1. EC: Now there's some confusion as respecting the names!

2. GC: The case of [2362], a child four and a half years old.

3. EC: Yes, we have the conditions that surround this body, and those disorders and disturbances that prevent the normal functioning of organs as related to the physical forces of the body. As we find, there are many conditions that have their effect upon the disturbances. As we will find, in many ways, that that might be given would be rejected by those that are the more material, or more patent in their ideas as concerning physical afflictions, those that look only for those things that may be outwardly seen for the cause and effect in the system of this individual body. Many such would blame only those things that are seen, or as a record would show that has happened to the body in this one particular experience, not granting any of those truths to even be sounded or considered as permissible in diagnosing or attempting to understand the conditions from those of the more metaphysical nature. There are those, however, who have made - and are making - studies of the astrological effects upon human beings, that by many another may be called crazy, cranky, and the like; yet this type of mind will be much more able to give the relief that may be brought to the body in this particular experience, than that which calls itself the scientific - and the actual ones in power in controlling such relationships of individuals WITH such that may take ALL things SURROUNDING such a body into consideration!

4. Then, the condition puts itself in this position: That those who are responsible for the body's physical, moral and spiritual welfare, must make the decisions as to whether they will harken to those that may OFFER some aid, some relief through these channels that may be entered in from the psychic forces, or sources, as well as those that are

2362-1 Page 2

called visionary, and so often taboo, or whether they will listen to those who say little or nothing may be accomplished, or WAIT and SEE what will happen, or PREPARE the body, as nothing can be done, for an experience in THIS world at THIS time without hearing, without the ability to express in speech, that as is felt within self. That decision must be made by those; for it is THEIR responsibility!

5. Physically, with this body, we find there have outwardly been those temperatures arising from infectious forces, or PRODUCING infectious forces within the system that have produced a breaking up of those nerves' ability to supply to a portion of the sensory system, as related to the organs of the auditory system. This condition, by drying up of the fluids that pass through the ducts and into the middle ear, and to those portions that make for the balancing of the fluids that keep an equilibrium in the forces in the sensory organism between expressions of that visioned, of that heard, of that felt, of that tasted; for we will find some of these are accentuated to an acuteness by the type of pressure that is experienced by the body in those portions of the system so affected. The color schemes are acute, and the body may see those colors or combinations that are not visioned by others; yet the power of giving expression except through the emotions, that may not find expression in speech or hearing, becomes unbalanced and acute in the OPPOSITE direction. When there are periods of irritation and disturbances in the sleep, and irritations that upset the assimilating system for the body, occasionally there are regurgitations and a tendency for the body to belch up or throw out that eaten. This is an expression of those same experiences through the sympathetic and imaginative forces of the body, FINDING expressions in other portions of the system.

6. In the conditions, then, we find that - will there be given the proper consideration to those conditions in the Eustachian tubes, and those conditions in the nerve centers in the cerebrospinal system from which the organs of the sensory system receive their impulse for the blood circulation, as well as for the lymph and nerve supply to the system - and this done before these have adjusted themselves to that of tissue so hardened by non-use through the delicate membranes of those organs; not irritated, to be sure, that inflammation sets up again in the walls of the inner ear, or those Eustachian tubes or ducts that lead to the exterior portion, or the hardening of those portions of the ear or head about the back portion, and lobe portion, of

2362-1 Page 3

the ear; there should, WITH the developments and with the proper balancing of the system, return that ability not ONLY to HEAR, but WITH same the return of speech!

7. For such conditions to be treated from the EXTERIOR - that is, by picking into the ear, or attempting to apply from without those things that may produce activity in the organs of the ear itself, AS AN ORGAN, we will FIND that the applications to those centers that may come from within would be the better - or, as may be very well put, in this particular body, we see a physical manifestation of that there must be an awakening from within, that the physical body MAY GIVE - through its strength, its virility - that of life GIVING forces to the organs of a physical body, that their attunement may be in accord with the material and physical development of a living organism; or that the soul and spirit MUST be considered as much or MORE - in making applications FOR this particular condition in this INDIVIDUAL body - than JUST the material, physical conditions of the body; for when the spirit of Life IS manifest in all PORTIONS of the organism, then there will be the effect of the life pushing through, even in dormant functioning portions of the sensory system, to give life and activity, and a natural and normal functioning.

8. This, as we find, may be better accomplished by someone who may, through their finger tips and by their suggestions to the inner body itself, GIVE those impressions to the body that these WILL be accomplished in the physical body, WILL there be life and virility and a normal functioning of the body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What were the causes that led up to the present condition? (A) This has been given! Iterating same, that the temperature that arose in the physical organism (This is given now PHYSICALLY, understand! Not from the spiritual, or the astrological, which has its effect, and through those channels may be traced to definite conditions that must be awakened within the soul and spirit itself. Don't confuse them!), there was produced in the minutia, or the secretions in the organs so affected, the inner ear, that which hardened or tended towards an atrophy of those ducts and glands that lead to supplying of the necessary impulses from the living organism for normal functioning.

11. (Q) Would would you suggest that could apply this treatment properly? (A) This, as we find, would be through Taylor - 56th Street, or through those offices there may be added those that would work in conjunction WITH that body. It will

2362-1 Page 4

necessarily require manipulation, and also the ability of those who may subjugate the physical aspects of the body - but, as to whether this is to be DONE or not; this must be determined by those upon whom the body is dependent for its life in a material plane!
