1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2434], this we have had before.
3. As we find, while conditions are much improved in many ways from that when we last had same here, there is still much to be desired in the correcting of disturbances that cause these upsetting conditions.
4. While the drainages in the kidneys have been improved, there is still quite an involvement in the gall duct area. And there is some irritation. These cause most of that reflex to the back of neck and head. And as we find, if these applications will be made, these should improve the conditions:
5. For an hour each day for three days we would apply the Castor Oil Packs over the liver and gall duct area. Saturate three to four thicknesses of flannel with Castor Oil. This should be warm, though not so hot as to cause too much trouble - either in handling or in unpleasantness to the body. But apply directly to the body. When this has been covered sufficient to prevent soiling of clothing or bedclothing, then apply an electric pad. Let this stay as warm as the body can well stand, for at least one hour. Do this each day for three days.
6. Then take internally two to three tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
7. Rest from these applications for at least five days.
8. During the period we would have at least two or three of the gentle manipulations, with the character of adjustments along the cerebrospinal system to set up better coordination in eliminations as related to gall duct or the liver activity and the circulation between liver and kidneys. This will include, of course, the stimulating also of that center in the cervical that reaches directly to the liver as well as kidney area, in its nerve impulse with the emunctory

and lymph flow through these areas.
9. After the five days, we would repeat the Castor Oil Packs; then repeat the manipulations or adjustments.
10. It may be necessary through these periods to give again the Watermelon Seed Tea, as an aid in supplying the activity in the kidneys, through the combinations of the nitre supplied in same.
11. As we find, these will enable the body to overcome those tendencies for regurgitation of the acids in the system.
12. Keep the alkalin diets; that is, the citrus fruit juices. Do not mix or take these at the same meal with cereals or the like. And keep away from fats. Vegetables, fruits, raw and cooked, should be the main portion of diet. Fish and fowl may be included in these, though they should be well cooked, and the gristly portions should be taken as a part of the diet if it is practical for the body.
13. The headaches we would relieve more with the application of the Oil Packs. This will aid the body.
14. Do that.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Will the juice of lemon with 2 teaspoons of Glycerine act as a relief? (A) As we find, this would not be as effective or as helpful as would be the Oil Packs followed by the taking of the Olive Oil.
17. (Q) Why the acid when she has been taking alkaline tablets? (A) Those tendencies for the regurgitation produced by the irritation in the gall duct area. The gall duct area is the principle cause, but this has involved the circulation to the kidneys; which involves, of course, sympathetically, the heart's activity, producing cold and congestion, upsetting also the circulation through the lungs. Hence the chilly sensations that come at times.
18. (Q) Does her body create too much hydrochloric acid and cause this acid condition? (A) As we find, it is tending to regurgitate owing to those pressures and impulses from the conditions in the gall duct, rather than the production of too great a quantity, see?
19. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do these things, as we find, for the better conditions of this body.
20. We are through for the present. Copy to Self - Air Mail
