Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2366].
3. Now, we find that externally there is apparently no great improvement since we had the body here before; yet there are improvements - in that at most periods the body rests better, and there is gradually being stimulated that area which has been hindered that has produced the gap in the nerve forces, because of the pressures to the nerve forces that produce proper reflexes from the brain.
4. This is indicated by the periods when there is the twitching, or the jerking.
5. We would continue the low electrical forces from the combinations indicated through the Wet Cell Appliance. These we would keep coordinant with the full vibration. The attachments we would make for twenty to thirty minutes each day, with a massage afterward using Peanut Oil. Make the attachments to the same centers as we have indicated, for the activities of the glandular forces and the nerve plexus. Have regular periods of using the Appliance, you see, or a regular time each day; and recharge the Appliance and change the Gold Solution at regular intervals.
6. The Atomidine we would take - now - only about one week in each month; the same dosage once each day, for only one week out of each month.
7. Now we find it would be well to have the deeper osteopathic adjustments; not so deep, to be sure, as to cause bruises or the like, but to force better drainages to be set up in all the centers that aid in eliminations being more properly established. In all the adjustments made, of course, keep the impulse going FROM the brain TOWARD the body.
8. These osteopathic treatments we would have every other day, or twice a week for about three weeks; rest from them

for a week, and then have another series of three weeks. Then rest from them three weeks, and then have another one or two weeks of treatment. And then we will tell you what has been done!
9. Be patient, be persistent, and we will find results - and the abilities of the body to control and to move the locomotory centers, that in the present cause non-activity from the brachial center, as well as from the lumbar and sacral center.
10. Do that, then - being patient, being persistent; and we will bring the better forces for this body.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Will arm and hand ever be normal again? If so, when? (A) This depends, of course, upon the reaction. As we find, it should be so that it will be used near normally.
13. (Q) Do you still feel that I will be able to resume my work? If so, when? (A) You will be able to resume your work. As to when, - this depends, to be sure, upon reactions. This is like asking when is tomorrow.
14. (Q) When would you advise me returning to the office? (A) This again depends. We will give this at the end of the third series of osteopathic adjustments.
15. (Q) Is Dr. Hudgins the proper one to give the osteopathic treatments? (A) Dr. Hudgins is very good. But for this PARTICULAR period - now - we would have Richardson.
16. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do not become discouraged. Do not give up. Make the mind and the body expectant for USEFUL service. Live as ye pray.
17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self (two copies, one for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Bankers Trust Bldg.) " " Ass'n file e
