Time of Reading 11:50 to 12:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Calif.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2388].

3. As we find, there are rather the complications of disturbances which cause the conditions that exist.

4. These have to do with subluxations that have produced tendencies of an unbalanced condition in the chemical reactions of the system, and the effects this combination has produced upon the heart's circulation.

5. Combined with this is a plethoric condition in the colon area.

6. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2388] we are speaking of:

7. The blood supply indicates the variations in the blood pressure or the metabolism of the system, and a combination with this of a glandular disturbance in the thyroids.

8. In the nervous system - we find:

9. There is a subluxation in the 6th and 5th dorsal, as well as a condition out of alignment in the 9th dorsal.

10. These first produced tendencies for a disturbance in the circulation through the liver and the emptying of the stomach proper. This slowing of the lymph through the circulation in the abdominal area causes an engorgement in the ascending and a part of the transverse colon; of course, a form of prolapsus in the descending and a portion of the transverse.

11. This combination causes a high blood pressure, or metabolism as disturbed in the body.

12. As we find, in making administrations - if there are the precautions, time and consistency in the manipulations necessary, as well as in these combined with the hydrotherapy treatments, and the conditions in the diet corrected - we should gradually bring better conditions for

this body.

13. First, then - we would have the general relaxing treatments osteopathically; about two to three of these given in one week - not too severe adjustments made, but a relaxing.

14. And then we would have a colonic irrigation.

15. In the adjustments pay particular attention to the areas of the dorsal centers indicated - 9th to the 4th, 5th and 6th, you see; coordinating the others with same.

16. After the colonic, make the adjustments twice each week - gradually, not all at once. Take a series of at least fifteen to sixteen treatments, see?

17. Then it may be necessary for other colonics. This depends upon the abilities to create better eliminations for the system. Remove all of the mucous that is a part of the accumulation causing this tiredness, this shortness of breath, combined with the other disturbance.

18. As to the diets - refrain from any fried foods at all. No white bread. Very little sugar. Meats should consist only of fish or fowl, preferably; and these never fried, - rather broiled, roasted, baked or the like. Wild game would be helpful, if this is desired for the body. No carbonated waters or drinks of such natures.

19. Do these - and after the periods of the sixteen adjustments, and at least two, three or four colonics, we would give further instructions as to building better resistances and eliminating other disturbances that are a part of the complication of disorders.

20. Ready for questions.

21. We are through for the present. Copy to Husband " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for Osteopath, who is to combine with his treatments the hydrotherapy.
