Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2348]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there continues to be improvements in the general conditions of the body, and - more specifically - with the disturbances of the eye. While there have been periods of apparent retrogression, or retroaction, this as we find may be experienced at times, because of the very NATURE of the disturbance.

4. But with the keeping of the general health in the more normal condition, and with the specific applications indicated - especially now the electrical applications direct, and just occasionally the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments to keep the better drainages - we should find continued improvement.

5. While the nature of the disturbance itself has been and still is of a serious concern, we find that the ability to prevent the tissue breaking (with the applications), or the activities causing the inroads of inflammation, not only is there the tendency to preserve that portion of nerve reaction for vision but to eliminate the causes.

6. As we find here, there must be a general attitude of expectancy. Do not allow any little setbacks, or unfavorable comments, to deter the body from holding to a HEALING attitude. For, this is as necessary as any application that may be made. For, all healing of EVERY nature is the ATTUNING of the body to the creative forces of the divine within, by whatever means may be used to coordinate physical, mental and spiritual.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Should I return to N.Y. for treatments during Xmas holidays, as it would be more convenient then? (A) We would advise such.

9. (Q) Have Dr. Dobbins and Dr. Erlanger followed the instructions as given? (A) As has been indicated, there is not the need so often now of the mechanical or osteopathic adjustments, but there IS the greater need for the electrical forces as to DIFFUSE the energies for this segregation, this condition that exists. As we find, if there is the arising again of any inflammation that causes a greater hindrance to vision, we would prepare a compound to be taken internally in this manner as we will indicate. Do not take or use this, however, unless such arises; and then ONLY as that to aid in ALLAYING inflammation. Prepare it in this manner, if such a condition arises: Take about 2 ounces of Plantain (this is an herb). Preferably cut it fresh. Wash it thoroughly and dry between cloths. Then weigh same - not the roots but the leafy portions. Put 2 ounces of the Plantain in a pint of distilled water. Do not let it come to a boil, but simmer as you would tea, preferably not pouring boiling water over the leaves but putting them in distilled water and covering - but not in aluminum - preferably in a glass or enamelware container. Take about half an ounce each day. Do not take more than three doses at a time, you see.

10. (Q) How many treatments should I take from Dr. Dobbins during the next course, and please describe the character? (A) About two in ten days; and the character, as indicated, is that to stimulate the circulation to the head. For, as indicated, the bodily activities are improved in the circulation, but that which aids drainage from head, neck, eyes and those portions of the body. Thus, most of the treatments would be in the lower portion of the cervical and the upper portion of the dorsal areas.

11. (Q) Should I take a general treatment from Dr. Hudgins in Norfolk once a week to promote circulation? (A) No, we would not confuse the character of treatments as being administered. If this becomes necessary, because of a slowing, it had best be indicated as to their nature or character. And for this special condition, and for this body, if there is any activity in Norfolk we would suggest Richardson rather than others - for this particular condition.

12. (Q) How many treatments should I take from Dr. Erlanger during the next course, and please describe the character? (A) These, as we find, should be almost every other day during the series. As for specific directions, these will

be indicated rather by the needs of the condition. The only suggestions we would make would be to keep the vibrations LOW, and steady, rather than too great a frequency.

13. (Q) Should I take radium treatment on Jan. 12th? (A) This depends upon the response the body makes in the next series, you see; and the reaction of those properties indicated, if there arises the need for same.

14. (Q) Should I take thyroid tablets for slow pulse? (A) No. These would not be the better for this condition. If there is the desire for increasing this area of circulation, take small doses of Atomidine. This will purify the thyroid glands, as well as aid in stimulating circulation. Take two minims in half a glass of water each morning before any meal is taken, for five days; leave off five days, then take again.

15. (Q) Have I improved as much as I should? (A) There has been excellent improvement, considering the character and nature AND the advanced condition when begun.

16. (Q) Is tobacco smoke and movies detrimental? (A) Movies are detrimental, unless at that distance where there is not caused strain or a general flicker. Tobacco smoke is detrimental.

17. (Q) How long should the next series of treatments be? (A) As long as it is practical for the period that there may be treatments taken. Ten days to two weeks, if practical.
