Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2376]; this we have had before.

3. While there are great distresses still through the body, we find that these should gradually be eliminated if good eliminations are kept and sufficient osteopathic corrections are made to relieve those pressures and tensions produced in the body - not only from this fall but those that have existed.

4. The condition in hand is improved. But do soak the hand in a weak Glyco-Thymoline Solution - at least three parts Glyco-Thymoline to one part water - as hot as the body can stand it. Let the hand rest in this for fifteen to twenty minutes at a time, adding a little more water occasionally to keep the Solution warm.

5. Take a laxative for a few days that carries some stimuli of activity to the heart - as Alophen pills. Take one in the afternoon, two at bedtime - at least three to four hours apart. Then the next day flush the system with a saline laxative (such as Sal Hepatica).

6. The osteopathic treatments, when these may be resumed, should be given very gently and not hurried through with. The osteopath should take at least thirty minutes to relax the body, and then - after the greater strain has been removed (that is, the soreness from strain upon the muscular forces), then make corrections. Don't make corrections through the first six treatments, at least, but gently relax the body; using not merely the hands but the lower limbs as a means for relaxing the muscular tensions through the body forces.

7. Do that.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Has the glass been removed from the hand? (A) What hasn't! There is a very small sliver yet. It will be removed, with the heat and the Glyco-Thymoline.

10. (Q) What effect did the lockjaw treatment have? (A) Best to just get rid of it! Don't worry about what's past - if the things indicated are done. We wouldn't say as to what others have done or might do.

11. (Q) Are there any after effects from the fall? (A) Haven't we just given a great deal as to what should be done for the after effects? Meet them!

12. (Q) How can headaches be relieved? (A) By relieving the tensions on the body. A great deal of trouble comes from the alimentary canal. These will be relieved by the thorough cleansing. Later - not in the present - there needs to be a thorough cleansing of the colon - not by just high enemas but colonic irrigations, scientifically given.

13. (Q) What diet is best? (A) Semi-liquid or semi-solid - not too much of any, but that that is strengthening. Don't pamper self too much nor commence feeling sorry for self. Do something about it! Do something for someone else and you won't feel sorry for yourself.

14. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self - (one for Dr. Irvin) Copy to Ass'n file ile
