Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the entity, Dr. [2380], present in this room, together with the directions which he has received from spiritualistic sources directing him to build a hospital. You will consider the steps he has taken and the conditions that have arisen. You will advise him as to just what steps he should take now in financing this project, and if possible just what individuals to contact who will assist in this work. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [2380]; together with those instructions and directions.

3. These as we find are well in keeping with that as should be the means, the manners, for enabling a study to be made under ideal circumstances respecting the beneficent effect from the unseen or universal forces, and sources.

4. The place that has been directed, and chosen, is well; not only being an ideal location for such an undertaking but under those facilities and conditions that are permissible also from the legal phases.

5. In advising those activities for the present:

6. First we would consult with those who have such an institution in the same State. These can give a great deal of help and counsel, and are in the same line of thought. Falls - William A. Falls, Glenrose [Glen Rose].

7. As for those connections in financing - consult the Vice-President of MGM, Hollywood - William A. Goetz; and we will find - with a little persistence - a ready ear for the consideration of same.

8. Also his associates will be interested; not only because of the advantages that may be had for a philanthropic work but also the preparations for a portion of such an undertaking - a home for the old and infirm from the industry.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Do I understand you want me to write MGM? (A) See them - don't write! And see William A. Goetz!

11. (Q) Shall I also see Falls in Glenrose personally? (A) See the whole institution in Glenrose [Glen Rose]. For, this is developed along these lines. [5/17/63 GD's note: Mr. J. Everett Irion, formerly of Dallas, Texas, just told me that he knew of the health place at Glen Rose, Texas. He went through Glen Rose sometime after World War II and the health place was still there. He couldn't remember the name of it, nor the name of the man who started it - he only knew that the man had been healed by the mineral baths, etc., and had built up the institution, though he was not a doctor.]

12. (Q) Is this Glenrose, Texas? (A) Glenrose [Glen Rose], Texas; yes.

13. We are through for the present. Two copies to Dr. [2380] Copy to Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] of introduction to Walter Goetz, nephew of Wm. A. Goetz.)
