1. HLC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2411].
3. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful experience not only for the entity but for those who are responsible for the training of the entity through the formative years - that the entity may, through such guidance, better fulfillthat place, that purpose for which it has entered this present experience.
4. Much may be said as respecting the latent abilities with this entity; for, through those periods of sojourn in the material plane the entity has through its activities shaped much of the policies of a peoples, throughout the ages; which may be seen from the material sojourns as we indicate them.
5. There are those latent and manifested urges arising not only from the earthly sojourns but from the astrological also.
6. Not that the entity dwelt on the planets in human form, or in a consciousness that is recognized in a three-dimensional plane, but in those phases of consciousness represented by the astrological sojourns as related to that in our own solar system; of which the earth,
2411-1 Page 2
to be sure, is only a small part - yet a place, a consciousness in which the entities or souls may manifest a consciousness in a manner as to either apply its relationships to others in conformity to a divine law or in a selfish or material-minded nature without respect to the sources or the motivative influences.
7. This entity comes upon the cusps; thus we find at times conflicting emotions with the entity. During the formative period of mental and physical developments, we find that the entity may be easily led.
8. Some warnings regarding the physical are to be noted; especially in relationships to firearms and explosives. The entity should keep far from these. As to why - this will be indicated in the material sojourns.
9. In Uranus we find an influence that is in keeping with this innate and natural tendency for extremes. For, the entity at times becomes rather hard to control, because of its own desires for self-expression. At other periods the entity is in keeping with guidance in ways in which it is not stubborn, but very much in keeping with the natures and tendencies for receiving of counsel for the better developments throughout.
10. Hence we will find with this entity that reason and love will be the channels through which control or development may be BEST obtained; while sternness or the fires of wrath would be such as to CLOSE the entity, and produce RESENTMENTS such that - as the years pass - the entity would determine to have self's own way. And this, as is understood, is not always - nor yet rarely - best in an individual's experience. For, in making for the better relationships to others, each soul finds it necessary in this material existence to consider others too - yes, oft they are to be considered FIRST.
11. Interests also in things that are of a mysterious nature arise from the Uranian experience of the entity. Things of a nature pertaining to the high mental development and abilities of the entity also arise from this urge, that is latent - and necessitates care and precautions in developing years of the entity; especially in regard to manners of activities in which the relationships of others are considered, especially as respecting desires, hopes, purposes, aims of this entity.
12. We find in Mercury the high mental abilities; especially a diplomatic tendency of mind. Hence, as combined with the natures or urges latent from the Uranian influence, this necessitates that those who would guide or keep in harmonious activity with the entity must INSIST on the
2411-1 Page 3
entity's EXPRESSING self regarding most situations that arise in the experience of the entity - lest such diplomatic tendencies tend to bring a development of an unstableness in the full or completed life force of this entity.
13. In Jupiter we find the universal approach, or the relationships to the masses, the greater powers of influence in the affairs of many peoples, should be and will be the choice of the entity - if there are the developments towards those latent influences and powers that are manifested in this entity. For, if there is the fulfilling of those purposes for which it entered, we find that many lands, many peoples will have their guidance - yea, their help or their faults magnified - by the activities of this entity in diplomatic relationships.
14. For, as has been a portion of the entity's experience, there should be a service rendered not so much of a political nature (yet this should be a part of the trainings of the entity) but rather as to international law, in relationships to the economic conditions of lands, of ALL the activities in same; that their combination may be not as of one against another, but in the manners in which they each are made as a helpful force one to the other.
15. These are the channels through which the entity will find the outlets for its abilities, as we shall see from its activities in the material plane.
16. In giving those former appearances of the entity in the earth - all may not be given in the present. For, the entity either develops to or passes, or oversteps those opportunities it may have attained through its activity in any individual, material sojourn. But that there may be understood those urges which have been indicated from the astrological aspects of the entity's relationship to the universal whole, these are given here that there may be patterns - or samples, as it were - of that which has been accomplished, as may be attained, through this material activity.
17. The VIRTUES are to be magnified, the faults minimized. Thus, these should be kept as principles, policies, tendencies, throughout the developing years of the entity. For, the LAW is sure, "Train the child in the way it should go, and when it is old it will not depart from same."
18. As to the appearances in the earth, then:
19. Before this the entity was in the land of the present sojourn, though the entity in its activity was from the land of its present nativity; but in the land that during those periods was known as New Amsterdam were the activities of
2411-1 Page 4
the entity made manifest.
20. And as to the needs, necessities for the land the entity represented as an agent, or as a factor for the better developments of that land, the entity aided in the exchanges as were brought about for the tradings of other lands, with that very small, very insignificant land, as compared to the products of the other lands.
21. The name then was Peter DeWidtt. In the experience the entity gained. For, while there was much turmoil, and much relationship with ships, sailing crafts, there were the abilities of the entity to deal with such in regard to the problems and products of various lands.
22. These will be the latent and manifested urges in the present, though in the present they may take on the other forms of dispatching same, or ships in the air rather than ships upon the water.
23. Yet the activities of the entity SHOULD be in the diplomatic relationships, as to the needs, the requirements of the various lands, and as to the manners of exchange in which greater and better relationships might be established with others. Then, the entity should represent not only individual corporations but the various lands themselves. Whether as a member of the diplomatic corp or of an organization or corporation dealing with or through such, the activities as a diplomat will and SHOULD be the training for the entity, for the greater expression.
24. Before that the entity was active in the early periods of the activity of the Grecian empire, when there were the activities that would bring the western portions of that land under control.
25. The entity was among those first of the warrior group, later as among those who made for the establishing of relationships by the representatives in the various lands.
26. For, the entity then was in that position called by varied names in different lands today; rather as in statescraft, as a representative of the rulers of the various lands. The entity acted in the capacity of bringing a union of purpose in political, in economic ways and manners; establishing the first of the trade routes to the Indian, the Gobi and the Egyptian lands.
27. Hence the entity was interested especially in the various characters of products of those lands - as the linens from Egypt, the various characters of cloths - as of embroidery and such natures, as well as the spices, from portions of India; and from the Gobi or China land (as now known) the silks or the finer clothing which eventually became a part of the exchanges with those various lands.
2411-1 Page 5
28. The name then was Tacitotun. In the experience the entity gained, the entity lost; gained as long as there was the universal approach, or the consideration of each in its own respective relationships to others; lost when these opportunities were turned into channels that made for self-exaltation.
29. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, but among those peoples from Atlantis who journeyed to Egypt when there was to be the last destruction of the Atlantean land.
30. The entity then was born in the Egyptian land, but of those Atlantean peoples who were termed the children of the Law of One. Hence the entity was of the royalty group, an heir to the ruling forces as would have been had there been a continuation of the Atlantean experience.
31. Thus the entity's own peoples brought some disturbing forces to the Egyptian land, owing to the problems which arose from the turmoils that had existed and did exist during that period of development. The entity, though, grew up under the periods of reconstruction, and assisted the directors of the land; becoming a director himself in aiding other lands to unite in an effort to bring PEACE to all of the warring factors in the various lands. Hence the adding of the principles of peace to the groups that made for the establishing of relationships with the various lands was fostered by the entity throughout that period of activity. Rather than the vocational activity of individuals, the entity's development was in more the universality of principles in which there could be a joining of the various lands for united efforts for BETTER periods of activity of all lands.
32. It is evident, then, that this should be a part of the present training of the entity - towards such; and as to why in the present there are those outlines indicated and given here as to the means through which the entity may find the greater expression.
33. The name then was Askelon.
34. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then:
35. This is an entity endowed, as we find, with those abilities to play an important part in the establishing of better relationships throughout the earth in the new order of peace.
36. Yet it requires that there be careful attention given in the training, the developing of the phases of expression in mind, that these may not become self-centered nor of such a nature that the WHOLE is not considered.
37. Learn first, then - in the training, that the LAW is
2411-1 Page 6
perfect; that is, the divine law, DIVINE law manifested through man, by his relationships to his fellow man. For, the manner in which ye mete to the lowliest of thy associates is the manner in which ye think toward - and treat - thy Maker!
38. For, the law and the Lord is not mocked; whatsoever a man or a nation soweth, that must it reap - as an individual, as a people.
39. LEARN that which is just, that which is perfect - in peace and harmony.
40. BEWARE of explosives!
41. Ready for questions.
42. (Q) Should the entity be given a great deal of love and attention? (A) As indicated, a great deal of love and attention will make for the greater and better developments. STERNESS will only CLOSE the entity to that of SELF-determination, which - as indicated - is rarely good. Reason with the entity, then, rather than commanding.
43. (Q) Would it be better, or not, to send this child to a boarding school? (A) If one is chosen in which such individual attention is given, very well. If one in which the attention is considered as a whole, not so well - as yet.
44. (Q) Would you suggest one of the individual nature? (A) The choice of this should come after a study of the child, its needs, according to that indicated. There should be at least another two years before such would be indicated.
45. (Q) Should the child be sent to the same school with his brothers? (A) This is very well in the present.
46. (Q) Has he any physical trouble worth considering or bothering about at this time? (A) There is a lack of activities in the body-building forces of the blood supply. These need, then, Vitamin B-1. For this body, these are best found in vegetables and fruits that are especially yellow in their color, and prepared so that they may be best assimilated in the system; rather than these being given in a concentrated form. Plenty of oats, then; yellow corn, pears, yellow apples, carrots - raw and cooked. All of these impress and give often.
