1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2453]; this we have had before.

3. AS we find, there are helpful influences in the experience of the body; though there has not been the full or consistent adherence to all of the applications suggested.

4. We would adhere rather severely to all the applications that have been indicated.

5. Keep the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the low vibratory forces electrically distributed through the body, with the elements as indicated.

6. At least once a week have a relaxing treatment osteopathically administered, to set up better drainages in the body.

7. We would not use pork or hog meat in ANY form, unless it is tripe or liver or kidneys or the like.

8. All types of foods such as calves' liver, pigs' feet, marrow fat and the like should be a part of the diet; as should fish, fowl and lamb; especially the bony pieces of fowl, the ends of which may be masticated if they are prepared in such a manner - as baked, roasted, or cooked inside the oven. The assimilation of all these types of food would be more helpful to the body. These should add to the strength and vitality; purifying the system in the manner indicated with the other properties - if persisted in.

9. Do that.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Should I be following any form of exercises for the affected legs? (A) The most of the exercise should be by the general relaxing treatment osteopathically, as well as the general activities. Do not give way to the weaknesses so much, but

do not strain; rather use self in practical ways or manners, see?

12. (Q) Is my diet satisfactory? (A) We have just been talking about diet and how to change to those things that should be more beneficial. These are not all the foods to be taken, of course. There should be plenty of vegetables and fruits as a part of the diet at various times, but follow these in that way as should be in keeping with adding the better assimilations and eliminations for the body.
