1. HLC: [2422] is present in this room. Go over the body carefully. Tell any conditions you find, giving causes of existing conditions, suggestions for help or relief, answering the questions which may be asked.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here of [2422].
3. We find conditions rather as warning or tendencies which arise from specific conditions. These, however, corrected in the present will prevent a greater disturbance later on. These, as we find, have to do with the nervous system and its relationship to balance in the functioning of the organs, especially of assimilation. These then are conditions we find in the blood supply as is indicated form an effect of nervous shock, which prevents the organs related to assimilation from functioning normally and thus we have an impoverishment. Then at times we find there is a variation as to white blood and red blood corpuscles, or the supplying forces of energies to disturbed physical forces as especially related to equilibrium of the body. Hence the body at times easily tires from over-physical exertion. At other times from that of an over-mental exertion. Yet the inertia as is produced in these varying reactions are at times entirely different and at other times very similar in their reflexes to disturbing digestive forces, those of the muscular forces or those of locomotion. In the nervous system here we find as has been indicated the sources of the disturbance as well as the reflexes in same that are effects of disorganization with this body.
4. There are to be sure the body physical which functionings are related primarily to those of the central or cerebrospinal nervous system. Then the body mental or the body impressionable. This controlled more by that of the sympathetic or vegetative nervous system. Now the disorders which have arisen have been both physical and impressionable. Hence centers in the cerebrospinal where coordination should be between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal are the areas where the incoordination occurs and hence the nature or the character of the reflexes as expressed in those of the functioning organs and as

indicated related primarily to that of the assimilating system or the ability of each organ in its relation to the glands of the system and those of the organs themselves as related to reproducing themselves in that assimilation.
5. Hence we find these conditions are produced at times - cold extremities with a dizziness, not so much of the mental or of a brain but as of a quivering dizziness from the muscular forces thru which the activity of impressions from the nervous system activate upon the body. This occurs at other times thru those areas in the torso as that at times of a cold area over the spleen and others in the caecum. Others that of a heaviness in the cardiac portion of the stomach. there is also a fullness of the area of the trachea and the bronchi. All of these as indicated are reflexes and are as warnings that there should be applications to bring a coordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic centers.
6. The disturbing centers are those of the second cardiac plexus or the third and fourth dorsal. Center of the lower portion of the ninth dorsal center, the lumbar axis and the coccyx area. With reflexes thru the cervical where the nerves of hte face and head coordinate thru the 1st and 2nd. That of the reflexes of the brain or the first and second cervical in the area at the beginning of the Medulla Oblongata.
7. In the organs themselves we find they are not diseased but rather indicated as dis-ease and we find reflexes at times to of those of the soft tissues of the face and to the organs of the sensory system. At other we find those of the fullness or a feeling of lack of blood thru the chest or those of the organs in the same.
8. Others we find as indicated by nervous digestions, easily upsset by surroundings when eating.
9. To be sure the matter of diet is most important. Yet in these conditons the body finds assimilation easy and at other thimes most disturbing. At times the activities of the pancras, spleen, liver areas shows the reactions from this tendency of lack of the blood stream to furnish sufficient heat. At others those of an excess or over-acting kidneys. This may be termed then a shock to the nervous system as to produce a short-circuit.
10. In meeting the needs of hte conditions in the present we suggest hydrotherapy, especially those of hot and cold compresses. When the hot are applied some adjustments should be applied to the coccyx and the lumbar region, the lower portion of the 9th dorsal - between ninth and tenth. Those of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th dorsal. In these
2422-1 Page 3
adjustments or in corrections let the body lie prone upon its face. Do not make these downward but rather from either side of the areas as these areas will be easily detected as being those from which impulses do not coordianate between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic system. Then apply after such adjustments both hot and cold compresses.
11. In the evening we would use those of a very low form of electrical forces. Rather than those of static, that of the body current as between those of the upper and lower portions of the body as may be stimulated thru the use of the radio active appliances.
12. Circulate this in its application about the body, that is the attachment made first to the right wrist - left ankle.
13. The next the same attachment that was attached to the right wrist now attach to the right ankle and that of the left ankle attach to the left wrist.
14. Next day first day attach to the right wrist and left ankle and attach to the left ankle and right wrist. So keep up each days application about the body keeping the anodes clean or polished.
15. Same before they are attached each day.
16. For an hour preferably at the time or when the body rests or before retiring.
17. The diet we would not change a great deal. We would add this twice a week take raw Jerusalem artichokes about the size of a hen egg. We would also include Atomidine as a stimulant to clear the glandular system. Before any meal of a morning begin with 1 drop in a half glass of water. Take this for 3 days, one drop each day. Then begin with two drops. Take this for 3 days. Leave off for 5 days.
18. Begin again 1 for 3 days - 2 for 3 days. Leave off again and repeat this 5 series before leaving off entirely.
19. Keep this up and we should find the body rebuilt and the energies better coordinated.
20. (Q) Inhibited breathing? (A) As has been indicated this is a part of the general condition. With the application of the suggestions we will find by the time those of the second series of the Atomidine begin and the massage kept up that these periods will almost disappear, only appearing occasionally and after those that complete the series, all of this disturbance should have been eliminated. Solar plexus equilibrium.

Use radio periods for meditation. Not attempt to fall deep into meditation as to open the centers thru which the fluids flow for raising the ego. Be atonement with the creative forces or God. Be thou present with me. Make full my body, my mind with the light of thy love in such manner as I may fulfill the purpose thou hast for me here and now. Then live that life.
