Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [2398], present in this room, who seeks information, advice and guidance, as to his health, his mental and material affairs and associations. You will go over his body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find tat the present time; giving cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for correction, particularly with reference to the eyesight - especially of the right eye. Then you will answer the questions, as I ask them, concerning his mental and material welfare.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [2398], present in this room.

3. As we find, there are conditions which prevent the better normal functioning of the body.

4. While there are specific disturbances as related to the vision, we find that these are rather of a deeper-seated nature; and the trouble with the vision is merely an effect, or a part of the disturbances.

5. These are conditions as we find them with this body, [2398] we are speaking of, present in this room:

6. The blood supply indicates there are hindrances in the assimilation; thus in a manner impoverishing the body. These arise from a twofold cause:

7. In times back there have been those conditions through the respiratory system that have caused lesions to be formed in the cerebrospinal circulatory impulses. These affect the circulation so as to prevent the deeper breath - thus the character of the oxidization, or the quantity of oxygen that purifies the blood, is not always sufficient to meet the needs. Thus under disturbances the body becomes more and more toxic.

8. The lesions formed in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area produce pressures in the impulse, or in the supplying of energies from that assimilated - and from the superficial as well as the deeper circulation - for the

2398-1 Page 2

eliminating of the poisons from the system, that are as the used energies or drosses from the sensory forces.

9. This includes the conditions which arise at times as a disturbance in the throat; the hearing also will become disturbed unless these pressures are removed; and they are causing - because of their position - greater distresses to the vision.

10. All of these should be taken into consideration when applications are made for improvement of the general health, as well as the specific conditions. For, the removal of one without the general health being taken into consideration would only delay, or cause greater disturbances in other directions.

11. These conditions naturally involve the organs of assimilations - the liver, the kidneys, the heart and the activities of same; so that these, too, must be taken into consideration as physical applications, or applications of ANY nature, are made for beneficial results to this body.

12. Then, in making the physical adjustments necessary - we would have first at least six adjustments, osteopathically made, in the specific areas as we have indicated; coordinating the lumbar and 9th dorsal centers with the corrections made in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area - that there may be better coordination in the eliminations of the body.

13. These adjustments we would have made by Dobbins.

14. After the six osteopathic adjustments have been made by Dobbins (not before), we would then go to Erlanger and have the low electrical vibrations applied directly to the optics themselves; for the setting up of drainages in the system; thus alleviating this weakening, this disturbance - for the drainages set up by the osteopathic adjustments first will enable same to be eliminated from the system.

15. Build up the general health of the body. Take ADIRON regularly, especially through the winter months. Take two pellets each day at meals, one at the noon meal and one at the evening meal. Do this for the whole period of the cold weather. It will keep down those tendencies for superacidity, give better appetite, better assimilation through the activity of the properties carried with same - the iron and the vitamins that are more easily assimilated with the combinations.

16. But do not do one of these without the other. Do them ALL - and in the manner indicated.

17. Ready for questions regarding the associations of other natures, or of different characters.

18. (Q) Can you tell me as to the whereabouts and condition

2398-1 Page 3

of my parents, [...] of Kobryn - formerly Poland, now Russia? (whom I have not heard from in several months, and then only a card?) (A) These we may find or indicate, but we would not be able to answer others - if abroad.

19. (Q) Then you will ignore that question and continue with the answers to the others that I will give you: Regarding my business venture - should I take on the person who wants to become a partner in managing me for portrait commissions, and commercializing of my work? (A) As we find, these conditions exist as relating to these circumstances: There are commissions that are in the making. Do not take on a manager (though we WOULD advise secretarial aid) until after those visits and those activities in the west have been completed. For, there will be more than sufficient for the activities, WITHOUT others attempting to use the body and its abilities during that activity. There are the needs of a secretary, yes - but not a manager - as yet.

20. (Q) Who would you suggest for a secretary? (A) There has been application made for the position. Use that one!

21. (Q) Is Miss [...] who approached me this past week, the right person to be my personal representative? or would you suggest another? (A) This is very well, provided proper arrangements and agreements can be made.

22. (Q) What should I be warned of, in that arrangement? (A) That there are not any COMMISSIONS, but rather that AS the work increases various changes may be made as to stipend.

23. (Q) How may I promote my business? and what is the most successful move indicated for my venture? (A) As just indicated, the commission already in hand!

24. (Q) Would I be successful in California, and should I go soon? (A) The sooner the better. Be successful, yes!

25. (Q) What city is best to start in? (A) Los Angeles or Hollywood - or these are one.

26. (Q) Who would be the right people to contact there? (A) They are already there - they've already been contacted; and these will lead to those various individuals who are the heads, to be sure, of various producing companies.

27. (Q) Would the [437] family out there be of special help to him?

2398-1 Page 4

(A) Rather, as WE find - while these would be of special help, these had better be a little later than in the beginning, or in the approaches to these. Use the channel already contacted.

28. (Q) What other city in the west should I visit after starting in California? (A) He will be there for a long time, if he first goes! The others will come of themselves.

29. (Q) There has been a picture of Versailles which has disappeared from my studio. Will you tell me where to find it? (A) We may; but we will not in this particular instance. We have other work to do.
