1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. These in the greater part have been pronounced properly.
4. As to the sources or causes of these - we find that these are rather as the disturbing conditions, and why:
5. We find that the circulation is unbalanced in the metabolism and slowed through some portions, so that there are not sufficient inclinations for this to act in a normal manner. For instance, at times there is the engorgement in the heart, and at others the circulation shows through that area especially between liver AND heart.
6. Thus the nature of the conditions arising in the extremities.
7. This as we find may be materially aided. For, these conditions are produced by the lack of the proper eliminations, lack of the balance in the chemical forces of the assimilating system; engorgements, and a tendency for prolapsus in the colon area, which gives the alterations as to circulation and pulsation in portions of the extremities, the fullness to the circulation to the head at times, and heart, AND the needs for rest.
8. There has been an overtaxing of the body mentally, with a lack of the precautions as to the disturbances produced in the liver AND the kidneys.
9. Thus the form or character of circulation through the thrombose area.
10. As we find, those administrations - of rest, of hydrotherapy, of a gentle massage - which at times have been

indicated - are very well.
11. We find that if these are adhered to, and if sufficient of the colonic irrigations are given to reduce the pressures, we will reduce the circulation to much nearer normal; that is, the blood pressure will become nearer normal.
12. The colonics we would give sufficiently often to keep down the natural tendencies for accumulations of mucous through the colon, arising from the circulation attempting to adjust itself and the refuses being thrown into the system. At times these may be required more often than at others. Once a week, or once in ten days, or oftener if required to keep down the mucous.
13. The massages and hydrotherapy activities should be rather of a relaxing nature, and to keep the blood circulating in a normal way; also to stimulate the muscles where there is the coordination of the superficial circulation with the cerebrospinal, or centers where there are the closer or greater connections with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve systems; lumbar axis, 9th dorsal, 3rd and 4th dorsal, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cervical.
14. Very soon, however, we would also use the Radio-Active Appliance; not any form of electrical forces, which would for this body be detrimental, but the Radio-Active Appliance - prepared in such a way that the VIBRATIONS and the electric forces of the BODY are better equalized. Have the Appliance marked so that the same anode to the same connection is attached to the same wrist each time - to the right wrist and to the left ankle. Here, DO NOT circulate the attachments about the body. For, there is a cross in the circulation, and the attachments should be kept in this manner each time it is used. Keep the plates for attachment very clean. Use for about thirty minutes of morning and thirty minutes of an evening, preferably just before the body is prepared for rest of evening, and from ten-thirty to eleven in the morning.
15. Watch the diet closely. Keep away from any foods that are excessive in their alcoholic-producing reaction, or in alcohol of any nature. Very little or no meats, though juices may be taken. Vegetables and fruits should be the main portion of the diet.
16. With the rest, with the hydrotherapy and massage, and the following of these closely, we find we may bring the bettered conditions; and it will then only be necessary that the body keep precautions as to not overexercising, nor overindulging, and with the watching of the diet the body may become near to the normal activity again.

17. Ready for questions.
18. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file " " Mr. [437] Extra copy to Mr. [437] 11/14/42 (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Physiotherapist, in giving colonics, etc. See article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of Radio-Active Appliance. At your convenience, please let us have a history of your case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so we may have something with which to compare our information.) )
