Time of Reading 4:50 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2366].

3. As we find, there are many changes since last we had same here. Most of these are towards improvements. Not great changes would be made in the present from those administrations being indicated. Rather we would give more that these should be held to conscientiously.

4. In the rubs, greater stimulation would be made in the areas from which impulses are received to the limbs - that are just GRADUALLY being awakened to reaction. Do not attempt to make adjustments as yet, but merely give a deeper stimulation through the rubs. Know that these areas to be stimulated mostly are on the opposite side of the spine from which there arises the lack of impulse; but upon either side some stimulation is to be given, that it does not make for a crossing of the impulse activity.

5. Be persistent.

6. Keep especially the applications of the low electrical forces carrying the properties vibratorially to the body, and then distribute same through consistent effort in those directions of the manipulations.

7. In six weeks we will give further instructions. There will need to be some specific change then made in the applications, especially to those centers in the lumbar and sacral area; and there will be needed some mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments then. As to their nature, and how they are to be administered, we will give at that period.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What improvement is seen since the first Reading, and in what respects? (A) The impulses and the feeling in those areas where there has been the lack of same, we find gradually arising.

10. (Q) When may I expect improvement with reference to use of arm, hand, and leg?

(A) We may give this more specifically in the next six weeks.

11. (Q) Would you recommend any other treatments at this time to further my recovery? (A) As we have given, we would go a little deeper into those regions about the segments, WITH the massage of the oils indicated.

12. (Q) Is the Wet Cell Appliance being applied correctly? (A) If it hadn't been, we would have indicated same! Keep this up. Keep it charged properly. Keep the anodes or plates polished, and firm in contact when applied, though not bound so tightly as to cause disturbance to the superficial circulation. The only change we would make in the immediate would be the deeper stimulation in the massage to those areas indicated; and in six weeks we will give further and more specific changes in directions.

13. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Let us know about a week in advance of the six week period, so we may make an appointment at the proper time to get further instructions. We will be back in Virginia Beach then. GD.)
