Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2376]; this we have had before.
3. Conditions are not so good, in many ways; yet as we find these are rather precautionary measures to be taken than any corrections to be made in the present.
4. There are those tendencies for the body to become more and more anemic. This is reaching such disturbances and conditions in the present that there are the needs for measures to be taken to correct the sources of such disturbances.
5. As we find, there has come about the pressures and hindrances as related to the activities through the assimilating system, from nerve pressures in the lumbar and sacral areas; which irritate the activities from the adrenals as well as the lachrymals and lacteals.
6. These, then, in the lachrymals, prevent those activities to the supply in the activities of the lactics, that later become portions of the lacteal activity in the digestive forces of the body. And we have the stomach gradually growing smaller and smaller, with less ability to digest, or if the body overeats there is the lack of proper assimilation, and all of these bring more and more disturbances to the general nerve system - as coordinating between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nerve forces.
7. The suppressions we find in the sacral, in lumbar and through the areas from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the 1st and 2nd cervicals.
8. With corrections, and with the addition of a diet supplemented by certain vitamins, there should be brought the corrective forces needed for the body in the present.
9. For the first two weeks, have at least three treatments a
2376-2 Page 2
week; then once a week for four or five more. Then rest from these two to three weeks. Then repeat for two to three weeks, having just twice a week.
10. Then the diet and the other activities:
11. Mornings - do have cereals that have the vitamins especially of B and B-1. These are principally from the reinforced cereals or else the whole wheat or the combinations of wheat and barley (as in Maltex or the like), - thoroughly cooked. To be sure, these would not be all that would be taken, but do include these almost every morning meal. The yolk of an egg, breakfast bacon, milk, should be a part of this meal also at times. A little of syrup may be taken - preferably Karo rather than other combinations, for this carries some carbohydrates that are well for the body.
12. Do have one meal each day consisting principally of raw vegetables; not all of the meal, but the greater portion, while the other part should be preferably soups, stews or the like. Include all of the vegetables that may be eaten raw - tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, celery, mustard, onions, radishes - all of such use; peppers and the like. Not necessary all at once, to be sure, but some of these, or their combinations. Each day have one meal when these form the principal part. The rest may be the vegetable soups or the condensed soups, or tomato cream of tomato, or any of those kinds.
13. Eat few of those vegetables, other than the carrots, that grow under the ground. Use mostly those above the ground - these well cooked.
14. Fish, fowl and lamb may be taken. Do not eat beef, for this body; though beef juice may be taken if it is desirable - not a stew, but beef juice.
15. Then take the B-Complex One A Day brand of reinforced vitamins; to supply the iron as well as the other vitamins in combination that will assimilate better with the body.
16. These will bring bettered conditions for this body.
17. Let Irvin make the corrections.
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) What is causing the pain in head, left side of neck and through the left shoulder? (A) Pressures in the cerebrospinal system. For these particular ones, in the sacral axis.
20. (Q) Are my glasses properly fitted, and what can I do to keep from wearing them? (A) Take these treatments, and take the head and neck exercise morning and evening. But don't take it one day and forget it the next. Don't take it in the morning and forget to take it in the evening. Take it consistently for at
2376-2 Page 3
least thirty days, and you may be rid of the glasses entirely - if you will have the other corrections made through that period.
21. (Q) What is condition of my teeth, especially the front ones that are cracked, and what can be done about it? (A) Use Ipsab as a massage, but do have the head and neck exercises that aid in stimulating the circulation there. You are lacking in the necessary forces as of the assimilations that may build calcium for the teeth. These as we find will be materially aided by the use of the massage and the corrective measures indicated.
22. (Q) Were the osteopathic treatments beneficial, that were given? (A) They were beneficial, but these indicated here are to be more specific - and by the activities indicated.
23. (Q) Has the condition in a portion of right lower lung area been corrected? If not, give relief for same? (A) It is bettered, but the general condition is not conducive to this remaining so - unless measures are taken for better improvement in the blood supply.
24. (Q) Have the lesions and adhesions thru pelvis been helped? If not, give relief. (A) These have been changed, but they are not being helped right now. Hence the corrections in the sacral and in the dorsal areas - as will be necessary - coordinated with those applications made from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the 1st cervicals. But in making these corrections, instead of coming down, begin in the sacral and the ileac plexus and work up - making the cervical and the head and neck the last, rather than the first, so as to coordinate these with those corrections made in the lower portion of spine.
25. (Q) What specific organs are affected by the adhesions and lesions in the pelvic area? (A) As indicated, those of the lacteals and the lachrymals.
26. (Q) In my present condition, would it be possible for me to conceive normally? [10/20/45 She gave birth to a baby son.] (A) Would not be better for the body. Do these things as indicated, keeping the mental attitude in that way of being good for something, not merely being good. And let every one be bettered by meeting you. This one can always do by being ever hopeful, every cheery, every smiling in the attitude toward others.
