1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. There are a great many changes as we find in the general physical forces of this body in the present from that as we have had here before.
4. Much of a natural change comes about, with the periods in changing of the activity of the glandular forces of the body, and the natural response which has produced upon the heart's activity the greater effect.
5. Yet with the combination of these, those disturbances as we find that prevent the best body-eliminations from the colon and the like tend to exaggerate all of these disturbances.
6. And there needs be first an allaying or a removal of the conditions in the rectal area.
7. As we find, if there are the proper precautions taken in the injection of same, this might be done with the use of Tim - but even with the use of that, it is most necessary that there be the eliminations of those poisons through the colon area by the cleansing of same with the high enemas. This will change a great deal of that activity and heaviness which is experienced in the area about the heart and in the breast area along that side, as well as the other.
8. There needs to be also the use of vaginal douches of Atomidine, for those disturbances which arise from all the general conditions, to cleanse same. The proportions would be about a teaspoonful of Atomidine in a quart and a half of water, BODY-temperature. This would be done about once or twice a week. Use only the Fountain Syringe for these, and NOT a force pump or spray.
9. For the high enemas use the colon tube with the Fountain Syringe, and IN the water have to two quarts of water a heaping teaspoonful of baking soda and about half a

teaspoonful of table salt; this also being used body-temperature.
10. Use the Tim in the tube only when injecting same.
11. It will be necessary to eliminate those conditions in the colon, if the heart condition is to improve.
12. In the bodily forces, keep a great deal of raw fresh vegetables as a part of the body's diet; at least one meal each day should consist of raw vegetables as a principal part of the diet. And not too much fried foods.
13. It would be well for the body to use the Alcaroid as a digestant at least two or three times a week, after the meals whenever there is a filling or fullness in the digestive area.
14. Do these, and as we find we may make for the better conditions here.
15. This is a reflex condition to the heart area in the present; but if the pressure is kept and the disturbances not removed that arise in the general nervous system from irritation through the pelvis, we may find this becoming organic rather than sympathetically effective in its reaction.

17. (Q) What attention do the teeth need? (A) These are being attended to, if carried out.
18. (Q) Why does arm exertion affect me so? (A) The pressures on the colon to those areas about the heart, and this naturally affects the brachial centers.
19. (Q) Should I take a round of liver medicine? (A) This would be very well, but preferably we would correct the condition in the rectal area before a great deal of this would be taken. Olive Oil in small quantities at present would be preferable - this taken often; two or three times during the day or more.
