Time of Reading 3:40 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2436]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are many improvements in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here.

4. While there has not been as much improvement in the vision as might be hoped for, we find that here, too, a great deal of betterment is indicated.

5. We would continue with the use of the Appliance as it has been indicated. And at the same time keep that spiritual attitude about the body, daily, as we have suggested.

6. Also, now, we would begin having once each week a correction osteopathically made in the cervical, the dorsal and the coccyx area - by Dobbins. This will require careful consideration. For, first there will come some little irritation to the body, in the attempts to have these corrections made. But soon these will show DEFINITE changes in the body.

7. There may appear even a film over the vision, or over the pupil of the eye. But this, too, will gradually disappear.

8. Do keep that hopeful attitude, do keep that prayerful consideration throughout.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What has her past life, or lives, to do with her present physical condition? (A) These may be expressed much better in the lives of those now responsible for this soul's entrance into this experience. Hence the needs that coordinatingly, together, there be those prayerful attitudes of patience, of expression, to give this soul, this body, that opportunity for a full life expression in the earth.

11. (Q) Has her present condition been caused by a vitamin

deficiency? If so, what? (A) Rather that not of vitamin, but of a GENERAL condition; though vitamin deficiency might be said to have been a part - but not as the basic or primary cause. These should be rather forgotten in the hopeful expression in the present.

12. (Q) Has the Wet Cell Appliance treatment been of any help? (A) If not, we would not suggest that it still be applied. This has brought changes. It is adding that nerve influence. This is a basic condition: In each element of the body-energies, there are those glandular or cell forces that take from that assimilated the necessary influences for the strengthening of various portions of the body. In blood there must be iron, silicon, calcium, soda and those elements for its constituencies other THAN that influence carried in same. In bone another form of calcium and combinations of other elements. The same in muscle, in skin. Also the same in nerve - nerve along which there may be the functioning of that as may be rightly called the electric system of the human body, or body. This is illustrated in all of nature itself. Hence in this body, the lacking element has been gold; such influences that go to make activities in the sensory system as combined in the responses from brain - which is the nerve head or center through which channels of same respond, or through which reflexes react from elements supplied to the body. This vibratory activity of the Wet Cell Appliance adds an element for strengthening the nerves of a body, for it - the Gold - is a basic metallic principle of the nerve itself. Hence now, as indicated, there needs to be a guiding of those centers through which impulses are directed to brain centers, from which the optic nerves take their impulse for activity. This may be done osteopathically. It will be seen, by the examinations that will be made, that the lens are there; that the blood flow through the optic socket, the optic itself, is existent. The ability of the nerve to supply that reflex necessary in this nerve plasm is lacking. This may be added in the general system for strength, for resistance in all portions of the system now needing guiding through those ganglia themselves direct to the areas afflicted in these directions. Thus we may find quicker response, and the needed helpfulness for the body.

13. (Q) Does the Wet Cell Appliance function properly? (A) When put together in the manner that has been indicated, it functions properly.

14. (Q) Can surgery help her? (A) By no means! Do not use surgery now!

15. (Q) Will she eventually get complete sight? (A) Let's apply that suggested. If the faith is sufficient, if the purposes are enduring, if the hopes are kept high - yes.

16. (Q) Is she any closer to sight than at the time of the previous reading? (A) Read just what has been indicated. Certainly! Do these things, and keep close in prayer - those about the body.

17. We are through for the present. Two copies to Parents - (one for Dr. Frank Dobbins, 551 Copy to Ass'n file Fifth Ave., N.Y.)
