1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth's plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2337].

3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, these are chosen add given with the desire and purpose that this be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to apply self in such measures or manners as to magnify the virtues, to minimize the faults; that it may fulfillthe purpose for which it entered this material experience.

4. In considering the records here as a whole, much as we find is indicated in that as might be said to be the composite of the astrological or the spiritual sojourns, as well as the physical or material sojourns.

5. Hence we find these that are both as virtues and as faults:

6. One that is innately and manifestedly a dreamer; and is often misunderstood.

7. One that is susceptible to flattery, and at times again unconscious of being influenced by same.

8. One that is naturally poetic in itself, and everything it does must be done in that way or manner; whether it would be writing doggerel or a poem, or attending a service of any nature, the little niceties must be attended to and the formalities of same. Or whether it would be preparing a

2337-1 Page 2

meal for a special occasion, or for the everyday, these must to the entity be put together in such a way as to be as a poem, as a something builded one upon the other.

9. These, to be sure, if they are made impractical would become faults; yet if there is this inclination or tendency made practical in the daily experience, so that no matter WHAT the entity undertakes it must to the entity be done the very BEST the entity can, then it becomes a virtue.

10. And when the entity allows itself to disregard those very innate and manifested principles - as it has done at times, because of criticism - and slurs over its activities, then there have come disappointments, discouragements and disorders in the experience.

11. Yet there is JUST as much of a poem to be made in the making of a sale of any kind, or in the serving of a meal, or in the attending of a service of a social function, as in the writing of a real poem.

12. Then, MANIFEST that in a material manner, in a practical manner; not disregarding costs, but making of same a practical thing of beauty, in whatever the body lends its hand to.

13. And, as will be seen, there are many phases, conditions or fields of activity in which the entity may find outlets for its real abilities as a poem maker; whether that poem be in writing, as in descriptive writing, or in comforting the disheartened or discouraged, or in a song or a psalm. All of these, their basic activities and principles are the same. Hold fast to that.

14. In the astrological aspects we find Mercury, Mars, Saturn as a part of the experiences.

15. From Mercury we find the high mental ability, the judging of all things as to quotations, or as to that not at all times sure as to its ideas or ideals respecting relationships. All of these should be taken into consideration in making for the life its pattern. For, that the entity sets as its pattern it will innately attempt to carry out; though oft there have been periods when the entity has apparently diverted from same, and this has caused the confusion.

16. In Mars we find at times anger, or not just having what's wanted at the moment upsets the entity. Curb this. Know that all comes to him who puts his trust in the all-powerful influence of love and harmony, the real poem of life, and then works like thunder for same!

17. In Saturn we find the great number of changes because of influences of one nature or another that have come into the experience of the entity. If there is the adhering to that

2337-1 Page 3

ideal of the individuality latent, the all influencing force of making a poem of whatever it lends its hand to, there will be brought greater ability, greater harmony, greater material as well as mental and spiritual satisfaction.

18. As to the appearances in the earth - these we find have not been so great in number that influence the entity in the present experience. Hence oft, the entity has been called very coldblooded, lacking in emotion; yet the entity is ALL emotion INNATELY in the experience of the entity, as it seeks harmony; and because of frustrations has brought those determining factors in the experience.

19. Thus hold to that which has been indicated; magnifying the virtues, minimizing the faults; mentally as well as practically in the experience.

20. Before this the entity was one born in the isle of Cypress, but journeyed with those who were with the navigator of Genoa when the discovery of America was brought about.

21. Hence the interest in such, and yet the wonderment and the disappointments that have been in the experience of the entity; yet the desire to be a part of same - which is innate.

22. The entity was a navigator during that experience, being what would be called a chef or cook, or the one who prepared most of the meals for those aboard; in the name then Patka-Tutelus.

23. In the experience the entity gained, the entity lost. The entity gained when the universal service prompted the entity to join in the activities of that expedition, only losing or bringing discouragement when the entity attempted to use same later for the indulgences or aggrandizing to the self-intent or purpose.

24. Before that the entity was in the Arabian or Persian land, during the experience of Uhjltd, the teacher.

25. The entity then was among those peoples to which Uhjltd belonged. Hence with the uprisings that came about, with the banishment or loss of Uhjltd as a tribesman, the entity sought out those activities of Uhjltd, by the individual search.

26. Hence we find the entity oft latently desiring to go alone; and yet always depending upon and influenced by others. These are well when used aright. These may become stumbling-stones when the ideals and purposes are lost in the idiosyncrasies or mere ideas of others.

27. The name then was Esdraexon. In the experience the entity gained throughout; for with the seeking out of the leader and teacher, and the activities which brought about

2337-1 Page 4

the great service to others, the entity became as a living poem in the service to others; in making song, in making psalms, in making rime of the happenings of others from other lands, as well as those who joined with that group thereabout.

28. Thus we find that great latent and manifested force in the abilities for the entity to apply same in the experience of any form in the daily life.

29. In that period the entity acted as an interpreter, as an aid to many who came from other lands.

30. Before that the entity was in the Norse land, during those periods when there was the breaking up of groups to go into other lands, and in those portions now of Germany or Poland and the German area did the entity then journey - as an overlord over a group or horde that went into the land; not merely for the destruction but as in preparation for others.

31. So may the entity in this experience apply self in a daily service to others, in body, in mind, as to be a helpful influence.

32. Look not then upon whatever the self puts the hand to do as merely a means of livelihood, but make of it a poem; that it may be, each act, a helpful experience to someone else. Thus as ye give, as ye lend thyself to the aiding of others, in body, in mind, ye will find material and mental and spiritual growth will be the outcome of same.

33. The name then was Odomems.

34. As to the abilities of the entity - these as we find are indicated as the practical manners in which the entity is to apply self to that latent force and talent which is manifested, that it may be made a material, practical thing.

35. And in whatever field or office or activity undertaken, the entity may bring to others helpful experiences; thus bringing self contentment, hope, and happiness.
