1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions as surround same, [2357. Now, we find there are those conditions as are abnormal for this body, and these may, in the correct application of those conditions and elements necessary, be brought to a much better and a nearer normal functioning of this body. While conditions are aggravated at times, and while seemingly there is little that may be accomplished in the physical to correct some of the conditions that disturb the body, there should first be gained the consciousness by this body that there are those elements in the physical condition of each body that will bring that for the physical functioning of that body that necessary conditions for the body to meet the needs of the body, in the physical, then mental, the moral, and the spiritual welfare of the conditions. Spirit is life, whether related to the physical functioning of the atomic forces within the system or whether that of the mental being of a body, and these must coordinate in the proper direction one with another, just as much as it is necessary for a physical functioning organ to coordinate with the rest of the system. For instance, here, with this body, there have been times when seemingly little or nothing would be assimilated or digested by the body. The necessity of assimilation is as much necessary as the desire for food; for what profit it a body to desire to eat, will the food eaten not assimilate and build that necessary for the sustenance and replenishing of the physical body? There is seen in the physical forces that there has existed, and does exist, certain disturbances in the nervous system. These have to do with both the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve system. In the physical functioning of a body, the subligations or impingements of nerve or nerve plexuses, or nerve branches, become a PHYSICAL action, and these in their turn produced, or produce, physical results; while conditions or disturbances in plexus that control, or are

2357-1 Page 2

controlled by certain reflexes from the cerebrospinal to the sympathetic system, may not so easily be directed by the removal of pressure in a portion of the body. What is active upon such conditions, then, that these may be aided? That of the PHYSICAL is the vibratory rate at which the nerve functions to produce coordination in the functioning of the system, as related to the SENSORY organism or as is seen with this body, there are disturbances in the functioning of ORGANS of the sensory system. These organs possess, and have, their individual machine apparatus for the functioning of the system in the direction in which that organism or organ is to function, or its own modus operandi is within itself a portion of the whole, yet dependent upon the coordination of both the cerebrospinal and sympathetic to function in its proper relation with that organ of the system, that that as is assimilated, that as is builded in the system, may produce that NECESSARY for the proper vibratory forces as to bring the result of the condition desired, or, as in this case, in the hearing, or as in the feeling. The auditory forces, then, abnormal to the conditions as should be created in this body here, [2357] we are speaking of.

2. The same condition, as we find, conducive in the functioning of the system as related to the capillary circulation, and the eliminations as are created, or should nominally function through same. Hence we have in various portions of the body, not only the high nerve tension under which the system labors at times, but also the resultant force of the activity in the cuticle itself, or refuse forces setting up within themselves those conditions as produce irritation in the exterior portions of the body. The system attempting to adjust itself to those impulses as are being created in the central nerve system and the central organization of the body itself, in ITS relation to ITS ability (the body) to create that as is intimated, suggested, as is carried on in the physical functioning. Now, wherein do these conditions, then, exist that disturbance is caused? First we find there has existed for times back those conditions as have been conducive to that of a catarrhal, or congestion in the mucus membranes of the body, as is seen in throat, bronchials, larynx, in the throat itself, or about the thyroid glands, about all of the functionings of the system. Production of this produced by conditions existent in the physical nervous system, or cerebrospinal, that left a WEAKNESS for same; in the blood supply those of conducive elements were the lack of the proper distribution of forces as assimilated in the system,

2357-1 Page 3

or a lack of those elements necessary to create an equilibrium in all forces of the nerve and blood system, or specifically, an abnormal balance between those of the potash producing elements and of the iodine producing elements, bringing about, then, that lack of the blood cell itself being properly adjusted for proper oxidization as would take place throughout the system. Then pressure becoming existent in the lower portion of body, in the upper lumbar and last dorsal region, we have reflexes as have affected the lower portion of the mesenteric system, and the gradual pressure as was produced in same began to affect the activity of the forces as related to spleen, and the hypogastric nerve centers, which, in their turn, produce a pressure on the 3rd and 2nd nerves of the face, which are directly in accord with the activity of the auditory nerve system, or the hearing. Then, the constant strain mentally and physically under which the body has labored, has constantly brought about the worry; and WORRY and fear, added to the elements, constantly reduce the vitality of the blood supply to meet the needs of the condition. Hence we find we have a combination of conditions existent in the body.

3. To meet the needs, then, at the present: First we would add these as the conditions through which the body will bring itself, physically and mentally, in accord with that necessary to bring better coordination through the body:

4. At least once each week the body would have SWEAT baths; that is, those with such a cabinet that the heat from vapor may act with the whole of the surface of the body itself. In such vapor there should be carried to the pint of water at least half a teaspoonful of Oil of Wintergreen. This will act in the capacity of bringing to the capillary circulation a different reaction. These, preferably then, we would see, would be taken on Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

5. Following such a treatment, massage thoroughly into the cerebrospinal systems those properties of equal parts of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh - heating the oil and adding the myrrh while hot, making only sufficient quantity to give one treatment. These given only following the sweats or baths taken AS sweats.

6. We would also add those vibrations of the gentle massage, osteopathically given, over the whole system, at least three times each week; ALSO massaging the Eustachian Tubes. These at least once every TWO weeks. This will aid the system in gaining a nearer normal equilibrium.

7. EACH day we would add those vibrations as would be found

in the Radio-Active Appliance that carries WITH same those properties of Camphor in same. Ready for questions.

8. These applications of the Radio-Active Appliance should be as the body lies down to rest of evenings, so that the slumber is NOT disturbed so much. The nerve reactions will be proper from such application. Attaching the applicator to the WRIST and to the 9th dorsal plexus. This should be at least for one HOUR each day. If the body sleeps with same, after the third or fourth day, two or three hours will not be too much. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Any special diet? (A) That easily assimilated, and - as is necessarily seen - that which carries more of the iron and of the alkaline, and of iodine. No proteins.
