September 9, 1880, in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, Scotland. Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.
1. HLC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2326].
3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better understand purposes for which an entity enters a material experience, and how - in the application of that which is innately and manifestedly the ideal - the entity builds or retards according to the choices of the ideals - as to whether they are in keeping with the creative laws of which the entity is a part.
4. As indicated from the records, these are upon the skein of time and space; and it is with patience, then, that the entity meets or works out those problems it may have created for itself in its dealings with its fellow men.
5. As each soul manifests, it is by the grace or the will of the Creative Force that it - the soul - may be a companion with the Creative Forces, or God - which was and is the purpose of individual manifestations of souls, either in materiality, in mind or in spirit.
6. For, as the entity finds self, it is body-physical, mind-mental, and soul-spiritual; as the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. These are manifestations in the spirit world,

in the mental world, in the material world. They are one. Thus as the manifestations are in the material in the present, they grow from an ideal or concept into the mind or purpose or aim MANIFESTING in materiality.
7. Thus is the cycle or the growth of that which is purposed to do.
8. Hence mind is ever the builder, the way; as HE, the ideal - in mind, in materiality, yea in spirit - is the way, the truth, the light.
9. As in all influences, there are those indications of signs, omens; which is the first law as He gave, that the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets in their course were given to man as signs, as omens, as indications that the way may be clear to those who seek.
10. Hence, as will be indicated, rather than that which is oft interpreted, that the individual impulse is because of the planets or the sun or moon being in a given position at the period of birth, it is that - as the souls are a part of the Creative Forces - the sun, the moon and the planets are as much affected by that influence of a birth, as affecting - or more! Yet because of their position they become as signs, or tendencies or inclinations, as a part of the entity's experience. For, experience is that through which awareness arises in the consciousness of either spirit, mind or body.
11. Thus these become as the shadows of that which was, that which is, that which may be.
12. Thus we find those influences in the experience of this entity of Neptune, Venus, Jupiter, Uranus, as to the inclinations, tendencies, trends or manner of thought, or ways in which the entity may give expression of that in a material experience.
13. Hence we find these are accredited with certain influence by the manner they have reacted upon the experiences or lives of individuals through material manifestations.
14. Thus we find in Venus as in Neptune the POWER of thought, the interest of the entity ever in spiritual things, spiritual matters concerning that FROM which there emanates the growth of ideas, purposes and activities.
15. For instance, influences through and over water would make for the natural inclinations or tendencies of the entity, and the abilities to see, to draw upon, to live in the BEAUTIES of same rather than in that which is the nature of becoming stalemated, as it might be termed, by the very forces as in the Uranian activity - which bring periods of extreme, or of doubt which arises occasionally in the

experience, yet also the interest in the occult forces - which are quite varied from the spiritual.
16. To the entity, cultivate the spiritual rather than occult or phenomena only.
17. In Jupiter we find the universality of the entity's tendency or trend - the desire for the harmonious influences among those of one purpose or trend of activity in which the entity may join with its own vibration, as well as its influence - and these for good.
18. In Saturn we find the changes that have been wrought, that are wrought in the entity's experience in the present day activities in the material plane.
19. Then we find the material sojourns in the earth also having their influence, much as may be indicated in the body, the mind, the soul being one - we find also the MANNER of perception, of activity; or through the emotional.
20. Thus we find the awarenesses as arise through experiences of the entity in sojourns in the material plane.
21. While not all are given here, these as we find are those which indicate their influence in the present experience of the entity. For this is indicated, as given first, to be a helpful force here, now, in this experience.
22. Then, before this we find the entity was in the land of the present sojourn; during those early periods of activity, when there were those fields being sought where man might worship according to the dictates of his own conscience.
23. The entity was among a peoples born to those just entering the land, in that portion now known as Providence, Newport and that part of the land; in the name Nora Scotte.
24. We find that the entity grew in that purpose of freedom of activity, which is innately and manifestedly expressed in the activities of the entity in the present - that each soul, each individual, should, must, be active to be free, yet to be active it must BE free; to THINK, to act for self, as in its relationships to its fellow men as well as to that it, the entity, would worship.
25. Hence we find the entity grew as an instructress, as an aid to those from whom it learned much of the manner of the healing arts - from the natives of that land; as well as among its own peoples.
26. Hence we find innately and manifestedly a drawing to those of other faiths, of other tongues, and yet the ability to judge as to their sincerity of purpose in their activity. WELL has this been, and it is a portion of that experience which may be called a virtue in the activities of the entity in the present; which enables the entity to be in that activity in which it may contribute much to the welfare of

those ailing or sick, or disturbed in any manner.
27. But from the spiritual angle should the approach be for this entity.
28. Before that the entity was in the Grecian land, during those periods when there were numbers of those peoples chosen to be sent to the Arabian or Persian land.
29. There the entity we find resented much of those activities which forced the actions of many. Thus the entity, coming under the direction and teaching of the leader in that "city in the hills and the plains," joined in a service; thus considered by many of the entity's own peoples as a deserter. Yet there was a satisfying within self as to the purposes, the activities being in the direction of a universal cause needed for not only the preservation of the truths but for the betterment of that which might be brought to the peoples of that land, as well as to the peoples of its own land.
30. The entity was among the few permitted to return to the land of its nativity, to carry on or to give the power and purpose to those teachings and tenets which had been gained by the entity from the associations or activities in the "city in the hills and the plains."
31. The name then was Purmela; the entity gained, the entity lost, the entity gained. In its activities from that sojourn in the "city in the hills" the entity gained. In its activities in the own home, where there were considerations of self oft, the entity lost. In the finding of self again and the aiding of many, that brought helpful forces to those about the entity, the entity gained.
32. In the present, do not judge others too quickly nor too harshly. Know that with what measure ye mete it is measured to thee again; and as ye do it unto the least of thy brethren ye do it unto thy Maker.
33. Thy purposes for entering the material sojourn are that ye may make manifest the love of the Father for the children of men, in the manner YE make THAT love applicable in the experiences of those with whom you come in contact day by day.
34. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods of reconstruction, when the turmoils had arisen from not only the rebellions within but from the Atlanteans' attempt to set up portions of their activities.
35. The entity was among those being purified in the temple of Sacrifice, who became fearful of the sacrifices and the consequences of the activities of the Atlantean teachers.
36. Thus coming under fear, great disturbances were brought to the entity - Tek-El; yet with the reassurance from the

activities of the Priest, through the actions in the Temple Beautiful, great were those abilities of the entity in the healing arts, the laying on of hands, through the very vibrations and abilities which the entity gained in that experience.
37. In the present the entity may find a greater service, a greater outlet for self, self's ideals, self's purposes, in studying and applying much of that as may be gained through such activity again.
38. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
39. First, analyze self and self's purposes. Know, study, analyze what is thy ideal - in body, in mind, in spirit. Not as to what ye would like for thy neighbor to be like; not what ye would desire thy friend or thy foe to think; not what ye would like for thy Creator to do - but rather "What sort of neighbor am I?" And "Do I live that I would have my neighbor be? Do I think, do I act in a way and manner that I would wish my friend, my foe, to do toward me? IS my ideal indeed in Him, who is the way, the truth, the light?"
40. Then, study to show thyself approved unto Him, a workman not ashamed; never condemning, but living that as ye would have others do.
41. Ready for questions.
42. (Q) Is it indicated that I will receive my birth certificate for which I have written? (A) It is indicated that ye will receive your birth certificate.
43. (Q) Is there anything else I can do to help in finding it, or to be sure of getting it? (A) If it is already determined, then what can you do!
44. (Q) What is my mission? (A) As indicated, healing is thy mission.
45. (Q) Should I stay where I am, in my present position as executive housekeeper in a hospital, until a way opens for a change, or should I go about to make a change? (A) Live that as we have indicated where thou art, and HE will open the way for a change.
46. (Q) Is it indicated that my health will continue to be good? (A) Health - body - mind. Indicated, as ye have sown ye will reap - in body, in health, in mind.
47. (Q) Should I continue my studies in the developing class, or make a change? (A) Continue the studies.
48. (Q) Would it be advisable for me to marry if a suitable chance presents itself? (A) It would be very well, IF the ideals and purposes of

each are in unison or harmonious.
49. (Q) Should I wait for an opportunity to marry to have a home, or should I go ahead and prepare a home for myself? (A) Prepare.
50. (Q) Why am I so undecided at times in making decisions? (A) Uranian - as the extremes arise. Some periods of very undecisive; others too decisive at times for self's own good. But follow those purposes as indicated and we will find He will lead the way.
51. (Q) Will my life in this plane be very long? (A) As long as it is used in constructive forces, it may be as long as is desired.
