1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2370]. Now, in giving the conditions as are apparent, and the conditions as affect the body physical, it might well be said there are few disturbances for a physical body that have not been - or are apparent - in THIS body; yet the conditions as are to be met, as we find, may be called comparatively simple, yet to the body - and to the body's AILMENTS - this would sound very much adverse to the feelings of the body.

2. As we find, then, the conditions have to do with the eliminations, primarily - and the effect these, in their various manners of disturbance, HAVE had - and DO have - upon the nervous systems of the body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2370] we are speaking of: First,

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find evidences of the character of disturbance in the manner the affectation in same affects not only the heart's action, but as to the characters of the plasm, or plasms, in the blood stream - and the alternations as occur in the pressure as created in the system. The lowness and the highness of pulsation, respiration, of the breathing itself. These are evidenced, not ALL at once - but under the varied and various conditions of the body, and the character of the drosses as are left in the system affecting the locomotion IN different ways, at different times, is evidenced in that as has BEEN ADMINISTERED for the RELIEF of the body - and, in this too, there may be given - these reliefs have not always been beneficial. Do NOT gain the idea that it is intended to indicate this body an invalid, but invalid in the mental reactions often. Not mentally weak, no - but, as will be seen, the disturbances of such a nature as to have been called a neurasthenic; also one that assumes (or hypochondriac) - assumes - all those elements that may be described by another. Not a mental weakness, but a PHYSICAL debilitation.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, OR SYSTEMS, as has been indicated, this may be called the SOURCE of the disturbances in this body - caused by characters of disturbance, as has been seen, in the accumulations about locomotary centers, as has been seen in the eliminations as related to the emunctory and lymphatic circulation, or as in forms in various times in the soft tissue about structural portions of body, as well as in digestive system - of those conditions - as has been called those of a CONGESTIVE nature, PRODUCING irritations - and the attempting of the system to eliminate or to adjust itself to the disturbance, brought about these rashes, or these disturbances in various portions of the body - as is seen in head at times. Not as an eczema. Rather as a roughening and eruptive forces in the cuticle. In specific centers we find disturbance. The coccyx, the 2nd and 3rd end. In the sacral, in the lumbar - 3rd and 4th. Reflexly in the lower portion of the solar plexus center. From the 3rd dorsal to the 2nd cervical, CONSIDERABLE disturbance. These in the lumbar and upper dorsal being specific centers where lateral and circular lesions in the centers have manifested, DO manifest, the disturbance created, and necessarily from same the CHARACTER of the incentive to the various portions of the functional system, as related to organs, are disturbed. Hence the character of the disturbance, for these may sympathetically - or through the cerebrospinal - give the indication to the organ disturbed, of that as is taken in by the SENSORY systems or the sensing of disturbances by this body, individually.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces, as indicated, good - above the ordinary in the responsiveness to the system of disturbance in the physical body. Also this may be that the body attuning itself may become psychological in its discernment. Hence a very good business executive. [GD's Note: Mr. [900] later verbally verified the above, stating also that Mr. [2370] was indeed a good business executive. EC did not know consciously anything at all about Mr. [2370] prior to the reading.]

7. In the organs of the sensory system - we find oftentimes disturbing forces. In the mucus producing portion of head, from lesion in the upper dorsal and cervical - easily does the body contract cold, and an excess of those phlegms or accumulations are attempted to be thrown off, on account of the disturbed circulation and the unequalized condition throughout the body.

8. The throat and lungs FUNCTIONALLY disturbed; ORGANICALLY very good.

2370-1 Page 3

9. Heart's action FUNCTIONALLY disturbed; ORGANICALLY near normal - though the condition as has existed oftentimes produces a FULLNESS that disturbs the body, as to posture in breathing.

10. The stomach itself, and the organs of digestion - being in the position of poor elimination, or non-coordination through the eliminating system, naturally we have a nervous digestion, a tendency of over-acidity. This produced as much by the mental activity of the body as from that as DISTURBS the body in its reaction in system - though diet must play an important part to the body's restoration of its normalcy.

11. In the functioning of the ORGANS in digestion - as spleen, liver, pancreas, the bile ducts, also those of the glands as excrete and secrete according to the inclinations produced by impulse - these we find OFTEN OVER-secrete, produced by - as has been indicated - the susceptibility of the system to those reflexes through a disturbed nervous system, in specific centers as direct or indicate the changes as are brought about in digestion.

12. In the eliminations as related to the functioning of the kidneys in conjunction with the liver - the kidneys, through the affectation of outside influences, as related to the organs of gestation, bring disturbing forces, and at times are seen to be affected as related to those of the secretions of the fluids from the system. When these become overactive, the natural drainage in the rest of the system is SYMPATHETICALLY affected - though the body may feel bad one day, by the next it may be able to function MENTALLY near normal, PHYSICALLY in that of a constant strain.

13. Now, to meet the needs of the conditions as we find with this body, [2370] we are speaking of - first we would CHANGE the vibratory forces as related to the digestive and the assimilating system, so that not only are the activities of the organs as related to the elimination affected by the change in vibratory forces, but also those of the system as related to the assimilating and distribution of forces be affected in the changes wrought.

14. Then, we would prepare as this: In this ORDER, add these:

15. Prepare first, as a carrier for these, that as will be found in this: To 1 quart of distilled water add Wild Cherry Bark 4 ounces. Reduce by simmering, not boiling, to 1/2 the quantity. Strain while warm and then add: Simple Syrup........................2 ounces, Grain alcohol...................1 1/2 ounces,

2370-1 Page 4

Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla....1/2 ounce, Tincture Stillingia...............1/4 ounce, Essence of Burdock Root...........1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras...................20 minims, Elixir Calisaya (Bark)............1/2 ounce, Tincture of Capsici.................3 minims. Shake solution together before the dose is taken. The dose should be teaspoonful, either plain or in water, half an hour after each meal and at bedtime - and EAT THE MEALS, whether heavy or light. Do not eat ANY of shell fish or of those of sea foods. The JUICES of meats, but NOT the flesh. Those of vegetables - all that grow ABOVE the ground, none that grow BELOW the ground, though the tops of many that grow IN the ground may be taken - as spinach, salads, kale, cabbage, and such. All pods may be also taken. ESPECIALLY should the fruit of the love vine (or tomatoes) be taken. These should be ripened WELL on the vine, and NOT as those that are darkened - or ripened after pulling. Preferably, when these cannot be had, to use those as are canned PROPERLY - but NOT any that benzoate of soda is used in their preservation.

16. In and during the same period that the medicinal properties are being administered, we would OSTEOPATHICALLY correct those conditions existent in the cerebrospinal nerve system. ALSO correcting those in the structural portions, as are existent in the 3rd and 4th dorsal, in the 2nd and 3rd lumbar - and correct the position of the coccyx bones. These corrections should not be made until the body is THOROUGHLY relaxed at each treatment by the use of wet heat. Gentle massage, as to distribute and as to relax the system, every day. The CORRECTIONS osteopathically should not be made oftener than every third day. In relaxing the body, use wet packs and apply such heat as would come from such as the Vim ray, or as from one of a red ray. Then make adjustments.

17. When these have been carried out until at least three-fourths of the medicinal properties has been taken, or all of same - then we would give further instructions. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital " " [900]
