Time of Reading 4:45 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2353] - this we have had before.
2. As we find, there are changes in the physical forces of the body from that as we had here before. Many of these are bettered; some are showing signs of repressions in the system, through some indiscretions in the diet and through some of the changes that have come about.
3. The greater distress to the nervous systems, as indicated, comes with the accumulations and poisons from toxic forces in the system. These, as indicated from conditions that have existed in the colon and the effects produced there, make for those repressions, or pressings on the upper nervous system as to make for those conditions where it is hard for the body to be in a normal condition above the waistline at times; a trembling sensation, with the hot and cold flushes that come from a repressed circulation, a fullness in the head, the throat, and those trembly sensations in face, head, ears, and a ringing in the ears. These reactions are from those accumulations which press on the diaphragm; the heart's actions are repelled in the upward circulation.
4. Then, in meeting these in the present, we would take that which is compounded in the the preparation known as Alophen. This carries sufficient stimuli to the heart's action as to make for a tendency of equalizing the circulation, as well as acting in the capacity of making for a reaction to the alimentary canal; not so much in the form of that which will flush the system, but that will act with the general activities of the body. We would take one tablet or pellet each day, of evening, for four to five days. Then rest a week or two weeks.
5. We would also stimulate the upper circulation with the electrically driven vibrator, that will equalize the circulation, making for a better resting ability to the

body.
6. Be more mindful that the diet is kept in accord with that which has been outlined.
7. Ready for questions.
8. In applying the vibrations be very thorough in the application, which will be particularly from the central portion of the spine to the base of the brain. This will aid in equalizing the circulation. We would do this each evening just before retiring, using the appliance of the cup or suction that stimulates the capillary or external circulation.
9. (Q) After resting a week from the Alophen, should this be taken again? (A) This will depend upon just how clear the system is of the poisons; and should these occur, or should there be the feeling or the appearance of the filling of the stomach, or the hot and cold sensations, then this should be repeated.
10. (Q) What should be done for the coldness between the shoulders? (A) This is from the circulation, and this stimulation that is given to the circulation - with the stimuli in the Alophen, with the aloe and the agar that is compounded with same - will act in increasing the circulation, relieving these pressures. Be mindful most, though, of the diet; for with those tendencies and conditions, these are the basis for most of the disturbances that have been indicated.
